Description
Disposifif préhenseur Le présent brevet a pour objet un dispositif préhenseur à commande électromagnétique suscepti- ble d'être utilisé d'ans de multiples cas, par exemple pour le transport -de plaques de tôle.
Ce dispositif préhenseur est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une ventouse élastique dans le fond de laquelle débouche un passage permettant de mettre en communication l'espace limité par ce fond avec l'atmosphère, et une soupape électromagnétique dont l'organe mobile, selon sa position, ouvre ou obture de façon étanche ledit passage.
Un des principaux avantages de ce dispositif est de pouvoir être commandé automatiquement ou à distance.
La figure unique du dessin ci-annexé représente, en coupe axiale, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention, donnée à titre d'exemple.
Le dispositif représenté est constitué par un bâti 10, par une ventouse élastique 11 et par une soupape électromagnétique 12.
Le bâti 10, dans lequel est disposée la soupape 12, est formé par une cloche cylindrique 13 et par une plaque circulaire 14 venue d'une pièce avec un ajutage 15 et avec une portée cylindrique filetée 16 vissée dans un taraudage de la jupe de la cloche 13.
Le corps élastique 17 de la ventouse 11 est monté à force, par sa base annulaire, sur le pourtour de l'ajutage 15 dont l'orifice forme un passage 18 mettant en communication l'espace limité par le fond die la ventouse et l'atmosphère extérieure. Ce passage est normalement obturé, pour permettre à la ven touse de saisir un objet, comme une ventouse élas- tique ordinaire, par l'organe mobile de la soupape qui est constitué par un pointeau 19 vissé à l'extrémité du noyau 20 de l'électro-aimant de commande de la soupape. Ce pointeau est appliqué contre son siège 21 par un ressort 22.
L'armature cylindrique 23 de l'électro-aimant de commande, à l'intérieur de laquelle est montée la bobine 24, est fixée par des vis 25 à la base de la cloche 13. Les bornes de cette bobine apparaissent en 26.
Pour poser un objet saisi par la ventouse, on excite l'électro-aimant dont le noyau 20 plonge à l'intérieur de la bobine 24, à l'encontre de l'action du ressort 22, en entraînant le pointeau 19 qui ouvre le passage 18 par lequel une pression normale se rétablit dans la chambre de la ventouse. Dès. la cou pure du courant d'excitation de l'électro-aimant et le retour du pointeau 19 contre son siège 21, le dis positif est prêt à saisir un nouvel objet.

The device shown is constituted by a frame 10, by an elastic suction cup 11 and by an electromagnetic valve 12.
The frame 10, in which the valve 12 is disposed, is formed by a cylindrical bell 13 and by a circular plate 14 integrally fitted with a nozzle 15 and with a threaded cylindrical bearing surface 16 screwed into an internal thread of the skirt of the bell 13.
The elastic body 17 of the suction cup 11 is force-mounted, by its annular base, on the periphery of the nozzle 15, the orifice of which forms a passage 18 putting in communication the space limited by the bottom of the suction cup and the outdoor atmosphere. This passage is normally closed, to allow the vent to seize an object, such as an ordinary elastic suction cup, by the movable member of the valve which is constituted by a needle 19 screwed to the end of the core 20 of the valve. 'valve control electromagnet. This needle is applied against its seat 21 by a spring 22.
The cylindrical armature 23 of the control electromagnet, inside which the coil 24 is mounted, is fixed by screws 25 to the base of the bell 13. The terminals of this coil appear at 26.
To place an object gripped by the suction cup, the electromagnet, the core 20 of which plunges inside the coil 24, is energized, against the action of the spring 22, by driving the needle 19 which opens the passage 18 through which normal pressure is reestablished in the chamber of the suction cup. From. the pure neck of the excitation current of the electromagnet and the return of the needle 19 against its seat 21, the positive dis is ready to seize a new object.
