Fig.1 zeigt schematisch einen Regler be kannter Art mit einer Schraubenfeder und einem membranförmigen Stellmotor zur Be tätigung eines Ventils.
Regulator for regulating devices, with power switch and servomotor The invention relates to a Reg ler, with a pulse-controlled, in particular pneumatically acting power switch for actuating a servomotor. With such a controller, the respective setting of the servomotor is to be precisely dependent on a command pulse, e.g. B. a command (lruek, set. The servomotor can then in turn according to the Be miss pulses the organ to be controlled, for example a valve, a throttle valve.
actuate a slide valve or some other adjustable control element.
Uin the. Regulation independent of any acting on the servomotor. Disturbing forces, such as B. frictional forces, changing valve load pressures, etc., is, it is already known., The servomotor or its actuator by a force-storing, preferably resilient coupling member with. to the measuring element of the organ responding to the command impulses.
In the previously known single rod rods of this type, a helical spring is used as the coupling element, which is incorporated into a lever linkage on which the actuator of the servomotor acts on the one hand and the test element of the pulse control device on the other.
In this way, the force of the spring, the tension of which is a reflection of the 1st actuator position, is always balanced against the force of the measuring element of the pulse control, so that the effect of the disturbing forces is eliminated.
The use of a coil spring as a coupling member brings practically various disadvantages with it. The placement of this spring inside the power switch and Inipulssteuerungsgehäuses requires a large, dead housing space, whose production requires a disproportionately large expenditure. But if the spring is arranged outside this housing, the actual controller is much smaller, but the helical spring hangs unprotected outdoors and can cause serious disturbances, for example through corrosion or unwanted touching or the like.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages of the known control devices and to create a controller which meets the requirements of practice better than the previous apparatus of this type.
The invention consists in that the actuator of the servomotor is coupled to the measuring element of the pulse control device via a gate sion bar. This enables a very simple structure of the controller without unnecessary effort and ensures trouble-free operation of the same. The use of a torsion bar he also allows the arrangement of a particularly simple means for setting the controller -and thus. the whole control system. For this purpose, it is sufficient to attach a lever arm adjustable in various angular positions to the torsion bar, on which the point of application of the servomotor or
whose actuator is variable. The Tor sion bar itself can be housed protected without any noticeable additional housing space, for example in a tubular extension of the controller housing.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to the drawing by a comparison with a known control device in example.
Fig.1 shows schematically a controller be known type with a helical spring and a membrane-shaped servomotor for loading actuation of a valve.
Fig.2 shows in longitudinal section schematically a controller according to the invention with a gate slonsstab.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic cross section along the line A-B of Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 shows a broken side view of the engagement of the actuator on the lever arm of the torsion bar according to FIG.
The basic structure of a controller can be seen in FIG. The measuring element of the pulse control device consists of a bellows 1, in the interior of which \? the command pulses in the form of correspondingly rising or falling air pressures are fed through a pulse pressure line 3. The movable bottom 4 of the spring bellows 1 is connected to a lever arm 5, which is supported at point 6 with as little friction as possible. is.
The measuring element 1, 4 or the lever arm 5 controls a pneumatic power switch, the outlet nozzle 7 of which opens above the lever arm 5 and is closed or more or less opened by the latter, depending on the command pulses supplied to the connecting element. _11s auxiliary power is used for compressed air, which is fed to the power switch in constant Hölie through a line 8 via a throttle 9.
A pressure pulse line 10 leads from the power switch to a pneumatic actuating motor which works in any way with a piston, a bellows, a membrane or the like and can actuate any organ to be controlled.
In Figure 1, the servomotor consists of a membrane 11, which is arranged in a housing 12 to. is. The working space 1: above the membrane 1.1 is connected to the pressure line 10 a related party.
The servomotor is used. to operate the flow valve 1.4. For this purpose, the diaphragm plate 15 is connected to a valve rod 16 which carries the valve cone 17, which cooperates with a valve seat 18. The valve is opened by a valve spring 19 which acts against the diaphragm plate 15. If the air pressure rises in the space 13, the valve rod 1.6 is moved downward against the action of the spring 19, so that the valve cone 17 is brought into its closed position. or the latter is approached.
If the air pressure in the space 13 falls, the valve rod 16 with the valve cone 17 moves upwards under the action of the spring 19, so that the valve is opened.
The valve rod 16 is by a coupling 20 with a lever arm mounted in the pivot point? 1 _ \? coupled. The ends of the lever arms 5 and 22 are connected to one another by a helical spring 23.
When the command pressure in the inner space: 2 of the measuring element 1 rises, the lever 5 approaches the outlet nozzle 7, whereby the air pressure in the space 13 of the servomotor rises. The membrane 11 moves downwards with the valve rod 16, the clutch spring 3 being tensioned so that it counteracts the pulse force of the measuring element bellows 1, 4 ever more strongly.
When the force exerted by the clutch spring 3 is almost equal to the translated force of the 1-limb bellows 1, 4, the ilebel 5, for example, begins to lift off the outlet nozzle 7.
As a result, the pressure in line 10 of the power switch and thus decreases. in the space 13 (les servomotor to a value that is necessary to balance the force of the coupling spring 23 against the force of the three-member bellows 1, 4.
If, for example, the command pressure iii of your bellows 1, 4 remains constant, but a disturbing force occurs, for example in the form of an increasing pressure on the valve cone 17 of the valve 1.4, the valve cone 17 would like to move upwards with the valve rod 16. By this upward movement, however, the coupling spring 23 is slightly declined, so that the outlet nozzle 7 of the force is closed again.
