314191 be schriebenen Seilkupplungsvorrichtung.
Drive for aerial cableway with circulating operation The subject of the invention is a drive for aerial cableway with circulating operation, which is characterized by the fact that two independent cable coupling devices and, moreover, a braking device that comes into operation at overspeed are available.
An embodiment of the drive according to the invention is shown on the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows partially the drive on the support cable and pull cable of a cable car with circulating operation in side view.
Fig. 2 shows the one cable coupling device of the drive in section along the line 2-2 in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows the other cable coupling device of the drive in section along the line 3-3 in FIG. 1, and FIG Braking device of the drive in section along line 4-4 in FIG. 1, on a larger scale than FIGS. 2 and 3.
The illustrated drive, which is supported on the supporting cable 11 by means of cable rollers 10, is equipped with the two independent cable coupling devices 12 and 13 for coupling it to the pull cable 14. In the Kupplungsvorrich device 12 of Fig. 2 is for pressing two clamping jaws 15 on the pull cord 14 is a pre-tensioned package 16 of two coaxially arranged coil springs is supported at one end in the drive housing 17 and is at the other end via a toggle lever 18 with the one jaw 15 in Connection which is guided in the housing 17 so as to be displaceable transversely to the pull cord 14.
In this case, the geometric axis of the spring assembly 16 lying in the cutting plane and running in the direction of displacement of the clamping jaw 15 intersects the axis of the traction cable 14, whereby moments of force are avoided. In the knee joint 19 of the toggle lever 18, a lifting rod 21 is articulated via an intermediate link 20, which is guided longitudinally displaceably in the housing 17 and is attached with its upper end to a cross member 22, which extends on both sides through a slot opening 23 from the housing 17 and on their each end carries a roller 24.
In the coupling stations of the cable car a pair of switching rails, not shown in the drawing, is available for coupling the drive with the pull cable 14, through which the rollers 24 and, via the cross-member 22, the lifting rod 21 and the intermediate link 20, the knee joint 19 under pressure the clamping jaws 15 on the pull rope 14 and with compression of the spring package 16 slightly above the stretching or dead center position of the toggle lever 18 are pressed down, which downward movement is limited by a stop 25 for the cross member 22.
The uncoupling of the drive from the pull cable 14 is effected by an IN ANY denes, with dash-dotted lines indicated switch rails pair 26, on which the rollers 24 run and thereby bend the toggle lever 18 upwards by means of the lifting rod 21, whereby the spring assembly 16 also with his The end of the toggle lever comes to rest on the housing 17 and the clamping jaws 15 release the pulling cable 14.
The coupling device 13 according to FIG. 3 can be closed by means of a sliding wedge 30 due to the weight of the sliding wedge and the load attached to it and corresponds in design and manner to that in Swiss patent no.
314191 be described rope coupling device. As in the case of the coupling device 12, the decoupling of the coupling device 13 is brought about by two rollers 31 mounted on a crosspiece connected to the wedge running onto the pair of shift rails 26 and the resulting stroke of the sliding wedge 30 relative to the carriage housing 17, while when the rollers 31 run off the pair of rails 26 the force of gravity acting on the sliding wedge pulls this downward relative to the housing 17 and through it the pressing of the clamping jaws 32 on the pull cable 14 causes.
The two cable coupling devices 12 and 13 thus not only work independently of one another, but also in different ways, so that the risk of failure of the drive coupling with the pull cable is largely averted.
- In order to further - increase the operational safety, a braking device 40 according to FIG. 4 which comes into operation and which is known per se is provided. On a shaft 41 attached to the drive housing 17, two levers 42 and 43 are mounted, the lower arms of which each form a brake shoe 44 and 45 and between the upper arms of which a pre-tensioned brake spring assembly 46 is arranged, the brake jaws of which are attached to the support cable 11 pressing expansion is prevented or permitted by a lever system 47, 48, 49 that interacts with the levers 42 and 43, depending on whether this lever system counteracts the action of the spring assembly 46 by a pawl 50 in the position shown in FIG.
4 shown, the brake is held open position ment or the action of the spring assembly is released. The release of the lever system 47 to 49 and thus the braking takes place when a not shown, acting on the pawl 50 Zentri fugalregulator exceeds a predetermined speed limit and the pawl 50 is pivoted counterclockwise (Figure 4).
Instead of the braking device described, for example, one can be provided in which at least one of the two brake shoes, apart from the mobility required for braking and brake release, is arranged to be laterally displaceable transversely to the direction of travel, in order to prevent the support cable 11 or the to be able to follow the running rail in its place relative to the pull rope and drive if necessary. An embodiment of such a braking device is described in Swiss Patent No. 335465. However, any other braking device suitable for braking on the support cable or on the running rail could also be provided.
