Spacers for the pit route expansion In underground route expansion, the spacers in the longitudinal direction at a distance one behind the other on orderly expansion frames are set against one another by spacers distributed over their circumference and running parallel to the route axis. Bolts made of wood or the like are often used as spacer elements, which have only one stop at each end which is supported against the support frame. Through this type of bolting, a pressure-tight connection of the support frame arranged one behind the other in the route direction is achieved.
There are also spacers for expansion frame made of flanged profiles known, in wel chen at least one flange of the expansion profiles in provided at the ends of the spacers, about the dimensions of the flange adapted from recesses and the flange is supported against the bottom of the recess. These spacers guarantee a tensile and pressure-resistant connection between the extension frames connected in series.
In the previously known embodiments, however, the secure attachment of the spacer to the support frame causes difficulties, sometimes in most cases for safety reasons apart from the tensile and compression-proof connection of the support frame in the direction of the line axis and a tensile and compression-proof connection in the circumferential plane of the support frame , but at the same time an easily detachable connection is required between the extension frame and the spacers.
The previous proposals for securing the flange in the recesses of the spacers led to relatively complicated and therefore expensive components in their structure, which are not or only little suitable for use as spacers for underground expansion.
The invention improves the known Ab spacers for flanged expansion profiles, in wel chen at least one flange of the profiles in provided at the ends of the spacers, the measurements from the flange adapted recesses is guided and the flange is supported against the bottom of the recess and secured in its position is, in that the profile flange can be braced against the bottom of the recess by at least one releasable clamping member engaging behind it.
The design can be such that the profile flange guided in the recess of the spacer between two approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the spacer at ordered, fixed stops is clamped in this way between two clamping surfaces directed approximately perpendicular thereto.
The spacers are thus secured against unwanted loosening or shifting both in the longitudinal direction and in the circumferential direction of the extension frame, whereby the design can be such that the tightening and loosening of the clamping connection can be carried out in a very simple manner with little effort. The spacer proposed according to the invention can be particularly simple to manufacture, in addition to handling.
In an expedient embodiment, the clamping member is designed as a spring clip. In this embodiment, when the spacer is pushed onto the profile flanges, the tensioning member formed for example from a leaf spring is bent back using its elastic deformability, while after the profile flange rests on the bottom of the recess of the spacer, it snaps into place behind the profile flange and this is under spring tension presses against the bottom of the recess.
The tension member can be fixedly arranged on the spacer and fixedly connected to it, for example by welding, screwing or riveting.
Another advantageous embodiment consists in guiding the tensioning element in the manner of a locking bolt such that it can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the spacer. This results in the advantage that the tendon can be moved when attaching the spacers to the profile flanges in such a way that it exposes the recesses of the spacer and thus facilitates the introduction of the profile flanges into the recesses.
At the end of the clamping member, formed for example as a spring clip, is moved in the longitudinal direction in the manner of a bolt, whereby it ver clamps the profile flange against the bottom of the recess of the spacer.
In a further embodiment, the clamping member is rotatably attached to the spacer in the plane of the bottom surface of the recess. The section of the clamping member bracing the profile flange against the spacer can be brought into and out of engagement by rotating the clamping member.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the clamping member can be formed as a bolt which can be pivoted in a plane approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the extension profiles and locked against the profile flange. This bolt is expediently guided in the direction of its axis of rotation and can be braced against the profile flange by a self-locking wedge surface leading to a support surface of the spacer.
The clamping member can also be designed as a spacer ge, transversely to the longitudinal direction displaceable clamping wedge, the wedge-shaped incline lies within the self-locking area. The clamping wedge has suitably in the plane of the profile flange suit and engages behind the profile flange at least partially with a wedge-shaped inclined clamping surface to the plane.
