Fig. 1 einen axialen Schnitt durch eine erste Ausführungsform, bei welcher der Zapfen massiv ist;
Fig. 2 einen axialen Schnitt durch eine weitere Ausführungsform, bei welcher der Zapfen hohl ist;
Fig. 3 einen axialen Schnitt durch eine Ausführungsform mit einem Faltenbalg ;
Locking plug with lockable spout
The invention relates to a locking pin with a lockable spout. This locking pin is characterized by at least one output channel, which is open on the outer surface of the locking pin, which can be optionally used in one of two coaxial layers, in the area of a zone that is spaced apart from the end of the locking pin, which is intended to be used in the position of use Locking pin to be directed outwards in a lead container opening to be closed.
In one of the above-mentioned positions, the channel serves as a spout on at least part of the zone, and the other of the above-mentioned positions is the closed position.
This locking pin is preferably made of plastic, e.g. B. polyethylene.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the closure pin according to the invention are shown, each in the position of use in a bottle neck. Show it:
1 shows an axial section through a first embodiment in which the pin is solid;
2 shows an axial section through a further embodiment in which the pin is hollow;
3 shows an axial section through an embodiment with a bellows;
4 shows an axial section through a further embodiment with a curved channel and guide ring.
The locking pin shown in FIG. 1 has a cylindrical part 1 and a head part 2 designed as a handle. The part 1 has three channels offset from one another about the longitudinal axis by 1200, each of which runs along a surface line.
One 3 of these channels lies in the sectional plane shown, another 3a is covered and accordingly shown in broken lines. These channels are in the form of grooves, that is to say they are open on the outer surface of the locking pin over their entire length, which extends in the area of zone 4.
Zone 4 adjoins the end of the locking pin that is at the top in the drawing at a distance 5.
The distance 5 is greater than the distance of this end of the locking pin from the lower edge 6 of the head 2. In the closed position of the locking pin 1, 2 in the neck 7 of a bottle shown in solid lines, this lower edge 6 of the head 2 lies at the bottle neck opening. In this position, the closure pin 1, 2 forms a tight closure for the bottle neck 7.
In the position 1 ', 2' shown in dash-dotted lines, openings are formed by the part 8 of the channels which, in this position of the closure pin, protrudes beyond the bottle neck 7. By means of these openings and the remaining part of the channels, the interior of the bottle communicates with the space outside the same. If the bottle is inclined in the direction of the arrow 9, a liquid contained in the bottle flows out through the channel 3, while the other two channels serve for the entry of air.
On the other hand, when the bottle is inclined in the direction of the arrow 10, the channel 3 serves as an air inlet and the liquid flows out through the other two channels.
The locking pin 11 shown in Fig. 2 is hollow and open at the end lying at the bottom in the drawing. It also has a lateral opening 12, which is located in a jacket zone 13 of the locking pin, which adjoins the end of the locking pin that is at the top in the drawing at a distance 14. The distance 14 is greater than the distance of this end of the closure pin from the lower edge 16 of the head 15. In the closed position of the closure pin, shown in solid lines, the edge 16 lies in the opening plane of the bottle neck 7.
This locking pin has two circumferential ribs 17, 18, 19, 20 at each end outside the zone 13 and a helical rib 21 between these circumferential ribs. The circumferential ribs 17 ... 20 ensure a tight closure of the locking pin in the bottle neck 7, while the Rib 21 extending along a helical line is attached so that the locking pin can be brought from the closed position shown in solid lines into the position shown in dash-dotted lines by means of a screwing movement, and vice versa.
In the dash-dotted position 11 ', 15' (only partially shown), the lateral opening 12 'of the locking pin serves as a spout. At the same time, a recess 22 (only shown in the closed position of the locking pin) serves as a drip catcher.
The locking pin 23 according to FIG. 3 has at the end lying at the bottom in the drawing a bellows 24 to which a ring 25 is adjacent, which in the use position of the locking pin both in its closed position and when using the spout at one and the same point on the inner wall of the Bottle neck 7 with a press fit tightly. In its upper part, this locking pin corresponds to the one shown in FIG. 2, but it does not have a rib running along a helical line.
4 shows a locking pin 26 with a curved channel 27 and a guide ring 28. This locking pin 26 is displaceable in the guide ring 28 between the position shown in solid lines (closed position) and the position shown in dash-dotted lines (use of the spout) Position a conical extension 29 of the pin and in the other position a rib 30 serves as a stop on the guide ring.
The guide ring 28 is adapted to the conical extension 29 and the channel 27 is open on the outer surface of the conical extension of the locking pin. An annular groove 31, which serves as a drip catcher, runs around this open end of the channel. A groove 32 running along a surface line of the locking pin opens into this groove, the lower end of which in the drawing protrudes beyond the guide ring in the closed position of the locking pin shown in solid lines and thereby enables any residual liquid that may have remained in the annular groove 31 to drain away. The lower end of the groove 32 is closed by means of the guide ring 28 in the position 26 ′ of the closure pin, which is used for pouring out the bottle contents and is shown in dot-dash lines.
