Description

  

      Reibscheibenkupplung    oder -bremse    Die Erfindung betrifft Reibscheibenkupplungen  oder Reibscheibenbremsen mit durch je zwei Flächen  gebildeten Reibpaarungen.  



  Zur Erhöhung des Reibwertes und zur Verbesse  rung der Wärmeableitung je Einheit der projizierten  Scheibenfläche wird nach vorliegender Erfindung vor  geschlagen, den Reibteil je der einen Fläche der Reib  paarungen in eine Anzahl Reibstellen aufzuteilen, an  denen Linien- oder Punktberührung auftritt.  



  In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfin  dung wird die     Reibfläche    einer Reibscheibe wellen  förmig gestaltet, beispielsweise mit radial verlaufen  den Wellentälern versehen.  



  Es können insbesondere beide Seiten einer Reib  scheibe mit radialen Wellen versehen sein. In der  Kupplung bzw. Bremse sind dann abwechselnd ge  wellte und glatte Scheiben nebeneinander angeordnet.  



  Die     Wellungen    auf beiden Seiten der Reibscheibe  sind vorzugsweise derart angeordnet, dass die Reib  scheibe überall annähernd gleiche Wandstärke besitzt.  



  Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der       Erfindung    dar, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine gewellte Reibscheibe in Stirnansicht  und       Fig.    2 den Ausschnitt aus der gewellten Scheibe  und zwei anliegenden glatten Scheiben, in Radial  richtung gesehen.  



  1 stellt eine kreisringförmige Reibscheibe dar,  die mit einer Keilverzahnung 2 versehen ist. In die  Reibscheibe sind radial verlaufende Wellentäler 3  eingearbeitet, welche je zu beiden Seiten eines Wellen  berges 4 liegen.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt in     Radialansicht    je einen Ausschnitt  aus einer gewellten Scheibe 1 mit zwei anliegenden  glatten Scheiben 5 und 6. Die     Wellung    3, 4 ist gleich  laufend oder annähernd gleichlaufend mit der     Wellung     3', 4' auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Scheibe 1.    Die an den     linienförmigen    Berührungsstellen der  Wellenberge 4, 4' der gewellten Scheibe entwickelte  Wärme     verteilt    sich auf die ganze Scheibe und wird  an die umgebende Luft oder an das in den radialen  Tälern befindliche öl abgegeben.  



  Die vorhandene Linienberührung zwischen der  gewellten und der ebenen     Reibfläche        begünstigt    die       Späneabfuhr.    Die gewellte Scheibenfläche verhindert  das Kleben der Scheiben nach Ausschalten der Kupp  lung.  



  Die einzelnen Wellen können statt geradlinig  radial auch bogenförmig verlaufen.

  In particular, both sides of a friction disc can be provided with radial waves. In the clutch or brake, alternately corrugated and smooth disks are arranged side by side.



  The corrugations on both sides of the friction disc are preferably arranged such that the friction disc has approximately the same wall thickness everywhere.



  The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 shows a corrugated friction disc in an end view and Fig. 2 shows the detail of the corrugated disc and two adjacent smooth discs, seen in the radial direction.



  1 shows an annular friction disk which is provided with a spline 2. Radially extending wave troughs 3 are incorporated into the friction disk, each lying on both sides of a wave mountain 4.



       2 shows a radial view of a section of a corrugated disk 1 with two adjacent smooth disks 5 and 6. The corrugation 3, 4 is the same or approximately the same as the corrugation 3 ', 4' on the opposite side of the disk 1. The heat developed at the line-shaped contact points of the wave crests 4, 4 'of the corrugated disk is distributed over the entire disk and is given off to the surrounding air or to the oil in the radial valleys.



  The existing line contact between the corrugated and the flat friction surface promotes chip evacuation. The corrugated disc surface prevents the discs from sticking after the clutch is switched off.



  The individual waves can also run in an arc instead of a straight line.

PATENTANSPRUCH Reibscheibenkupplung oder -bremse, mit durch je zwei Flächen gebildeten Reibpaarungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibteil je der einen Fläche der Reibpaarungen in eine Anzahl Reibstellen aufge teilt ist, an denen Linien- oder Punktberührung auf tritt. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Reibscheibenkupplung oder -bremse nach Pa tentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je eine Reibfläche der Reibpaarungen wellenförmig gestal tet ist. 2. Reibscheibenkupplung oder -bremse nach Pa tentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass abwechselnd eine glatte und eine beider seits gewellte Reibscheibe aneinanderliegen. 3.
