I>1)</I></B> v, = <B>(f,/2)<I>(</I></B> [f"21f,#2 <B>+</B> 1/n2) wi i<B>=</B> 1,2 dargestellt,
Bei Verschiebung des Schleif kontaktes<B>70</B> um die Strecke u), oder des, Sehleifkontaktes <B>72</B> um die Strecke ui2 wer den durch diese die Spannungen e s (e 2/L3) <B>-</B> wl = (E2M2 Ls) <I>A</I> wl und es (e3/L3) <B><I>-</I></B><I> W2<B>=</B></I> (E, <U>2/L.,1</U> Ls) <B><I>A</I></B><I> W2</I> abgegriffen,
wobei<B>L3</B> die Windungslänge der Potentiomet,er <B>71</B> und<B>73</B> ist. Die abgegriffe nen Spannungen sind also den Produkten <B><I>A -</I></B> wi proportional.
vl und e,11 <B><I>=</I></B> (E,IL,) <I>v2</I> ab, welche proportional der Bildverschiebung sind.
Rectification device The invention relates to a rectification device in which, by means of a control when the projection table is tilted, a displacement of the photo image in the image plane corresponding to the vanishing point condition after the approximation <I> V <B> = </B> </ I > (fJ2) ([f.2 / f, # 2] <B> - 1 + </B> 1 / n2) <I> IV </I> takes place, where v is the size of the image shift # f " the equalization focal length, <B> f, </B>,
is the focal length of the picture, n is the magnification factor in the optical axis and iv is the tangent of the angle of inclination of the table, and is characterized by the fact that the control system consists of a calculating gear, which provides a function of <B> f., 2 </ B> and 1 / n2 has a displaceable body, which acts on two multipliers, each of which multiplies the amount of displacement of the body by the tangent of the angle of inclination of the table, based on an image displacement direction, and means are provided,
to convert the products formed by the multipliers into the required image shifts. Compared to the known devices, in which the image was only shifted in one direction and a rotation of the image around the optical axis of the device was provided as a further adjustment option, the advantage can be achieved by shifting the image in two directions that the fitting of the picture into a card is much easier.
Since in these known devices the shift in one direction was also achieved by levers and sliding pieces, the use of the calculating gear according to the invention has the further advantage that the reliable process: the image shift is guaranteed which was not the case with the aforementioned known controls because of the use of self-locking gear.
On the other hand, compared to the known devices, which completely ignored an automatic image shift due to the inadequacy of the known controls, the advantage is achieved that a much shorter time to fit the image into a card, e.g. B. only 1/4 of the previous fitting time is necessary.
The displaceable body expediently acts on two electrical multipliers, which multiply the magnitude of the displacement of the body by one of the tangents of the table inclination angle broken down into two directions according to the image displacement directions, whereby means are provided to convert the products formed by the multipliers into the components of the image shift.
For the displacement of the body as a function of 1/112, at least two cam disks which can be rotated depending on and are connected by a gear ratio are expediently provided so that a scanning device sliding on them for function values which are close to zero , through the fast rotating cam disk and for n-values, which result in a relatively large function value, through the slowly rotating cam disk experiences a shift.
This has the advantage over the simple cam disks known as components that the curve is to be regarded as stretched at the points of greatest steepness, because with the simple cam disks the curve fell very slowly or very quickly in relation to the larger function values , <B> depending </B> according to the formation of 1 / n2 or n2, so that function values outside certain limits could no longer be set at all or only very imprecisely with the cam, since it could only perform one revolution .
In order to achieve the same advantage, the simple cam disc would have to be designed as a worm, which would be very expensive on the one hand, and the -i # ',' aeliteil would also mean that many turns would be required to get one noticeable change, e.g. B. with smaller func tion values, to be achieved if it would be the formation of 1 / n2. If the cam disks are to supply the value n2, means are advantageously provided to convert this value into 1 / n2. The principle of the interaction of the two cams according to the invention, however, remains unaffected.