In the drawing, several execution examples of the subject invention are illustrated. They show: Fig. 1 two construction frames connected to one another by spacers, Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, Fig. 3 shows a detail from Fig. 2 on a larger scale during two phases of the sliding the spacer on the profile flanges, Fig. 4 two expansion frames of another profile connected by spacers in the view,
5 shows a section along line VV of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows a detail of an expansion profile with spacer in another embodiment in a perspective view, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of a spacer, also in perspective, FIG Another embodiment of a spacer, also in a perspective view, Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a spacer in the clamped state,
1d shows the spacer according to FIG. 9 before the bracing, FIG. 11 shows a section along line XI-XI in FIG. 9, FIG. 12 shows a plan view of FIG. 11, FIG. 13 shows a further embodiment of a spacer in a perspective view and FIG. 14 shows a view of FIG. 13 with a sectioned clamping member, FIG. 15 shows a further embodiment of a spacer.
According to Fig. L to 3 are two spaced apart and provided with flanges 2 channel profiles 1 by ver running in the longitudinal direction, over the circumference of the expansion frame ver shares arranged spacer 3 tension and pressure firmly connected to each other. The spacers 3 are made of a U-profile iron, in the legs 4 of which at both ends of the spacer 3 recesses 5 adapted to the dimensions of the flanges 2 are provided.
A flange 2 of the channel profiles 1 is arranged in each of the recesses 5 in such a way that it is supported against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 and is guided between the stop surfaces of the recess 5 that are approximately perpendicular thereto. The recesses provided in the legs 4 of the spacers 3 extend to the bottom of the U-profile iron.
At the ends of the spacer 3, a tensioning member 7 designed as a spring clip is fastened by means of a rivet 8. The spring clip 7 has an approximately semicircular curved end section 7 a, with wel chem this resiliently rests on the side of the profile flange 2 facing away from the bottom surface 6 and braces it against the bottom 6 of the recess 5. The spring clip 7 can also be attached to the spacer 3 in some other way, for example by welding. Instead of a U-profile, a differently designed spacer can be used.
According to Fig. 3, the spring clip 7 is bent back when a lead of the profile flange 2 into the recess 5 utilizing its elastic deformability approximately in accordance with the position indicated by dashed lines. After the profile flange 2 has come to rest on the bottom surface 6, the bent section 7a of the spring clip engages behind the profile flange 2 and braces it against the bottom 6 of the recess 5.
4 and 5 show two spaced-apart double-T-profiles 1 a, which are coupled to each other with tensile and compressive strength by spacers 3. Also in this embodiment example 3 recesses 5 are provided at both ends of the spacer, in which the flan's 2a rule of the double-T profile la are performed. The clamping member 7 engaging behind the profile flange 2a and bracing it against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 consists of a spring clip welded to the bottom of the U-profile of the spacer 3.
Although it is sufficient in most cases to assign a tension member 7 to each recess 5, in some cases it can be useful to provide two tension members 7, preferably arranged on both sides of the recess 5.
6, the clamping member 7 is designed as a spring clip displaceable in the longitudinal direction x-x of the spacer 3 in the manner of a locking bolt. The feather bulb 7 can be moved in the direction xx by such an amount that in one end position it releases the recess 5 for the insertion of the profile flange 2, while in the opposite end position it engages over the profile flange 2 and against the floor 6 the recess 5 clamped.
For the guidance of the spring clip 7, a transverse to the movement direction x-x arranged bracket 9 is welded to the bottom of the U-profile 3, which bracket 7 engages over a flat surface portion 7b of the spring. The end of the spring clip 7 facing away from the expansion profile 1 has a call bend 7e, by which the longitudinal displacement of the spring clip 7 is limited. There are also other types of leadership of the spring clip 7 on the spacer 3 conceivable.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the clamping member 7 is also designed as a locking bolt displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 3, which, however, in contrast to the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, does not consist of a spring clip. The locking bolt 7 back engages the profile flange 2a with a wedge-shaped inclined clamping surface 7d to the bottom 6 of the recess 5. As a result of the wedge slope of the clamping surface 7d, the profile flange 2a is braced against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 when the locking bolt 7 is driven.
