Als Arbeitstisch verwendbare Transportkiste 1)ie Erfindung betrifft eine als Arbeits- tiseh verwendbare Transportkiste -- insbeson dere eine als Werkbank verwendbare, mit her ausziehbaren Fächern versehene Werkzeug kiste -- welche Kiste zum Gebrauch als Tisch auf abnehmbare Beine gestellt werden kann.
Die Kiste nach der l,rfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, da.ss sie eine nach unten tier ausklappbare Vorderwand aufweist und dass ferner an der Aussenseite der Vorderwand eine Schiene angeordnet. ist, -elche einen Bestandteil einer \zum Verschliessen der Kiste dienenden Vorrichtung bildet und welche mit Hilfe eines Scharniers ungefähr im rechten Winkel zur Vorderwand ausschwenkbar an letzterer befestigt.
ist Lind mit Hilfe eines Ver längerungsstückes sieh so verlängern lässt, dass bei tierausgeklappter Vorderwand und ausge schwenkter Schiene die Vorderwand ungefähr in horizontaler Lage über Schiene und Ver- liingeritngsstück auf dem Boden abgestützt Ist.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungs beispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen in der Ansicht Fig.1 eine für den Transport verschlos sene Werkzeugkiste- und Fig.2 die gleiche Kiste bei Gebrauch als Werkbank.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Kiste eignet sich besonders als Werkzeugkiste für Montageper sonal. Die Kiste dient zur Aufnahme solcher 'Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen, welche den Monteur bei der Ausübung seiner Arbeit von an Ort und Stelle vorhandenen Hilfsmitteln weitgehend unabhängig machen. Die Kiste ist äusserst robust gebaut, damit sie der beim Transport auf dem Land- und Seeweg zu erwartenden, wenig sorgfältigen Handhabung gewachsen ist, und damit die in ihr auf bewahrten Gegenstände vor Beschädigung und Verlust geschützt sind. So sind die Wände der Kiste aus starken Brettern zusammengefügt, deren Kanten durch eiserne Beschläge 1 ver stärkt sind.
Diese robuste Ausführung ermög licht nun, die VTerkzeugkiste an Ort und Stelle als Werkbank zu benutzen. Zu diesem Zweck kann sie auf abnehmbare, am Kisten boden zu befestigende Beine 2 gestellt werden. Die Vorderwand 3 der Kiste ist mit Hilfe der Seharnierbesehlä.ge 4 nach unten tieraus klappbar am Kistenboden befestigt. An der Vorderwand 4 ist ferner mit Hilfe des Schar niers 5 eine Schiene ö schwenkbar angeordnet, die im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorder wand an letzterer anliegt und zusammen mit Bügel i und Vorhängeschloss 8 die zum Ver schliessen der Kiste dienende Vorrichtung bil det.
Das dem Scharnier 5 gegenüberliegende Endstück 9 der Schiene wird bei geschlossener Vorderwand 3 durch die an letzterer be festigte Klammer l.0 gehalten und geschützt. Das Vorhängeschloss 8 befindet sich in einer Ausnehmung des Schienensteges 11 und ist so gegen Beschädigung geschützt. Bei ge- schlossener Vorderwand 3 legt sieh das obere Ende der Schiene an die an der Oberkante der obern Kistenwand angeschweisste Platte 12, an welcher auch der Bügel 7 befestigt ist. Die Schiene 6 kann somit nur bei tierausge klappter Vorderwand 3 um das Scharnier 5 nach aussen geschwenkt werden.
Fig.2 zeigt. die Werkzeugkiste bei Ver wendung als Werkbank mit in den Kisten boden eingeschraubten Beinen 2 und tieraus geklappter Vorderwand 3. Die Schiene 6 ist ungefähr, d. h. mindestens annähernd im rech ten Winkel zur Vorderwand um das Scharnier 5 geschwenkt. In das Endstück 9 der Schiene ist ein Verlängerungsstück 13 eingeschraubt, mit dessen Hilfe die Schiene 6 sieh so ver längern lässt, dass bei tierausgeklappter Vor derwand und -ungefähr im rechten Winkel zur Vorderwand ausgeschwenkter Schiene die Vorderwand in etwa horizontaler Lage über Schiene und Verlängerungsstück auf dem Bo den abgestützt ist. Sowohl Verlängerungsstück 13 wie Beine 2 gehören zum Inventar der Kiste.
An den Beinen 2 sind Hülsen 14 an geschweisst, mit deren Hilfe die Beine auf einer Unterlage verankert werden können, bei spielsweise mit Hilfe von Schrauben.
In der obern Kistenwand sind Gewin.de- büehsen 15 (Fig.1) angeordnet, die zur Be festigung des Schraubstockes 16 und des Rohr schraubstockes 17 dienen; diese gehören beide zum Inventar der Kiste. Im Innern der Kiste sind tierausziehbare Fächer 18, 19, 20 und 21 angeordnet. Diese Fächer dienen zur Auf nahme der verschiedenen 'Werkzeuge, wobei die Ausrüstung je nach Bedarf verschieden zusammengestellt sein kann. Der Inhalt der einzelnen Fächer kann ein erhebliches Gewicht aufweisen. Zudem sind sie zwecks Platzaus- nützung in der ganzen Tiefe mit Werkzeugen belegt.
Die heruntergeklappte und auf dein Boden abgestützte Vorderwand 3 ermöglicht nun, die einzelnen Fächer vollständig heraus- zuziehen und erleichtert so das Herausnehmen. bzw. das Versorgen von Werkzeugen, welche im Bereich der hintern Fachwand aufbewahrt werden. Das unterste Fach<B>21.</B> ruht in heraus gezogener Lage auf der tierausgeklappten Vorderwand. Die Fächer 18, 19 und 20 sind auf Tragschienen 22 geführt und können sich bei vollständigem Herausziehen auf dem obern Rand des darunterliegenden Faelies abstützen.
Der Boden der Fächer 18, 19 und 20 ist längs der Seitenkanten 23 derart ausgekehlt, dass ein Faeh durch die Oberkante der Seitenwand des darunterliegenden Faches geführt ist.
Bei Niehtgebraueh oder wenn keine Werk zeuge der Kiste entnommen werden müssen, kann die Vorderwand 3 cesehlossen und mit Hilfe des Vorhängeschlosses besieliert wer den, womit der Inhalt gegen Diebstahl ge schützt ist. Zum Transport werden. die Beine und das Verlängerungsstiiek 13 abgeschraubt und in der Kiste versorgt, desgleichen die Schraubstöcke 16 und 1.7.
