Transportgerät für Bekleidungsstücke Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Transportgerät für Bekleidungsstücke.
Bekleidungsstücke bedürfen beim Transport be sonders sorgsamer Verpackung, und es ist in vielen Fällen wünschenswert, eine grössere Anzahl von Be kleidungsstücken schnell und sorgsam zu versenden.
Gemäss der Erfindung zeichnet sich das Transport gerät aus durch einen Bodenteil, einen Kopfteil, ein in der Länge veränderbares Gestänge und eine zwischen die beiden Endteile einspannbare Hülle, wobei das Gestänge zum Zusammenhalten der End- teile dient.
Vorteilhaft ist ferner ein Teil der Hülle als Zunge auszubilden, die mit dem übrigen Teil der Hülle durch Reissverschluss verbunden werden kann.
Zweckmässigerweise können unter dem Bodenteile an der einen Seite zwei Räder bzw. Rollen und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite starre Bolzen bzw. feste Füsse angeordnet werden, so dass das Gerät ohne irgendwelche Abänderung verfahren oder fest auf gestellt werden kann.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes per spektivisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 das aufgebaute Gerät beladen und ver plombt, während Fig. 2 den Fussteil des Gerätes mit dem untern Teile des Gestänges erkennen lässt. In der Fig.3 ist in perspektivischer Darstellung der obere Teil der Hülle wiedergegeben. Fig. 4 zeigt in orthogonaler Darstellung die nach Entleerung des Gerätes ermöglichte Zusammenlegung desselben zu einem handlichen Koffer. Nicht näher dargestellte und erläuterte Teile sind an sich bekannt.
In den Figuren ist a der Bodenteil und f der Kopfteil des Gerätes. Beide Teile werden mitein ander vereinigt durch das Gestänge g. In den Auf nahmestutzen d (Fig.2) wird das Gestänge g ein- gesetzt. Die Hülle<I>h</I> wird im Kopfteil f mit Hilfe der beiden scharnierartig miteinander verbundenen Bügel hälften n1 und n2 unter dem Dache des Kopfteils und einer etwas tiefer liegenden Wulst verspannt. Am untern Teile wird die Hülle h mittels Ösen s an Haken o befestigt, die am untersten Teile des Gestänges vorgesehen sind.
Zum Zusammenhalten des aufgebauten Gerätes dienen Stahlbänder k. Mit 1 (Fig. 1) ist eine Wechsel scheibe angedeutet, die als Versand-Adressenplatte dient und an der Breitseite des Kopfteils f einge schoben sowie beliebig befestigt werden kann. Im Kopfteil f ist parallel zu zwei einander gegenüber liegenden Seitenwänden eine Stange p, wie in einem Kleiderschranke, angeordnet, auf der die einzelnen Kleidungsstücke mit Hilfe von Kleiderbügeln auf gehängt werden.
Wenn der Empfänger des ge füllten Gerätes die Plombe m (Fig. 1) löst, mit deren Hilfe die beiden Reissverschlüsse i gesichert werden, kann er die Ware dem Geräte entnehmen. Hierbei kann er das Stahlband bzw. die zwei kreuzweise an geordneten Stahlbänder k aufschneiden und der Schrottverwertung zuführen. Jetzt wird die von den beiden Reissverschlüssen<I>i</I> umgrenzte Zunge<I>r</I> nach Öffnen der beiden Reissverschlüsse nach oben gehoben und über den Kopfteil geschlagen, so dass die ein zelnen Kleidungsstücke von der Stange p entnom men und die Hülle h geleert werden kann. Alsdann wird der Kopfteil f abgehoben, und das Gestänge g wird im Innern der Bodenwanne a untergebracht.
Die Umhüllung h wird zusammengelegt und im Kopfteile f befestigt. Dann drückt man den Kopfteil f auf den Bodenteil a und verschliesst den so entstandenen kleinen leichten Tragkoffer in beliebiger, an sich be kannter Weise (Fig.4). Die Adressenplatte 1, auf deren Rückseite die Rückadresse vermerkt ist, wird gewendet und erneut eingeschoben sowie befestigt. Auf diese Weise kann das Gerät ohne Verlust eines Einzelteils vom Besitzer stets einer erneuten Verwendung zugeführt werden.
Die Zerlegbarkeit des Gestänges g ermöglicht nicht nur die Verpackung desselben im Kopfteile oder Fussteile des Gerätes, sondern auch eine Verlänge rung oder eine Verkürzung des Gerätes., so dass man beispielsweise bei der Versendung von Mänteln ein längeres Gestänge benutzen kann wie bei der Ver sendung kürzerer Kleidungsstücke, z. B. von Jacken.

In Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing an exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown in perspective, namely shows: Fig. 1 the assembled device loaded and sealed ver, while Fig. 2 recognize the foot part of the device with the lower parts of the linkage leaves. In Figure 3, the upper part of the shell is shown in perspective. Fig. 4 shows in an orthogonal representation the merging of the device made possible after emptying the same into a handy case. Parts not shown and explained are known per se.
In the figures, a is the bottom part and f is the head part of the device. Both parts are united with one another by the linkage g. The rod g is inserted into the receiving socket d (Fig. 2). The shell <I> h </I> is clamped in the head part f with the help of the two hinge-like interconnected bracket halves n1 and n2 under the roof of the head part and a slightly lower-lying bead. On the lower part, the shell h is attached to hooks o by means of eyelets s, which are provided on the lowest part of the rod.
Steel straps k are used to hold the assembled device together. With 1 (Fig. 1) a change disk is indicated, which serves as a shipping address plate and inserted on the broad side of the head part f and can be attached as desired. In the head part f, a rod p is arranged parallel to two opposite side walls, as in a wardrobe, on which the individual items of clothing are hung with the help of hangers.
If the recipient of the filled device releases the seal m (Fig. 1), with the help of which the two zippers i are secured, he can remove the goods from the device. Here he can cut open the steel strip or the two crosswise arranged steel strips k and send them to scrap recycling. Now the tongue <I> r </I> enclosed by the two zippers <I> i </I> is lifted upwards after opening the two zippers and thrown over the head part so that the individual items of clothing are removed from the bar p men and the envelope h can be emptied. The head part f is then lifted off and the rod g is housed inside the floor pan a.
The envelope h is folded up and fastened in the head part f. Then one presses the head part f on the bottom part a and closes the resulting small lightweight carrying case in any known manner (Figure 4). The address plate 1, on the back of which the return address is noted, is turned over and pushed in again and fastened. In this way, the device can always be used again by the owner without losing a single part.
The dismantling of the rod g enables not only the packaging of the same in the head or foot parts of the device, but also an extension or a shortening of the device, so that you can use a longer rod when shipping coats, for example, as when sending shorter ones Garments, e.g. B. Jackets.
