Fig. 3 zeigt ein.
Component for the production of polygonal air ducts The invention relates to a construction element for the production of polygonal air ducts, in particular for dissipating warm air, consisting of the side walls of the duct forming insulating plates and connec tion profiles, with the help of which the edges of the insulating plates are held.
The attachment of the edges of the insulating plates forming the channel with the help of Pro filen is known to be done by means of connecting screws or the like, which hold through the profile and see hold lierplatte in the Iso. The insulating panels are connected to the profiles via a corner , which means that the panels cannot expand to any side. This creates unwanted cracks and the channel is no longer tight. The costs for this channel are also relatively high, because fastening the many screws is very laborious and therefore takes a lot of time.
In addition, the problem often arises of laying several separate air ducts and, if necessary, uniting them again. Therefore, the tendency in air duct construction is to also build multi-channel ducts, which is, however, associated with difficulties.
The present invention has therefore set itself the task of developing components that can meet all requirements in both single and multiple air duct construction. This goal is achieved in that the connecting profiles are provided with at least one receiving slot, the legs of which rest against an insulating plate on both sides and grip it astride, the slots expediently having a rectangular cross-section.
This new way of holding the insulating plates forming the channel is simpler, more expedient and also more reliable than known designs, since the insulating plates can now expand at least on three sides. The previously common and feared tearing of the plates no longer occurs; Sewer leaks are completely eliminated.
To form multiple air ducts, it is advisable to provide profiles T or kreuzför shaped cross-section that are provided with at least three longitudinal slots receiving the longitudinal edges of the insulating plates, with a cross profile provided with at least four longitudinal strands preferably being proposed as the central profile, 'whereas a substantially T-shaped profile with two in a common plane, but oppositely directed slots and with a transverse slot can be provided as an intermediate side profile.
With these profiles it has been possible to develop construction elements for multiple air ducts, whereby each multiple air duct can be assembled into a single unit with just a few individual components. On the other hand, these new profiles allow the most diverse variations of multiple air ducts to be built according to a simple modular system. Depending on the space available, you can put together a large number of air ducts next to one another, one above the other and next to one another.
In addition, it is also possible, for example, to lay a quadruple air duct on part of the route to be laid as a structural unit and then, for example, to divide it or to branch it off into other rooms. This type of multiple air duct construction also has the advantage that it is very material-saving, since two adjacent ducts and also two ducts arranged one above the other have a common center wall, which is all the more noticeable when a duct system is made up of as many individual ducts as possible composed. In addition, this channel structure is simple, cheap, time-saving and expedient.
To couple the individual Kanalab sections, it is useful to provide coupling profiles all around the face of the channel section, one leg of which is attached to the channel, while the other leg is used for coupling with an adjacent air channel member, these profiles with fastening screws or the like on the air channel can be held, which preferably reach through one leg of the profile and are held in the insulating plate and the Eekprofilen, the connection to an adjacent air duct member through the other leg by means of connecting screws.
In a further preferred embodiment of the channel link coupling, it is shown as two-way, one leg of a coupling profile to be fastened at the front is pushed astride an insulating plate and holds it on this, while the other leg is used for coupling with an adjacent air duct. lied is provided on the coupling side with preferably angled longitudinal grooves, whereby a bonding or adhesive compound is provided for connection with the leg of another channel section, which,
is held between the adjacent legs by the grooves, which connects and connects.
