Drive device for a reciprocating or oscillating machine part which is under the influence of a toggle lever mechanism is driven, one end position of the machine part of the stretched,
the other end position of the same is determined by the buckled toggle lever.
There are toggle mechanisms for control movements and also for the generation of standstills be known, the drive is carried out by coupling or crank gear. As is well known, these toggle mechanisms, as links in a dependent transmission chain, have only one start and one end position. The output link of the toggle lever is controlled in such a way that it is once in the extended position and the other time in the buckled position with respect to its other link.
While the quality of the standstill and also the standstill time for the output lever are guaranteed in the extended position, there is no fixing of the output member in the buckled position of the toggle lever. For these reasons, one has already switched to connecting two toggle lever drives one behind the other, both of which are driven by a crank or coupling drive. The transmission of motion is so complicated that this double toggle mechanism has not yet been able to be introduced.
The purpose of the invention is to counter these disadvantages, which consists in locking at least the end position of the reciprocating or oscillating machine part determined by the buckled toggle lever by a dead center position within the coupling gear.
It is thereby achieved that both end positions of the machine part experience a locking, whereby a practically very useful gear is created, which in particular meets the requirements of looms or packaging machines. It is possible to additionally lock the end position of the reciprocating or oscillating machine part determined by the stretched position of the toggle lever by a dead center position within the coupling gear.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment.
FIGS. 1, 2, 3 show schematically three different coupling gears including a toggle lever drive, and FIG. 4 shows an example of an application on a loom.
The toggle lever drive according to the solution according to FIG. 1 consists of a frame link 1 which is fixedly mounted at the pivot point 2, and an output link 3, < / B> to which the output lever 4 is connected at the hinge point 5 . The two links 1, 3 are combined in the joint 6. The frame link 1 has an arm 7 ' so that it forms a rigid angle lever.
A coupling link 8 is linked to this arm 7 at 9 . This is in an articulated connection with the coupling 10 in the coupling point 11 . The coupling 10 is driven by the crank 12. Its lower end is articulated at 14 with the rocker arm 13 . The rocker arm 13 is mounted in the pivot point 15 on the frame 16 . It is therefore up to the arm 7 including a six-link coupling gear.
The coupling point 11 describes the coupling curve 17 which can be designed in such a way that it has circular arc-shaped track parts which, in connection with the link which describes the coupling curve at one end > 8 the standstills at the movement reversal points of the output lever 4 are determined. For this purpose, only the length of the link 8 needs to coincide approximately with the radius of curvature of the respective track or parts of the coupling curve 17 .
According to FIG. 1, the arm 7 and thus the output lever 4, the latter in its rearward end position, is locked when the hinge points 9, 11 > and the crank pin 18 are in alignment with the crank pivot 19 , so there is a dead center position in the coupling gear.
The locking of this end position of the output lever 4 then takes place without prejudice to the buckled position of the toggle lever 1, 3. Be moves when the crank 12 is rotated further, the toggle lever 1, 3 Stretched position shown in dashed lines, then the output lever 4 also goes into its right end position, and the locking of the same is then taken over directly by the toggle lever 1, 3 . In this case, the articulation points 2, 6, 5 are in alignment.
In the case of FIG. 2, the output lever 25 is locked when the toggle lever 20, 23 is buckled by the crank 33 and the rocker 34 Here, too, one arm 20 of the toggle lever is fixedly mounted in a hinge point 21 of the frame 22. The output link 23 is connected to the output lever 25 at the pivot point 24. The latter executes a pivoting movement into the position shown by the dashed line on the stretches of the toggle lever 20, 23 .
It is locked in that the pivot points 21, 65, 24 are in alignment. The arm 20 has a further arm 26. With this the coupling link 28 is connected via a joint 27. The other end of the latter is connected to the coupling joint 29 . This is located on an arm 31 of the coupling 32. The coupling 32 is driven by the crank 33 in connection with the swing arm 34.
Here, too, the coupling joint 29 describes a trajectory with circular trajectories to achieve standstills at the movement reversal points of the output lever 25. The arm <is in its left end position B> 26 exactly at right angles to the crank position.
The direction of force is transmitted via the coupling link 28 to the coupling 32 which is caused by the position of the crank 33 and the rocker 34 - is blocked. The left end position of the output lever 24 is thus also locked, although the toggle lever 20, 23 is buckled.
In FIG. 3 an exemplary embodiment is shown where the output lever 38 is blocked by a rocker 45 of the coupling mechanism. The knee lever arm 35 is supported here in the frame bearing point 36 and is connected to its output link 37 at 39 .
The output lever 38 consists of an angle lever which is moved into the position shown in broken lines when the toggle lever 35, 37 is stretched. Between the hinge points 36 and 39 , the coupling link 41 is articulated on the toggle lever arm 35 , specifically at 40. The link 41 is otherwise on the coupling joint 42 with the coupling 43 in connection.
The coupling joint 42 describes the curve shown, which is generated via the coupling 43 by means of the crank 44 and the rocker 45. For this purpose, the coupling 43 is at 46 with the rocker 45 in an articulated connection. The rocker 45 is supported at 47. If the pivot points 40, 42 and 46 are in a straight line with the rocker pivot point 47, then all of the force from the toggle lever drive 35, 37 goes to the rocker pivot point 47, which results in the locking of the output lever 38 when the toggle lever 35, 37 is buckled.
Fig. 4 shows the application of the invention to the loading of a loom. The latter consists of the angle lever 48 which is mounted at 49 in the frame. The angle lever 48 has an arm 50 , with which one arm 52 of the toggle lever drive is articulated at 51 . This is connected to the frame link 53 through the joint 54. The frame link 53 thus forms the second toggle arm, which is mounted in the frame bearing point 55 .
A further articulation point 56 is provided on the frame link 53 on an equal-sized swing radius like that of the joint point 54. The coupling arm 57 is hinged to this. This is stored in the coupling point 58 on the coupling 59 . The coupling 59 is driven by the crank 60 which is mounted at 61 . The right end of the coupling 59 is at 62 in an articulated connection with the rocking lever 63. This is fixedly mounted in the pivot point 64 of the frame, see above that crank 60 coupling 59 and swing arm 63 with the frame result in a four-bar chain.
The coupling point 58 describes a curved path with the proviso that the angle lever 48 is locked in the illustrated end position because the hinge points 56, 58 and the crank 60 lying in an escape. The other end position of the angle lever 48 is blocked by the extended position of the knee lever 52, 53 .
It goes without saying that not only the bent position of the toggle lever drive can be blocked by a dead center position in the coupling gear, but also the extended position of the toggle lever. This achieves a further compensation of the transmission, if desired also longer standstill times of the output link, because then both blocking layers coincide. In this way, standstills of up to about 180 degrees can be easily generated.
