Description

  

      Sprengring    an     Kreuzgelenken        zum        Befestigen    der Lagerbüchsen    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Sprengring  an Kreuzgelenken     zum    Befestigen der Lagerbüchsen,  welche Gelenke etwa zum Antrieb von Fahrzeugen  Verwendung finden. Es ist     wünschenswert,    dass der  Sprengring selbst gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist, um  mit     Hilfe    des Sprengringes das Verdrehen der zu  sichernden Lagerbüchse zu verhindern.  



  Um dies zu erreichen, greift gemäss der Erfindung  der in eine Nut des     Kreuzgelenkkörpers    eingesetzte  Sprengring mit einer Verbreiterung     in    eine Ausspa  rung dieses Körpers und mit einem abgewinkelten  Lappen in eine Nut am Boden der Lagerbüchse ein.  Man erhält bei einer solchen Ausbildung des     Spreng-          ringes    zunächst eine Sicherung der Lagerbüchse gegen  axiales Verschieben und darüber hinaus eine Siche  rung dieser Büchse gegen Verdrehen, ohne dass zu  sätzliche Mittel für diesen Zweck vorgesehen sein  müssen.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel  eines Sprengringes gemäss der     Erfindung    dargestellt,  und zwar zeigt:         Fig.    1 den eingebauten Sprengring in Ansicht und       Fig.    2 im Querschnitt.    In dem     Kreuzgelenkkörper    1 ist in bekannter  Weise eine Lagerbüchse 2 für den Zapfen 3 des Ge-         lenkes    angeordnet. Zwischen dem Zapfen 3 und der  Lagerbüchse befinden sich beispielsweise die     Nadeln    4  eines Nadellagers. Um die Lagerbüchse 2 gegen axia  les Verschieben zu sichern, ist ein     Sprengring    5 vor  gesehen.

   Dieser Sprengring ist     mit    einer Verbreite  rung 5a versehen,     mit    der er in einer entsprechenden  Aussparung la des     Kreuzgelenkkörpers    liegt. Der Bo  den<I>2a</I> der Büchse 2 weist eine Nut<I>2b</I> auf, in die ein  abgewinkelter Lappen 5b des     Sprengringes        eingreift.     Der Sprengring selbst ist in üblicher Weise in eine  Nut 1 b des     Kreuzgelenkkörpers    l eingesetzt. Man er  reicht somit, dass die Lagerbüchse 2 durch den     Spreng-          ring    gegen axiales Verschieben und gegen Drehen  durch den     Sprengring    5 gesichert ist.

It is desirable that the snap ring itself is secured against twisting in order to prevent the bearing bush to be secured from turning with the aid of the snap ring.



  To achieve this, according to the invention, the snap ring inserted in a groove of the universal joint body engages with a widening in a recess of this body and with an angled tab in a groove on the bottom of the bearing bush. With such a design of the snap ring, the bearing bush is initially secured against axial displacement and, furthermore, this bush is secured against rotation, without additional means having to be provided for this purpose.



  The drawing shows an embodiment of a snap ring according to the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the built-in snap ring in a view and FIG. 2 in cross section. In the universal joint body 1, a bearing bush 2 for the pin 3 of the joint is arranged in a known manner. For example, the needles 4 of a needle bearing are located between the pin 3 and the bearing bush. To secure the bearing bush 2 against axia les shifting, a snap ring 5 is seen before.

   This snap ring is provided with a widening 5a, with which it lies in a corresponding recess la of the universal joint body. The bottom <I> 2a </I> of the sleeve 2 has a groove <I> 2b </I> into which an angled tab 5b of the snap ring engages. The snap ring itself is inserted into a groove 1 b of the universal joint body l in the usual manner. It is thus achieved that the bearing bush 2 is secured against axial displacement by the snap ring and against rotation by the snap ring 5.

PATENTANSPRUCH Sprengring an Kreuzgelenken zum Befestigen der Lagerbüchsen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in eine Nut (1b) des Kreuzgelenkkörpers (1) eingesetzte Sprengring (5) mit einer Verbreiterung (5a) in eine Aussparung (la) des Körpers (1) und mit einem ab gewinkelten Lappen (5b) in eine Nut (2b) im Boden (2a) der Lagerbüchse (2) eingreift.
