Description
Dichtungsmechanismus an schwellenlosen Türen Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Dichtungsmechanismus an schwellenlosen Türen und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Türenzarge eine Dichtungsleiste angelenkt ist, die ein Anschlagorgan trägt, welches beim Schliessen der Türe in der letzten Bewegungsphase gegen ein im Türfalz angeordnetes Gegenorgan anstösst und dabei die- Leiste gegen die Wirkung einer Rückstell- feder aus einer Lage, in welcher sie an der Tür unterseite anliegt, nach unten von derselben abdreht, so dass sie den Zwischenraum zwischen Türunter seite und Bodenfläche schliesst.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung darge stellt.
Fig. 1 ist eine Stirnansicht auf den Unterteil der Türe mit den Schliessorganen für die Dich tungsleiste. .
Fig. 2 ist eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeils II von Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Grundriss durch die halboffene Türe.
An der Unterseite einer Türe 1 ist die Trag platte 2 der Dichtungseinrichtung festgeschraubt. An Scharnieren 3 dieser Tragplatte 2 ist eine Dich tungsleiste 4 angelenkt, welche Dichtungsleiste mit Dichtungsmaterial 5 zum Beispiel aus Filz, Leder oder ähnlichem nachgiebigem Dichtungsmaterial überzogen ist und bestrebt ist, unter Druck von Rückstellfedern bildenden Torsionsfedern 6, an der Tragplatte 2 anzuliegen.
Ein vorstehender Anschlag der Tragleiste 4 trägt eine Betätigungsrolle 7, die im Zusammenwirken mit einem im Türfalz 8 befe- stigten Gegenorgan 9 bzw. der Lauffläche 15 die ses Gegenorgans in der letzten Schliessungsphase der Türe nach unten abgedreht wird, und dabei die Dichtungsleiste 4 mit dem Dichtungsmaterial 5 gegen die Rückstellkraft der Federn 6 um die Schar niere 3 nach unten klappt, so dass die mit Dich tungsmaterial überzogene Tragleiste in der Schliess lage der Türe (Fig. 1) den Zwischenraum zwischen der Türunterseite und dem Boden 10 abschliesst.
Das Gegenorgan 9 ist um den Horizontalzapfen 11 kippbar und kann mit Hilfe der Stellschraube 12 so eingestellt werden, dass das Dichtungsmaterial 5 genau bei der vollständigen Schliessung der Türe die Dichtungsstellung nach Fig. 1 erreicht.

At the bottom of a door 1, the support plate 2 of the sealing device is screwed. On the hinges 3 of this support plate 2 a sealing strip 4 is hinged, which sealing strip is covered with sealing material 5, for example made of felt, leather or similar flexible sealing material and strives to rest against the support plate 2 under pressure from return springs forming torsion springs 6.
A protruding stop of the support strip 4 carries an actuating roller 7 which, in cooperation with a counter-organ 9 fastened in the door rebate 8 or the running surface 15 of this counter-organ, is turned downwards in the last closing phase of the door, and the sealing strip 4 with the Sealing material 5 against the restoring force of the springs 6 around the hinge kidney 3 folds down so that the support strip covered with sealing material in the closed position of the door (Fig. 1) closes the gap between the underside of the door and the floor 10.
The counter-member 9 can be tilted about the horizontal pin 11 and can be adjusted with the aid of the adjusting screw 12 so that the sealing material 5 reaches the sealing position according to FIG. 1 exactly when the door is completely closed.
