Description

  

      Metallprofilrahmen,        insbesondere        für        Türen    und Fenster    Gegenstand der     Erfindung    ist ein     Metallprofilrah-          men,    insbesondere für Türen und Fenster, bei dem  erfindungsgemäss in Gehrung geschnittene hohle Pro  filstäbe auf als     Eckverbindung    dienende Winkelstücke  aufgeschoben sind, wobei die Verbindung der Profil  stäbe mit den Winkelstücken durch in Vertiefungen  der letzteren eingreifende Einpressungen der Profil  stäbe     bewerkstelligt    ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausfüh  rungsform des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    dargestellt,  und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Teilansicht eines für eine Türe oder  für ein Fenster verwendbaren     Metallprofilrahmens,          Fig.    2 eine     Draufsicht    zu     Fig.    1 mit einem Teil  schnitt nach der Linie     II-II    in     Fig.    1,       Fig.    3 eine Eckverbindung des Profilrahmens, teil  weise noch offen,

         Fig.    4 ein für eine Eckverbindung dienendes Win  kelstück und       Fig.    5 ein für die Profilstäbe geeignetes Metall  profil.  



  Die für die Herstellung des     Metallprofilrahmens     dienenden Profilstäbe 1 weisen, wie     Fig.    5 zeigt, einen  rechteckigen Hohlkanal 2 auf für den Eingriff der  Schenkel von Winkelverbindungsstücken 3 sowie eine  Nut 4 für die Aufnahme einer als Füllung dienenden  Platte 5 oder einer Glasscheibe. Die miteinander     zu     verbindenden Enden der Profilstäbe sind in Gehrung  geschnitten und gestatten ein vollständiges Einschie  ben der Schenkel der     Winkelverbindungsstücke    3 in  die Hohlkanäle 2. Die Winkelverbindungsstücke wei-         sen    an den Innenseiten ihrer Schenkel je eine     kegelige     Vertiefung 6 auf.

   Nachdem die Profilstäbe mit ihren  Enden auf die Winkelverbindungsstücke 3 aufge  schoben sind, werden zwecks Verbindung der Teile 1  und 3 an den über den Vertiefungen 6 liegenden Stel  len der Profilstäbe 1, z. B.     mittels    eines     Kugelkopf-          Presswerkzeuges    Einpressungen 7 erzeugt, durch wel  che in die     Vertiefungen    6 eingreifende Nocken 7a  gebildet werden. Auf diese Weise kann rasch und  einfach ein stabiler, insbesondere für Türen und  Fenster geeigneter     Metallprofilrahmen    hergestellt wer  den.

  The profile bars 1 used for the production of the metal profile frame have, as FIG. 5 shows, a rectangular hollow channel 2 for the engagement of the legs of angle connectors 3 and a groove 4 for receiving a plate 5 serving as a filling or a glass pane. The ends of the profile rods to be connected are mitred and allow the legs of the angled connecting pieces 3 to be pushed completely into the hollow channels 2. The angled connecting pieces each have a conical recess 6 on the insides of their legs.

   After the profile bars are pushed up with their ends on the angle connectors 3, for the purpose of connecting the parts 1 and 3 to the overlying the wells 6 Stel len of the profile bars 1, z. B. by means of a ball-head pressing tool, impressions 7 generated by wel che in the recesses 6 engaging cams 7a are formed. In this way, a stable metal profile frame, especially suitable for doors and windows, can be produced quickly and easily.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Metallprofilrahmen, insbesondere für Türen und Fenster, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Gehrung geschnittene hohle Profilstäbe (1) auf als Eckverbin dung dienende Winkelstücke (3) aufgeschoben sind, wobei die Verbindung der Profilstäbe (1) mit den Winkelstücken (3) durch in Vertiefungen (6) der letz teren eingreifende Einpressungen (7, 7a) der Profil stäbe bewerkstelligt ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Metallprofilrahmen nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die kegeligen Vertiefungen (6) an den Innenseiten der Winkelstücke vorgesehen sind.
