IE Vitamin A, 4 g Vit amin B1, 6 g Vitamin B2, 15 g pantothensaures Cal cium, 40g Nikotinsäure, 1,5g Vitamin B s, 0,5 g Fol- säure, 5 mg Vitamin B12, 1 Mio IE Vitamin D3 und 10g Vitamin E enthält.
The invention relates to a method for the production of a fat-free, dry, durable on breeding feed mixture for young birds, in particular exotic, z. B. Fine finches, canaries and bastards.
It is a rearing mixture for Kana rienvögel known, in which the usual known Be constituents such as rusk flour, charcoal, insects, various sugary and calcareous substances such as flours are included. In these known rearing feeds, a high percentage of rapeseed meal is added, while important components such as honey and vitamins are only present in traces, with only vitamins A and B being represented of these trace amounts of vitamins.
By adding a fatty substance, namely beetroot meal, it was not possible, please include to make this feed durable, i.e. storable, because it went rancid in a short time and the small traces of the added vitamins were destroyed. It has also been used so far for the rearing of young birds of canaries, bastards and similar union mainly rusk with egg or ready-made quantity with mainly rusk and additives of charcoal, lime, seeds and certain vitamin carriers.
So far only traces of sugary substances such as grape sugar and especially honey have been added, and it was always believed that cod liver oil, even in the finished mixtures, could not be dispensed with.
Test breeding has shown that a successful rearing only depends on mixtures that are characterized by increased amounts of sugary substances, especially bee honey and grape sugar, and by adding artificial vitamin concentrates that have not yet been used and that have been specially selected. The inventive method is characterized in that rusk flour, dextrinated wheat flour, hay flour, legume flour, charcoal, insects or their intermediates,
Grape sugar and / or a product containing glucose, e.g. B. bee honey or malt extract, a calcium-containing substance and a powdered vitamin preparation, which contains at least vitamins A, B, D and E, mixed in any order to a mass of semolina-like or floury consistency.
It is advantageous to choose the quantities in such a way that in the finished mixture the proportion of the vitamin preparation is at least 0.8%, that of the grape sugar and the substance containing glucose, e.g. B.
Bee honey, each at least approximately 5%, that of the legume meal and the hay meal each at least approximately 2%.
You can also add about 30% quark and 13% sweet whey powder to the mixture. For particularly sensitive young birds, it is advisable to add at least 4% of a bird rearing semolina to the mixture, which contains 300 / a quark, 40 / a different insects or their intermediate stages,
Contains 10% legume flour, 13 0 / a sweet whey powder, a total of 14% grape sugar, bee honey and malt extract and 29% rusk flour.
The vitamin preparation preferably contains min least the vitamins A, Bi, B2, BE, B12, D3, E and pantothenic acid calcium, nicotinic acid and folic acid. It is advisable to use a vitamin preparation that contains 10 million per kilogram.
IU vitamin A, 4 g vitamin B1, 6 g vitamin B2, 15 g pantothenic acid calcium, 40g nicotinic acid, 1.5 g vitamin B s, 0.5 g folic acid, 5 mg vitamin B12, 1 million IU vitamin D3 and Contains 10g of vitamin E.
According to the process according to the invention, it is possible to produce fat-free, dry mixtures which can be stored and kept for a long time. Such mixtures were previously unknown. Their use enables the flawless rearing of young birds, especially exotic young birds.
When using the rearing feed mixture produced according to the invention, as has been shown, there is no need for any additional feed, since it contains practically all the important components.
