Description

Cooker The present invention relates to a cooker, characterized in that it comprises a liquid fuel heating device and a fan intended to keep an air flow in motion, the heat of combustion coming from said device being transmitted by thermal exchange. to watertight walls. and thermally conductive and said air flow.

The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the cooker according to the invention.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view.

Fig. 2 is a section on 11-1l of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a section on 1111-111 of FIG. 2.

References 1 and 2 denote the respective locations normally reserved for the hearth and the ashtray required by coal heating, these locations being assigned in the cooker which will be described to the oil heating elements.

The arrangement of these auxiliary heating devices leaves unchanged most of the elements of the cooker, and in particular the plates. heated 3; the outlet of the fumes 4, a shutter 16 of which regulates the distribution between two gas streams 5 and 6, the first discharging directly through a chimney 7, the second being channeled through sealed thermally conductive walls which ensure the use of its calorie content.

The first elements which benefit from these calories are naturally those which give the cooker its primary destination, that is to say a baking oven 8 and a plate warmer 9. Together with the previous ones, they constitute the framework. immutable of the cooker, which retains its conventional form of use concurrently with the additional heating service which will be considered.

To carry out the necessary transformation, one assigns to the heating chamber 1-2 an oil heating apparatus whose heating body 1 replaces the charcoal hearth and whose burner 2 replaces the ashtray.

The gas stream coming from the burner 2 brings the heating body 1 to a high temperature, the outer wall surface of which is equivalent to the active surface of a heat exchanger. A fan 10 directs on it a flow of air, drawn preferably from the outside and if necessary filtered, which follows arrows 11 and 12 without being exposed to pollution because it is enclosed during its entire course by walls. sealed 13, 14 and 15 up to a pipe 17, which can open into such an apartment room that it is desired to heat.

The stove described has the advantage of establishing a perfectly sealed separation between the flow of hot air and the combustion gases, and of channeling the two streams thus separated by facilitating the transfer to the first of the calories from the second.