This again increases the pressure in the work chamber 13 of the servomotor until the force is increased. the clutch spring 23 again corresponds to the raft of the measuring element bellows 1, 4. The diaphragm valve has therefore made practically no movement, regardless of whether the counter-pressure on the valve cone 170 was whistling, so that the disturbing force remained without any influence.
In fact, the position of the diaphragm valve will only change if the command pressure in the interior \? of the bellows 1, 4 changed. By changing the lengths of the lever arms 5 or 22 and / or the lever bearing points 6 or 21.
can be set so that a certain change in the command pressure in the space 2 of the bellows 1, 4 causes a smaller or larger valve movement, or (1a11 an increasing command pressure, for example, causes the valve to close or open.
The above-mentioned disadvantages of using a helical spring 23 as a coupling element with regard to the spatial accommodation, etc., can be seen from FIG. A torsion bar is therefore used instead of the very cube spring to map the position of the servomotor or the organ to be controlled, in the present case the valve.
1) i9 FIGS. 2 to 4 illustrate such a device, the servomotor, not shown in detail, and the valve actuated by the latter being designed essentially in accordance with FIG. From the servo motor or valve is only borrowed the actuator in the form of the valve rod! 24 shown in Figs. 2 and 4, which corresponds to the valve rod 16 of Fig.1.
The valve rod 24 can move up and down so perpendicular to the line, marriage plane. The 221ess member of the pulse control device consists, similar to Fig.l, of a bellows 25 with a bellows base 26. The interior 27 of the bellows 25, 26 is supplied with the changing command pressure through a line 28. The measuring element is accommodated in a housing 29 into which the outlet nozzle 30 of the power switch protrudes. A constant air pressure is fed to the latter through a line 31 via a throttle 32.
The pressure line 33 of the power switch leads accordingly to the pressure line 10 of FIG. 1 to the servomotor, for example in the Arbeitsraiun an operating diaphragm.
A torsion bar 35 is arranged in a pipe extension 34 of the regulator housing 29. The torsion bar 35 is mounted with its housing-side end in a low-friction bearing 36 which can expediently be designed as a spring joint. The other end of the torsion bar 35 is fastened in a clamping piece 37, which is rotatably mounted in the free end of the pipe socket 34.
On the housing-side end of the goal sion rod 35, a lever arm 38 is attached, which is set in the center 39 of the bellows base 26.
At the other end of the torsion bar 35, a lever arm 40 is attached to the clamping piece 37 with the help of a threaded pin 41 and a nut 42 so that it can be rotated after releasing the matter 42 relative to the Einspannstüek 37 and fixed in various angular positions again.
On the valve rod 24 with the help of a clamp 43 or the like, a guide track, for. B. in the form of an elbow 44 attached. The angle piece 44 acts on a roller 45 which is mounted on an axle 46. The axis 46 with the roller 45 is, for example, mounted longitudinally displaceably by means of a longitudinal slot 47 on the lever arm 40 and can be locked by means of a nut 48 at a distance from the axis of the torsion bar 35; which corresponds to the desired point of application of the actuator, in the present case the valve rod 24 on the lever arm 40, ent.
If the command pressure rises in the bellows interior 27 of the measuring-song spring bellows 25, 26, the bellows base 26 moves upwards in FIG. 3 or upwards out of the drawing plane in FIG. 2, whereby the lever arm 38 approaches the mouth of the outlet nozzle 30 of the power switch.
Moved, see now under the effect of the increasing pressure in the servomotor of the valve (similar to Fig.l) the valve rod 24 downwards, the lever arm 40 is also rotated downwards via the angle piece 44 and the roller 45, whereby the torsion bar 35 is tensioned becomes. The torque of the torsion bar 35 is accordingly transmitted to the measuring element bellows 25, 26 via the lever arm 38. The position of the lever arm 40 thus determines the force with which, at the point of application 39, the lever arm 38 is pressed vertically downward onto the measuring element spring bellows 25, 26.
Thus, this force acting at point 39 is an illustration of the position of the valve rod 24. In this 1Veise, as described in more detail above with reference to Fig.l, the disruptive forces acting on the actuator of the servomotor are switched off, such. B. the acting on the valve changing pressures of the medium flowing through the valve, frictional forces occurring at packing glands or the like.
By shifting the roller 45 on the lever arm 40, the same pressure differences can be assigned to a smaller or larger movement of the valve rod 24 in the hollow member bellows 25, 26. will. Furthermore, it can be determined by a multiple twist length of the lever arm 40 with respect to the clamping piece 37 whether the start of a valve rod movement at the command pressure of size 0 in the measuring element bellows 25, 26 or at any other point or pressure.
The exceptionally simple, space-saving and supported Arror #clrrung der rrrit the gate:
Sion rod 3r working control device can be seen in Fig. 2 to 4 of the Zeielrnun and needs no further explanation. In addition, the invention is of course not limited to the embodiment shown and described only schematically and by way of example, but it encompasses all variants within the framework of the concept of the invention borrowed from it.
In particular, the power switch ter can also differ, for. B. be designed with alternatively öff nenden and closing nozzles. Likewise, the actuating motor operated by the power switch can be used as desired, e.g. B. as a piston engine, be, and instead of a Ven valve, any other organs to be controlled can be operated by the servomotor.
