Description
Dann folgt in derselben Weise die Platte a\ usw.
Construction panel made of reinforced lightweight construction material and use of the same for the manufacture of flat structural parts It has already been proposed to produce construction panels, e.g. ceiling or roof panels, from reinforced lightweight construction material in such a way that their bodies are made of lightweight construction material on two opposite sides the edges are provided with reinforcements made of sheet metal or rolled profiles and are firmly connected to them, creating an intimate bond between the components of the panel. The profiles can be provided with projections that penetrate the lightweight material body.
The construction panel according to the invention made of reinforced lightweight building material differs from this construction in that its lightweight construction material body is provided with a reinforcement profile firmly connected to it only on one of its edges, and that this projections facing on both sides be seated. Building panels of this training give the possibility of flat building parts, such as ceilings, Schalun conditions, roof skins, partitions or the like to produce in a simple and economical manner, since the profiles serving as reinforcement are to fulfill two tasks, namely to give the panels a sufficient moment of resistance and also to serve to connect two adjoining plates.
For example, reinforced Heraklith panels (cement-bonded wood wool panels) (Heraklith, registered trademark) of 2 m length can be used self-supporting to create ceiling soffits, whereas previously they had to be laid on slatted frames for this purpose.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, for example. Fig. 1 shows the edge of a reinforced building board in cross section. FIG. 2 is a diagrammatic representation of a reinforcement profile and FIG. 3 is a partial cross section through a ceiling.
According to Fig. 1, a plate-shaped lightweight material body a see at one of its edges with a reinforcement profile b (sheet metal or rolled profile) ver and firmly connected to this. From the pro fil - as FIG. 2 shows - tabs c ', c "are punched, of which the former are bent to one side and the latter to the opposite side. These tabs form projections, of which the former in the body a penetrate and the latter stand out freely.
A mortar layer d is provided between the body co and the profile b, onto which the profile is pressed before the mortar hardens, so that it also partially penetrates the punched holes.
The reinforcement profile b shown in FIG. 2 is formed by a flat iron from which three angular tabs c ', c "are punched out. However, other profiles can also be used, e.g. U, L, Z, T - or double T-bars The protrusions can also be designed in a different way, for example as separately manufactured pins that are attached to the profile.
The ceiling shown schematically in Fig. 3 is produced in the following way. First, the first slab <I> a '</I> is laid on the wall of the room to be covered so that the profile <I> b </I> is on the side facing away from the wall. After applying a layer of mortar on the outside of the profile b of the first plate or on the edge of the second plate a ", this is pushed against the plate a 'and pressed firmly against it by hammer blows so that the projections c" of the first plate into the Penetrate the body of the second plate. Then the plate a \ etc. follows in the same way. In the same way, inclined components, e.g. B. Under views for roofing roofs or vertical construction parts, z. B. partitions are made.
