l>ie einzelnen Maststücke51 weisen an einem Ende einen eingeschweissten Innenring ,1(c auf, der zum Zentrieren beim Zusammen stecken der Mastteile dient, sowie eine Nase )1c. Ani andern. l#,ndc ist ein Aussenring 51b vor(esehcn, uni ein dünnwandiges Rohr als ;
Mobile lifting and erecting device for masts that can be assembled from individual sections. For antennas and assembly masts is. it is often necessary that these are quickly set up and just as quickly removed again in order to change their location. So far, telescopic or folding masts have been used for this purpose. However, these versions have the disadvantage that you can only extend the one associated load with the. #, Positioning device.
Another benefit is that damaged mast sections can only be removed with greater effort.
The present invention aims to eliminate these elite parts. It consists in the fact that the mobile lifting and setting up device has a frame with built-in lifting device and a vertical guide frame,
which can be extended and opened from the frame and has guide rollers in its interior for pushing through the mast sections and is provided with locking means to support the load sections lifted vertically through the guide frame in such a height position,
that a new mast piece can be placed between the lowered lifting table of the lifting device and your old one.
1n, the accompanying drawings, examples of embodiments of the invention are illustrated.
It shows; Fig.l a with its frame on a horizontal turntable on a vehicle titontiei-te lifting and Aufstellvorriehtung for erecting masts that can be assembled from individual maststiik- ken, Fig. 2 is a view in the direction of arrow I, of Fig.1. 3 and 4 the outer outlines of a lifting and erecting device built as a trailer:

A bogie 2 is mounted on the chassis 1 of a vehicle. A frame is pivotable about its hori zontal axes 3. with built-in 1lubeinriehtung and a guide frame for the mast that can be assembled from mast sections. By means of hydraulic presses 5, this frame with the mast 6 erected by means of the device can be pivoted from the vertical into an inclined or horizontal position and at any angle. to be established. This means that the mast can be folded down if, for example, a tunnel has to be driven through during transport.
The frame with the lifting device and the guide frame is basically the same as that described after standing in FIGS. 3 to 15, which is designed as a trailer. In Figures 3 and 4, this single-axle trailer is shown in the order. The trailer of FIGS. 3 and 4 has. two wheels 8, a drawbar 9 and on both sides two one above the other angeord designated, pivotable Abstützarine 10 and 11 on. The construction of this trailer is shown in FIGS. 5-8.
3n two horizontal longitudinal rails 12 and 12a with a downwardly open U-shaped cross section, the bicycles 8 are stored. The columns 14, 15 and 15a are attached to these rails 12. These columns serve, as described later, as a carrier of the hochgeho surrounded guide frame in which the mast parts are plugged together. Vertical U-profiles 16 and 17, which are connected by means of the horizontal U-rail 18, are welded to the ends of the rail 12.
The rail 18 thus connects the upper end of the two U-profiles 16 and 17 with the central column 14. A bracket 20 (FIG. 6) is welded onto the rail 12a, on which the lifting cylinder 21 of the hydraulic jack sits.
The pillars 15 and 15a are on theirs. The upper end is connected to the U-Sehiene '-)' 2. U-rails 23, in which the guide rollers 24 of the lifting fork 25 are ge, Virt, are fastened vertically on the columns 15 and 15a. On the rail 12a is a train organ 26, z.
B. a wire rope, which a-e leads over the roller 27 and is attached to the lifting fork 25. The role 2 7 is superimposed on the piston rod 28 of the lifting cylinder 21 ge. The lifting fork 25 thus niaclit the double path of the piston rod '' 8. At the columns 1.1, 15 and 15a are forks 30 be fastened with. Socket pins 32 are provided and, as described later, are used to hold the raised guide frame 50 (FIGS. 0 to 11).
U n r of a assembled mast anchored and tied on a pan. because the trailer must be open on the back, that heals on the side opposite the Deielisel.
However, in order to still achieve the necessary stability of the trailer, as can be seen from FIG. 8, cross connections 31 and 35 above and 36 and 37 below are arranged on the Deielisel side. As can be seen from FIG. 7, the lifting fork 25 consists of a fork which is open to the rear.
The fork can be covered with a plate 38 that. serves as a lifting table top. This has a recess 39 and a nose 40, which serve to center or align from the mast pieces to be erected on your fork 25 and plate 38 formed from the lifting table.
In order to be able to slide these load pieces comfortably onto the plate 38, support strips 42 and -1-3, on which the support plate 1-1 can be placed, are welded to the vertical column 15 and U-profile 17 (FIGS. 7 and 8) .
9 to 11 show the vertical love ble guide frame 50, which is used to put together the individual mast pieces 51 (Fig. 12). This frame 50 has a round cross-section for example. However, it can also have a square or otherwise angular cross section. At the bottom.
Three lugs 52 are welded to the end of the frame 50 and have holes 53 which correspond to the bores 30a of the forks 30 (FIGS. 5 and 8. This frame 50 is furthermore provided with folding levers 54 which are mounted in lugs and see do bolt 55i from the position shown in Fig. 9 in the opposite Z,
can rotate and are each held by a stop 56 in the aforementioned horizontal position. These folding levers 54 are intended to grip seat healds 57 of the mast parts:) 1 (Fig. 12),
uni this in the frame imfzuliüngeil. In order to guide the mast parts 51 in the fiilii-ttngsraln iien 50 in their Durehsehiei dui @ li the frame are rollers 58 in front of which all holders 59 are mounted, which sit by means of bolts 60 in the wall of the guide rail 50.