The cam disks are expediently arranged in a housing which can be displaced proportionally to f ″, 2, and the displaceable body is advantageously arranged in a guide of the housing. By selecting the displacement zero point for the f.2 displacement or that by the cam disks When the scanning device is actuated, the above-mentioned expression in brackets can be represented very simply as an offset.
The electrical multipliers are advantageously replaced by meehanisehe ones, especially when the accuracy of the image shift sizes is not too great, and each multiplier consists of a rail, the inclination of which can be adjusted by the movable body, and for each Rail, a sliding scanning device is provided with one end on the rail, such that
that their axial shift is the size of the image shift and their shift in the perpendicular direction is proportional to the tangent of the corresponding tilt angle. In this multiplier design, the means for transferring the magnitude of the axial displacement of the scanning elements into the image displacements are expediently of a mechanical type.
In the electrical embodiment of the multipliers, the displaceable body advantageously picks up a voltage corresponding to its displacement on a potentiometer and applies this voltage as an input voltage to the multipliers designed as further potentiometers, and a scanning device advantageously engages at each further potentiometer Voltage according to the tangent of the associated table inclination angle.
Since the voltages tapped on the potentiometers are proportional to the input voltages, which can be equated to the winding lengths of the potentiometers and, on the other hand, the length of the tapped path, the voltage tapped by the scanning device represents the product at each potentiometer the displacement of the body and the relevant scanning device.
To convert this product into the image shift, two electric motors can be provided for each shift direction, each of which makes an image shift corresponding to the voltages picked up by the scanning devices. Each motor is expediently connected to the scanning device and a further potentiometer in the manner of a zero instrument of a Wheatstone bridge, which supplies a voltage proportional to the image displacement, the motor running as long as it is energized.
If the image shift is just so great that the potentiometer coupled with this shift supplies as great a voltage as the scanning device, then the voltage difference at the motor is zero and the motor stops, which also means the image shifting in the direction assigned to the motor ceases.
It can be seen that the aforementioned means ensure reliable and completely automatic image shifting, and that the named means for solving this task can also be used with advantage for image shifting according to a different approximation than the one mentioned above, as well as # when the image shift, as mentioned above, should only take place in one <B> C </B> direction.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely Fig. 1, which for the sake of clarity has been subdivided into Figs. La and lb, the rectification device with an electrical control of the image shift in perspective tiviseher representation, Fig. 2 the curve disk arrangement for the formation of the value 1 / n2,
FIG. 3 shows the control diagram for the electrical control according to FIG. 1, FIG. 4, which for the sake of clarity is divided into FIGS. 4a and 4b, the Ge Fig. 1 advises with a mechanical control of the image shift.
In FIGS. 1 and 4, an aerial image 1 is imaged through an objective 2 onto a projection table 3. To fit four pixels into a map arranged in the projection screen, the table is arranged in a spherical bearing 4 so that it can be tilted around the center of this bearing. The tilting movement is transmitted by a lever <B> 5 </B> to two bodies <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> which can be displaced perpendicular to one another in a plane in the manner of a compound slide.
The sizes of these shifts are proportional to the tangent of the angle of inclination of the table in the relevant direction and, for the sake of simplicity, subsequently assumed to be equal to the tangent of the angle of inclination. This movement is communicated to the ruler <B> 9 </B> of a Carpentier inverse by a rod <B> 8 </B> #, n "-rd. The ruler <B> 9 </B> is at point <B > 10 </B> rotatably mounted.
When the body <B> -6 </B> is displaced in the direction wl, the image carrier <B> 13 </B>, which is mounted in a guide 12, is displaced accordingly via the carpentier inverter and a rod <B> 11 </B>, whereby the picture tilts due to the special training of the guide 12. When the bodies <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> are displaced in the direction where the image carrier <B> 13 </B> is moved around a shaft 14 by the ruler <B> 9 </B> rotated so that the image <B> 1 </B> is inclined in a perpendicular right direction to the former.
