Material attachment on a set shelf The present invention relates to a material attachment on a set shelf.
The aim is to bring all necessary parts, namely enough blind material, within reach for the typesetter, to set up the actual typesetting case at an angle on the flat workstation and to be able to remove it so that there is flat space on the table for others Work becomes free.
To put the type case at an angle, either fixed support points, pull-out brackets or so-called roll panels have been used ver on the material attachment.
The present invention now relates to a mate rialaufsatz, which has two stacked rows of vertically standing loose containers for receiving blank material and is characterized in that the lower space of the attachment can be used after removing the container to accommodate a corresponding tub that is in two be limited positions can be used in this space, of which the front position is intended to set up a set box in an inclined position on the front edge of the tub and a rail attached to the front edge of the table.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated ver. It shows: Fig. 1 a set shelf seen from the side with attached material attachment, a forward pulled tub and a type case lying on this, Fig. 2 a front of the set shelf according to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 the screwed to the set shelf, with a groove provided type case support rail, Fig. 4 is a plan view of several strung together material attachments in a diagrammatic representation.
Several attachments 2 are screwed onto the set shelf 1. These attachments consist of a rear wall 3, a roof plate 4, two side walls 5 and a connecting plate 6.
On the connecting plate 6 vertical containers 7 are pushed loosely, the two ten walls Be 8, a rear wall 9 and a bottom 10 have. The bottom 10 projects beyond the side walls 8 so that each container can be easily pulled out. The containers are open at the front and top.
These containers can rest both in the lower compartment on the table 1 or on the intermediate plate 6. If the lower container is removed, the space is free to insert a tub 12 into the room. The tub 12 consists of two Be tenwände 13 and a connecting, abge angled bottom 15. The rear edge of the bottom 14 protrudes slightly over the side walls, so that it abuts against the stop bolts 16, which also hold the tub upwards. The stop bolts 16 can be removably attached in the walls 2 of the material attachment so that the space for container 7 is completely free.
At the front edge of the table 1, a rail 17 is attached, the profile of which can be seen in FIG.
Set lines 18 can be placed in the groove of this rail, that is, the same serves as a line deposit. The profile has a shoulder 19, which serves to ensure that the inserted lines are free at the upper end, so that a line can be easily lifted and removed from the channel by means of a setting line. The set case 19 is supported on the upper extension 20 of the rail 17, the lines 18 not being touched. The front edge 20 of the base 15 also has the same shape as the cross section of the rail 17, so that combined lines 18 or individual words can also be stored in its groove.
The type case 9 can thus be placed on, shifted to the side and lifted off without touching the stored lines 18. If the set box 19 is removed, then the tub 12 can be pushed backwards until it is applied to the rear wall strips 3a of the attachment, which corresponds to the dot-dash position in FIG.
With this facility, the available space is fully used, and the setter has the necessary materials within easy reach.
