Dispositif de classement à dossiers suspendus et à casiers basculants L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de classe ment à dossiers suspendus et à casiers basculants.
Dans les dispositifs connus du genre en question, chaque dossier est suspendu à deux rails, ce qui com plique les opérations de mise en place et d'enlève ment des dossiers. En outre il faut prévoir dans les casiers des moyens pour empêcher les dossiers de se dégager intempestivement des rails de suspension à la position fermée des casiers, ces moyens consistant en général en des tringles qui passent par-dessus les crochets de suspension pour limiter le degré de li berté de ces derniers. Ces tringles augmentent le prix de revient et rendent encore plus difficiles les mani pulations des dossiers.
Le dispositif suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte dans chaque casier un rail unique de suspension et de coulissement, et une barre de butée espacée de ce rail et contre laquelle chacun des dossiers accrochés au rail vient porter par ses bords opposés au pli de la feuille constitutive de ce dossier sous l'effet du déséquilibre, au moins à la position fermée du casier.
Le dessin, annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif de classement objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe verticale de ladite forme d'exécution du dispositif montrant un casier en posi tion ouverte.
La fig. 2 est une coupe semblable à celle de la fig. 1, mais dans laquelle le casier est montré à la position fermée.
Le dispositif de classement représenté en fig. 1 et 2 comporte des casiers basculants dans chacun des quels sont renfermés un certain nombre de dossiers. Chacun de ces dossiers est réalisé par une feuille 1 de carton ou de papier fort, convenablement re pliée de manière à constituer une poche ou chemise ouverte sur trois côtés. Pour faciliter la description, on supposera que le pli de la feuille 1 est disposé horizontalement et en bas du dossier, c'est-à-dire qu'on se référera à la position ouverte ou position d'utilisation représentée en fig. 1.
L'un des bords verticaux de la feuille 1 est ren forcé par un repliage la et porte une tablette ou pupitre de signalisation 2, fixé au moyen de rivets ou analogues 3.
Chacun des deux bords supérieurs horizontaux de la feuille 1 est également rabattu sur lui-même en 1 b et est serré au moyen de rivets 4, de manière à maintenir dans le repli ainsi formé une tringle d'ar mature 5, préférablement faite en métal. Cette trin gle 5 est recourbée de façon à déterminer un crochet 5a, de forme arrondie, ouvert vers le bas. Ce crochet Sa dépasse au-dessus du bord rabattu lb considéré de la feuille 1, convenablement échancré à cet effet.
En outre le crochet Sa est disposé sur la tringle 5 en un point tel que lorsque le dossier est suspendu par ledit crochet, à la façon qui sera exposée ci-après, il tende à basculer autour de son point de suspension dans un sens correspondant à l'abaissement du pu pitre 2. Au voisinage de son extrémité opposée au pupitre 2, le bord supérieur 1 b comporte une seconde échancrure au droit de laquelle la tringle 5 est repliée de manière à déterminer une encoche 5b en forme de V ouvert vers le haut.
Les crochets Sa des divers dossiers du casier considéré sont engagés sur un tube 6 à section circu laire jouant le rôle de rail de suspension et de coulis sement, tandis que les encoches 5b sont destinées à buter contre une barre de butée 7 à profil triangu laire avec l'un des sommets orienté vers le fond des- dites encoches 5b. Le rail 6 et la barre 7 sont fixés par leurs extrémités aux parois latérales 8a du casier basculant 8, ce dernier étant articulé à la façon con nue autour d'un axe transversal indiqué en 9.
L'agen cement est tel qu'à la position fermée du casier 8 (position de la fig. 2) le rail 6 se trouve au-dessus de la barre 7. Comme à l'ordinaire le casier 8 com porte deux faces ouvertes, savoir: celle qui se trouve en haut à la position ouverte de la fig. 1 et qui de vient la face arrière à la position fermée de la fig. 2, et celle qui se trouve en haut à cette dernière posi tion de la fig. 2 et qui est donc la face avant à la position ouverte de la fig. 1.
Lorsque le casier 8 est fermé (position de la fig. 2), les dossiers tendent évidemment à basculer autour du rail 6 et par conséquent leurs encoches<I>5b</I> sont maintenues au contact de la barre de butée 7 par l'effet du déséquilibre, sans qu'il y ait lieu de prévoir des dispositifs particuliers de maintien des crochets de suspension 5a sur le rail unique 6.