Both the coupling together and the uncoupling of several air ducts or individual elements is possible when screwing the adjacent coupling arms together or apart and on the other hand when placing or removing a sealing compound between the grooved connecting arms easy,
two-way and reliable.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in several exemplary embodiments, namely: FIG. 1 shows a "# Ninkel-Eekprofil" with two viewing slots at right angles to one another, FIG. 2 shows a T-shaped cross section between the sides with three longitudinal strands,
FIG. 3 shows a cross-center profile with four Einsehubsehlitzen arranged at right angles to one another, FIG. 4 shows a section through a coupling profile along the line XX in FIGS. 10, 5, 5 > Another coupling profile in section along the line IX-IX of FIGS. 9, FIG. 6 A section through a single air duct along the line VIII - # 7 ' Ill of Fig. 9,
Fig. 7 a partial illustration of a two-way channel, FIG. 8 a partial illustration of a four-channel system which is also shown in a diagram, FIG. 9 / B > a partial view of a channel section with a screwed-on coupling profile and a connecting bar, Fig. 1,
0 a further partial view of a channel member with the coupling profile lifted, FIG. 11 a coupling of two members by means of coupling profiles which can be opened with sealing compound or adhesive, and FIG. 12 a coupling of two channel members with the connection profiles screwed on .
In the case of the profiles reproduced in FIGS. 1 to 3 for the formation of single or multiple air ducts, an angled corner profile is designated with 1.0 , which is provided with rectangularly formed Einsehubsehlitze 11 standing to each other at right angles.
This Einsehubsehlitze 11 take the longitudinal edges 12 (Fig. G) of the insulating plates 13 forming the channel and hold them securely and reliably, with legs 14 of the slots running parallel to one another B> 11 straddle the plates 1,3 on both sides.
A T-shaped profile 15 (FIG. 2) serves as an intermediate side profile for a double air duct. It is equipped with two insertion slots 1Pa, which are oriented in one plane, but in opposite directions, on the one hand, and a transverse seat slot 17 on the other.
Fig. 3 shows a. Middle cross profile 18 which is provided with four Einsehubsehlitzen 19 that are at right angles to each other. are arranged. Here, too, the seat braids have a rectangular cross-section.
The use of these profiles 10, 115, 18 is shown, in particular in FIGS. 6 to 8 , with FIG. 6 represents a single air duct, which is added to me from angle eek profiles 10 .
To form a two-channel system, on the other hand, one needs further intermediate side profiles 115 , such as in particular from FIG. 7 can be seen. Fig. 8 also shows a quadruple air duct which is equipped with a cross-center profile 18 , and in addition to this also intermediate side profiles 15 and ' Has angle eek profiles 10 .
By the way, with these three profiles, the Kre-Liz profile 1,8, the intermediate side profile 15 and the Winkel-Eel "profile 10 </ B> Create as many channel variations as you want, as these basic profiles occur again and again with all multiple and multi-channel channels.
Fi-. 4 and 5 and FIGS. 9 to 1112 show exemplary embodiments of coupling profiles and their use. A coupling profile is denoted by 2.0, which can be attached to the front of each channel member all around. One leg 211 is attached to the channel, that is to say pushed onto the insulating plate 13, while the other viewing leg 23 serves as a coupling leg with a neighboring leg.
The longitudinal ribs 24 serve for a better hold of the adhesive 25 (FIG. 11). Channel members equipped with these profiles are simply placed in front of one another and provided with adhesive 25 . The connection points are thus tightly and reliably closed. For the purpose of pushing the coupling profile 20 onto the insulating plates 13, the leg 21 of the profile is essentially slotted in a U-shape.
In the embodiment of a coupling profile 26 according to FIG. 5 , the one leg 27 is secured by means of connecting screws 28 (FIG . 9) attached to a channel member. From Fig. 12 it can be seen how such connection profiles 26 are connected to one another, for example by means of screws 29 .
Crossbars 30 connect the insulation board butt joints. They also have web slots 31 which are rectangular in cross-section and astride the plate edges 32 .
As already mentioned, the illustrated and described embodiments are only examples of the implementation of the inven tion, and this is not limited to it, rather various other embodiments and applications are possible within the scope of the invention, in particular with regard to the design of the individual air duct parts. The outer edges of the corner profiles could also be rounded instead of sharp. In addition, a different design of the profiles would not be ruled out.
The preferred right corner or square shape of the channels because of the Einsehubschlitze are arranged at right angles to each other; However, they can also be provided in the case of three-, five- or polygonal channels analogous to the number of corners, that is, their angles can deviate from 900 .
