Electrically heated oven The present invention relates to an electrically heated oven, which is characterized in that its entry opening is closed by a hinged door, the top edge of which moves inwards and from top to bottom when the door is opened and which is in the open state The door is at least approximately at the same level as the front edge of the floor of the oven.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section along the line I-1 in Fig. 2, on a larger scale, Fig. 2 is a cross section along the line II-11 in Fig. 1, with a different arrangement of the heating elements compared to FIG. 1 and on a smaller scale, FIG. 3 shows a partial cross-section of a variant similar to FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 shows a partial cross-section of a capacitor.
The drawn oven has a baking chamber B and a Ummaue tion formed from storage mass 1, which in turn is protected by the cover plate la, the bottom plate 2 and the plate 3 for the rear wall. The open end wall is bounded by a frame 4 formed by angle iron, on the lower transverse side of which the hinged door 6 provided with an insulating compound 5 is pivotably mounted. The charging opening 7 is located in a stem made of sheet metal. This front structure has a steam extraction duct 8 on its upper side and an insertion bridge 26a on its lower transverse side.
A crank arm 10 is keyed onto a pin 9 of the axis of rotation of the door 6, at the end of which a pin 11 is fastened, which slides into a link 12 of the lever 13 intended for actuating the door 6, which at 14 is rotatably mounted.
Above the floor 2a forming the floor of the walling 1 is the lower heating space UH, which is closed at the top by the baking chamber floor 16, the front end of which, as seen from the charging opening 7, is on a threshold 17 also formed by storage mass rests, which has an inclined surface 17a on which the door 6 comes to rest in the open position. At the same height as the angle iron 4 lying, 1 angle iron 18 are attached to the upper part of the side walls 1b, 1c of the order masonry.
A perforated sheet metal 20 is placed on the same and on the angle iron 4 as well as on the supports 19 inserted in the rear wall 1d, which carries the corrugated sheet metal 21 closing off the upper heating space 0-H at the bottom. At the two narrow ends of the sheet 20 made of Iso liermaterial supports 22 are attached, which are intended to receive the rods 24 wrapped with heating wires 23. The connection of the heating wires 23 to the network takes place at 25. The bottom of the lower boiler room U-H is covered with a sheet metal 26, on which a perforated corrugated sheet 27 is supported abge.
To heat the room U-H, fixed heating elements 28 are used in a manner not shown, the heat of which is reflected by the corrugated sheets towards the baking chamber B. As ersicht Lich from Fig. 2, the heating elements 23124 and 28 are located in a portion of the shaft that is closed up abge. But it is also possible - as shown in Fig. 3 - to arrange these heating elements in the part of the shaft that is closed at the bottom. In this case, of course, the corrugated metal sheet 21a must be perforated.
The exhaust duct 8, which is used to collect the vapors escaping when the door 6 is opened, is connected in a manner not shown to a condenser 28 which is shown in FIG. 4 and which is equipped with a fan 29 which is used to extract the vapors. In the condenser casing 28 baffles 40 are arranged, which are cooled on their underside by the serpentine line 32, 33 flowing through the water. that enters at 37 and exits at 38.
A perforated plate 31, which serves to hold back larger additions, is supported on the conical bottom of the condenser 28, while the condensation water flows off through the bottom nozzle 40. In the upper half of the interior of the condenser, a further perforated plate 30 is attached, on which porous stones 34 are stacked, which serve to absorb the remaining moisture of the warm air sucked up by the fan 29. The fan 29 is connected to the outlet connection 39. 36 is the outlet nozzle of the fan. The hot air expelled from the fan 29 can, for example, be used for heating purposes.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the rear wall of the door 6 and the inclined wall 17a of the threshold 17 are adapted to one another so that when the door 6 is open, the top edge 6a of the door is at the same height and close to the edge 16a of the bottom 16 of the baking chamber B. comes to rest. Furthermore, in this open position of the door 6, the upper surface and the insertion bridge 26a lie in the same plane of inclination. These measures taken and mentioned allow the dough to be easily shot in, as well as avoiding the so-called breast plates, since the door 6 is a continuation of the insertion bridge 26a and there is no level difference between the door edge 6a and the bottom edge 16a.
It can also be seen from FIG. 1 that the lower transverse edge of the door 6 forms its pivot axis and the axis of rotation 14 of the actuating lever 13 lies below the front structure. When it is opened, the upper edge of the door moves inwards and from top to bottom. This makes opening and closing easier, in contrast to organs attached to the upper edge. The crank 10 is expediently connected to an electrical switch, not shown, by means of which the light and the fan 29 are switched on when the door is opened and switched off again when the door is closed.
In contrast to the drawn examples according to FIGS. 1, 3, the heating elements can also be arranged transversely verlau fend, which of course requires a corre sponding arrangement of the corrugated sheets, as shown in Fig. 1 also.
Resistance wires or strips as well as infrared tubes or quartzilite rods can be used as heating elements.