A la position ouverte de la fig. 1, le rail de suspension 6 est très légèrement décalé vers l'arrière (c'est-à-dire à l'opposé du pupitre 2) comme le montre la fig. 1 ; le dossier tend donc à basculer dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en fig. 1 et par conséquent les enco ches 5b sont maintenues au contact de l'arête infé rieure de la butée 7.
Il est d'ailleurs à noter qu'au cas où, par suite d'un remplissage irrégulier, le dos sier tendrait intempestivement à basculer en sens inverse, ce mouvement serait immédiatement arrêté par contact du pli inférieur du dossier avec le fond du casier 8, de telle sorte que les encoches 5b se dégageraient à peine de la barre 7.
A la position ouverte du casier (position de la fig. 1) l'on peut aisément accéder à l'intérieur des dossiers par le côté de ceux-ci qui se trouve en avant (côté sur lequel sont disposés les pupitres 2 des dos- siers). Il est très facile de sortir un dossier en le bas culant légèrement en sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre (en fig. 1) jusqu'à dégager le crochet 5a de la tringle 6, puis en tirant en avant ce dossier. On opère de façon inverse pour introduire un dossier dans le casier.

The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the classification device which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a vertical section of said embodiment of the device showing a rack in the open position.
Fig. 2 is a section similar to that of FIG. 1, but in which the locker is shown in the closed position.
The classification device shown in FIG. 1 and 2 has tilting lockers in each of which are contained a number of files. Each of these files is produced by a sheet 1 of cardboard or strong paper, suitably folded so as to constitute a pocket or folder open on three sides. To facilitate the description, it will be assumed that the fold of the sheet 1 is arranged horizontally and at the bottom of the backrest, that is to say that reference will be made to the open position or position of use shown in FIG. 1.
One of the vertical edges of the sheet 1 is reinforced by a folding 1a and carries a tablet or signaling console 2, fixed by means of rivets or the like 3.
Each of the two upper horizontal edges of the sheet 1 is also folded back on itself at 1 b and is tightened by means of rivets 4, so as to maintain in the fold thus formed a mature rod 5, preferably made of metal . This trin gle 5 is curved so as to determine a hook 5a, of rounded shape, open at the bottom. This hook Sa protrudes above the folded edge lb considered of the sheet 1, suitably notched for this purpose.
In addition, the hook Sa is arranged on the rod 5 at a point such that when the backrest is suspended by said hook, in the manner which will be explained below, it tends to swing around its point of suspension in a direction corresponding to the lowering of the desk 2. The rail 6 and the bar 7 are fixed by their ends to the side walls 8a of the tilting box 8, the latter being articulated in the manner known around a transverse axis indicated at 9.
The arrangement is such that in the closed position of the rack 8 (position of fig. 2) the rail 6 is located above the bar 7. As usual the rack 8 has two open sides, namely: the one which is at the top in the open position of fig. 1 and which comes from the rear face to the closed position of FIG. 2, and that which is at the top in this last position of FIG. 2 and which is therefore the front face in the open position of FIG. 1.
When the compartment 8 is closed (position of fig. 2), the files obviously tend to swing around the rail 6 and consequently their notches <I> 5b </I> are kept in contact with the stop bar 7 by the 'effect of the imbalance, without it being necessary to provide special devices for maintaining the suspension hooks 5a on the single rail 6.
In the open position of FIG. 1, the suspension rail 6 is very slightly offset towards the rear (that is to say opposite the console 2) as shown in fig. 1; the backrest therefore tends to tilt in the direction of clockwise in fig. 1 and consequently the notches 5b are kept in contact with the lower edge of the stop 7.
It should also be noted that in the event that, as a result of irregular filling, the sier back tends to tilt in the opposite direction, this movement would be immediately stopped by contact of the lower fold of the backrest with the bottom of the rack 8 , so that the notches 5b would barely release from the bar 7.
In the open position of the locker (position in fig. 1) you can easily access the inside of the backrests from the side of them which is at the front (side on which the desks 2 of the backs are arranged). siers).
