Mechanical device for leveling a cage of an extraction machine for multi-stage wells The present invention relates to a mechanical device for leveling a cage of an extraction machine for multi-stage wells. multiple stages and in particular of a Koëpe pulley extraction machine with cage-counterweight.
It is known that in very deep wells, the introduction of the load in the cage of an extraction machine has the effect of a relatively large elongation of the supporting cable or cables.
In order to allow sedans to be housed, we generally use mobile bridges, articulated at one end and resting on the edge of the road, at extreme revenue and intermediate receipts for which the difference in level is liable to take an unacceptable value. cage from the other end. The length of these movable bridges must be sufficient to limit their slope at the end of the enclosure.
In order to very significantly reduce the length of the movable bridges, use is made of equalizing devices making it possible to compensate, from the machine, the elongation of the supporting cable (s) in order to maintain the cage in the vicinity the level of the recipe.
To this end, equivelling devices have already been proposed in which each leveling results from a rotation imparted to the extraction pulley by the extraction motor; this solution has the drawback of requiring the use of large machines, motor and generator, the relatively high response times of which constitute detrimental losses of time in the event that accelerated operation is desired.
The device which is the subject of the present invention makes it possible to ensure the leveling of the cage by purely mechanical means, without having the engine of the machine intervene to correct the position of the cage, it is characterized by what it has a brake. mobile auxiliary, acting on the traction sheave and linked to the main brake by means which replace the auxiliary brake for the main brake while the machine is stopped,
said auxiliary brake being coupled to a control cylinder whose movements, controlled by a cage position detector, impart to it angular movements for driving the pulley.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically, and by way of example, an embodiment of the positive device according to the invention and a variant.
In the drawing Figs. 1 and 2 are schematic views showing respectively end and section along II-.II of FIG. 1, said embodiment of the device.
The, fig. 3 and 4 are schematic views showing an alternative embodiment of the device, in its two operating positions.
Fig. 5 shows a particular embodiment of a mechanical actuator for controlling the positive device.
Fig. 6 is a section along VI-VI of FIG. 5.
In the various figures, 1 denotes an extraction louse carried by a shaft 2 and equipped with an operating brake of any type, comprising, for example, brake shoes 3 which are clamped on the rim pulley 1 is controlled by a jack. pneumatic.
On the shaft 2 are centered, on either side of the pulley 1, two rockers 5 supporting a transverse shaft 6. On this shaft are wedged, on the one hand, two eccentrics. 7, each centered in an auxiliary brake shoe 8, and on the other hand two connecting rods. 9 articulated at 10 to the piston rod 11 of a pneumatic cylinder 12, itself articulated at 13 on the corresponding balance 5.
On the shaft 6 is articulated the end, in the form of a fork, of the piston rod 14 of a hydraulic cylinder 15, itself articulated around a fixed axis 16; finally, the shaft 6 is secured to two connecting rods 17 each fitted with a roller 18 capable of coming into contact with a support ramp 19 secured to the foundations. The profile of the ramp 19 is concentric with the axis of the shaft 2.
The auxiliary brake can impart to the pulley 1 angular movements of amplitude c on either side of the average position shown in solid lines.
In the position shown in FIG. 1, the service brake is released, while the shoes 8 of the auxiliary brake are applied against the rim of the pulley 1 by the pneumatic cylinder 12.
The application of the service brake is controlled in the usual way by the shaft contact in the vicinity of the stopping point, the shaft contact having simultaneously triggered the application of the auxiliary brake with a delayed effect controlled by contacts. electrics (not shown) which, arranged for example on the linkage of the service brake, furthermore cause the service brake to be released at the end of the application of the auxiliary brake.
At this time, the detectors, of difference in level (not shown) provided near the recipe provided feel electrical impulses which control, in direction and in amplitude, the action of the jack 15 on the auxiliary brake. This control can be exercised continuously, so as to constantly ensure the leveling of the cage during the cradling or unloading operations.
At the end of the cage, the signal given to the machine, either for a rope party or for the leveling of a second platform of the cage, causes the release of the auxiliary brake and the return of the jack 15 to its position. average ; for the second plate of the cage, the leveling takes place in the same way as for the first plate.
It should be noted that in the normal running position, the auxiliary brake being released, the rollers 18 rest on the ramps 19, and raise the rockers 5, so as to distribute around the shaft 2 a clearance e initially provided between the balan ciers and the tree; there is therefore no friction on the shaft while the machine is running.
In the variant shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the shoes 8 of the auxiliary brake, instead of being supported by rockers, are arranged on carriages, 20, mounted on. rollers 21 bearing on fixed running tracks 22 concentric with the shaft 2. The cylinders 12, which control the rotation of the eccentric shaft of the shoes 8, are then articulated around axes 23 integral with the carriages 20. The rod 14 of the hydraulic cylinder 15 is coupled to a transverse bar 24 bringing together the two chariots 20.
The operation is identical to that described above for the auxiliary balance brake.
The jack 15, instead of being hydraulic, can be mechanical, controlled by an electric motor. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the connecting rod 14 between the carriages 20 and the control cylinder is provided with a threaded portion 25 constantly engaged with a nut. 26 centered, by means of thrust bearings. 27, in the housing 28 of the jack; the nut 26 is integral in rotation with a worm wheel 29, engaged with a worm 30 controlled, by means of a cardan shaft 31, by an electric motor 32. To the latter is coupled a detector 33 of the position of the auxiliary brake.
The housing 28 of the jack carries two journals 34 supported by two bearings 35 allowing oscillation of the jack during angular displacements of the auxiliary brake.