The longitudinal displacement of the Sperrie gel 7 is limited by the Rufbiegung 7c and the cam 7e.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment in which a likewise designed as a spring clip clamping member 7 is rotatably mounted on the spacer 3 in the plane of the bottom surface 6 of the recess 5 about a bolt 10 in the y-y direction. The bent surface section 7a of the spring clip 7 engaging behind the profile flange 2 can be brought into or out of engagement by rotation about the bolt 10.
9 to 12 show an embodiment in which the clamping member 7 is designed as a pivotable bolt in an approximately perpendicular plane to the longitudinal direction of the extension profile 1 and lockable against the profile flange 2.
The pivot pin 11 assigned to the bolt 7 is guided longitudinally displaceably in a recess 12 of one leg 4 of the spacer 3 in the direction z. In the position of the bolt 7 shown in Fig. 10, this is the recesses 5 provided for the introduction of the profile flange 2 in the legs 4 of the spacer 3 formed from a U-profile iron.
After the introduction of the flange 2, the bolt 7 is rotated in the direction a in the position shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 until it comes with its front abge curved surface portion 7a on the flange 2 to the position. At the end facing away from the expansion profile 1, the bolt 7 has a clamping surface 13 inclined in the direction z. When the bolt 7 is displaced in the direction z, the wedge surface 13 leads to the end face 4 'of the leg or the web 4 of the spacer 3, wherein the adjacent to the profile flange 2 surface portion 7a of the bolt 7, the flange 2 against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 spanned ver.
The wedge slope of the wedge surface 13 lies within the self-locking range. In a departure from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, both legs or webs 4 of the spacer 3 can each be provided with a clamping bolt 7. In the case of spacers formed from angle or T-profiles, the clamping bolt 7 is also arranged on the leg or web of the spacers directed approximately perpendicular to the plane of the profile flanges 2.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 13 and 14, the clamping member 7 is designed as a self-locking clamping wedge which can be moved transversely to the longitudinal direction of the spacer 3.
The clamping wedge 7 is wedge-shaped in the plane of the profile flange 2a and is guided in recesses 14, 14a of the legs 4 of the spacer 3. The recesses 14, 14a are matched to the cross-sectional shape of the clamping wedge 7 and are designed as guide grooves open towards the recess 5 of the spacer 3.
The clamping wedge 7 engages behind the profile flange 2a with a clamping surface 15 which is inclined in a wedge-shaped manner to the plane of the profile flange and by which the profile flange 2a is braced against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 when the transverse wedge 7 is driven. When the transverse wedge 7 is driven, the outwardly tapering profile flange 2a is also braced in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 3 against the fixed stop of the recess 5, in which a recess 5a adapted to the wedge inclination can be seen to accommodate the edge portion of the profile flange 2a.
In this embodiment, who thus braced both legs of the profile flange 2 a against the bottom 6 of the recess 5 by driving the clamping wedge 7.
15 shows a further embodiment of a spacer, in which the tensioning member 7 is also displaceably guided in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 3 in the manner of a locking bolt. In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, it is not attached to the profile base, but to one of the webs 4 of the spacer 3.
Of course, it is also possible to see both profile webs 4, each with a holder displaceably guided in the longitudinal direction of the spacer locking bolt 7 to ver. The clamping member 7 is guided by means of a Lanb hole 16 running in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 3 on a bolt 17 fixedly arranged on the profile web 4. The bolt 17 has a head, the diameter of which is larger than the width of the elongated hole 16.
On the side of the elongated hole 16 facing away from the recess 5 of the spacer 3, the clamping member 7 is provided with a guide arm 18 leading on the end face 4 'of the profile web 4. The clamping member 7 engages behind the profile flange 2a with a circularly inclined clamping surface 19 to the plane of the bottom 6 of the recess 5. When the clamping member 7 is driven, the profile flange 2a is spaced apart from the bottom 6 of the recess of the spacer due to the wedge slope of the clamping surface 19 3 braced.
The clamping member 7 experiences a slight rotation in the plane of the profile web 4, the guide arm 18 being firmly clamped against the end face 4 'of the profile web 4.