If the trailer is to be grounded from an erected mast, it is necessary that the guide rail 50 with a door 50a. is provided, which can be pivoted about the bolts 50b and can be locked by means of a lock .50c in the lock.
The individual mast pieces 51 have a welded-in inner ring 1 (c, which is used for centering when the mast parts are put together, and a nose) 1c at one end. Ani others. l #, ndc is an outer ring 51b before (esehcn, uni a thin-walled tube as;
To be able to use 1load piece and still avoid the end of the mast piece becoming clumped, this pipe end having a cutout 51d corresponding to the nose 51c.
The nose 51c engages in the cutout 5ld of the other mast part when two mast parts are sieeken together, so that the slots "7, into which the support levers 54 have to engage, come into the correct position, for which purpose the lifting fork \? On the table top 38? 5 arranged nose 40 is used (Fig. 5, 7 and 3).
To fasten the mast pieces a, no and 9der, hooks 65 are arranged, for example, on the lower part of the same, via which the brackets 66 of the 1, .Z -, liie lever locks 67 grip the upper part of the mast pieces.
At the lower end of the guide frame 50, inwardly directed projections 70 are arranged in its bore, which are used to close the toggle lever 7 when two mast pieces are attached to each other. These projections can also have twist grooves in order to operate a bayonet lock.
14 shows a guided in the guide frame 50, seated on the table top 38 or hub fork 25, tied with the support feet of the trailer mast. In order to remove the trailer from a fully erected and tied mast, the mast must be provided with a foot piece 72 (Fig. 15 and 1.6), which is lowered into a pan 73 placed on the floor. This foot piece is provided with a transverse bolt 74, which comes to rest on the lifting fork 25 of the lifting device after the plate 38 has been removed.
As can be seen in FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 14, pairs of tabs 100, 101 are welded to the frame 4, in which the pivotable support arms 10 and 11 are mounted, at their ends each a screw 106 with from support leg 107 is mounted. At the. A handwheel 108 is attached to the upper end of the screws 106, and above this a rope pulley holder 109 is rotatably mounted, over whose rope pulleys 110 a pull rope 111 each lead to the winding reels 113.
The two support arms 10 and 11 on each side of the frame are fastened to the frame at different heights, so that these two support arms, as can be seen from FIG. 4, can be attached to the longitudinal side wall of the frame so that they can only be guided by one broaden tyerinnes mass.
The front end for erecting a mast is illustrated as follows: First, the guide frame 50 is raised by means of the lifting table 25, 38 and fastened by means of the bolts 32 in the brackets 30 of the columns 14, 15 and 15a. For reasons of lowering the center of gravity of the trailer or
It is expedient for vehicles to lower the guide into the trailer or vehicle and to be able to drive it out for use.
Now the uppermost Vaststiiek 51 of a mast to be formed is pushed onto the plate 38 on the lowered Ilubs-Ya.bel 25 via the plate 44 (Figs. 7 and 8), centered in the turning 39 of the plate 38 and by means of the nose 40, which engages in the cutout 51d of the mast piece 51 (FIGS. 5, 7 and 12), is brought into the correct position. By raising the lifting table, the mast piece 51.
by the frame 50, its support lever 54- (FIG. 9) snapping into the slots 57 of the 3Taststüekes, which remains hanging on the levers 54 after a slight lowering movement. The mast piece 51 is guided by the rollers 58. Now the lifting table is lowered again to its lowest position and a second mast piece is placed on it as described.
When lifting the second loadstfekes you push its centering ring: 51a into the bore of the first mast section 5l, and the nose 51c comes into the recess 51d. At the same time, the bracket 66 of the toggle lever closures on the second mast piece hang into the hook 65 on the first, and the toggle lever 67 is pressed against the mast piece 51 by means of the projections 70 arranged in the frame 50, so that the two hlaststüeke are firmly connected to one another .
One mast section is lined up with the other. On the topmost part of the mast, rope eyelets are expediently arranged, which are connected by ropes 111 via rollers 110 to lifting trunks 113. If the desired height is reached except for one mast section. then a mast piece is used which, in addition to the slots 57, has slots 57a placed above these, in which the levers 51 can also engage.
This load piece 51e (F1-.15) is now only so high that the levers 51 engage in the slots 57a, but the connection by the toggle lever locks has already taken place. Now the plate = 14 and the Lifting table plate 38 (FIG. 7) removed and the foot piece 72 placed on the fork 25 of the lifting table by means of the support bolt 74.
By lifting the lifting fork 2,5 , the foot piece 72 is now pushed into the lower end of the mast piece 51e and the whole mast is raised so far that the pawls 51 can be pivoted out of the seat hubs 57a by hand.
The entire mast can then be sifted with its foot 72 onto the pan 73 which is guided to the ground. The ropes are now loosened from the winding routing 113 and anchored to the ground.
The guide frame 50 is now, as can be seen from Fig. 17, by opening his door. 50a unfolded, and by pivoting the trailer by the angle ce, the guide frame 50 and thus also the forks 30 of the column 15 come out of the driving line,
so that the trailer can be driven off in the direction of arrow e from what is now tied to the ground.