In order to fit four image points into a map arranged on the projection table <B> 3 </B>, in addition to the tilting of the image <B> 1 </B>, a shift of the image <B> 1 </B> in its plane in two directions chosen. This displacement is determined in the directions vl and v.2 depending on the displacements Ü #, and wg, of the body <B> 6 </B> by the approximate vanishing point condition <B> <I> 1) </I> </ B> v, = <B>(f,/2)<I>(</I> </B> [f "21f, # 2 <B> + </B> 1 / n2) wi i <B> = </B> 1,2 shown,
where f "is constant as the focal length of the lens 2 and <B> f. </B> is the focal length of the picture and n is the magnification factor when projecting the image <B> 1 </B> onto the table <B> 3 </ B> means. A scale <B> 15 </B> is provided for setting the value es f ", which is divided according to values of f.2 / f, 2 and can be accessed by means of the e ', ne rotary knob <B > 16 </B> the fa value is set.
When setting the f "value, a shaft <B> 17 </B> connected to the rotary knob <B> 16 </B> rotates. The shaft <B> 17 </B> is designed as a threaded spindle, see above that when the shaft <B> 17 </B> rotates, a housing <B> 18 </B> is displaced proportionally f., 2 / f "2. In the housing <B> 18 </B>, cam disks <B> 23 </B> and 24, as can be seen in FIG. 2, are rotatably arranged by a gear wheel <B> 19 </B>. The gear wheel # d 19 is driven by a foot wheel 22 via a worm 20 and a flexible shaft 21. The gear <B> 19 </B> rotates proportionally.
With translations <B> 25/26 </B> and <B> 27/28 </B> it is achieved that - the cam disk 24 z. B. tenma, 1 faster than the cam disk <B> 23 </B> rotates. The cam disks <B> 23 </B> and 24 are designed in such a way that a roller <B> 29 </B> braces the value 1 / n2 on them and a body <B> 30 </B> by this amount shifts. For small n, the roller <B> 29 </B> rolls on the curve of the disk <B> 23, </B> for as long as this curve has a greater distance from the axis of rotation of the cam disks than the curve of the faster rotating the disc 24.
At the point at which the two curves of the cam disks <B> 23 </B> and 24 have the same distance from the axis of rotation of the disks, the curve of the disk <B> 23 </B> drops rapidly to zero, and the Roll <B> 29 </B> continues to roll on disc 24, until the roller <B> 29 </B> hits the branch <B> 31 </B> of the disc <B > 23 </B>. The necessary angle of rotation of the disk <B> 23 </B> is approximately n15, so that the disk 24 has performed almost a full revolution. This arrangement ensures that even with large n a very precise displacement of the body <B> 30 </B> by 1 / n2 takes place.
The body <B> 30 </B> is mounted in a guide of the housing <B> 18, </B> as can be seen in FIGS. <B> 1 </B> and 4, so that see the body <B> 30 </B> shifted once by the amount 1 / n2 and, on the other hand, by the amount f., 2 / f ".2, and by choosing the shift zero point, the entire shift 2 ) A = (f.2 / f, # 2) <B> - 1 + </B> 1 / n2. <B>, </B> In Fig. <B> 1 </B> is on the body <B> 30 </B> a sliding contact 74 arranged,
which taps a voltage corresponding to the displacement of the body <B> 30 </B> on a potentiometer <B> 75 </B>. The same sliding contacts <B> 70 </B> and <B> 72 </B> are attached to the rod <B> 8 </B> and to the body <B> 7 </B>. The sliding contacts <B> 70 </B> and <B> 72 </B> grip when the bodies <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> are displaced in the directions w1 and w2 of the size of these Shifts corresponding voltages on potentiometers <B> 71 </B> and <B> 73 </B>. The image shift is effected by two electric motors <B> 76 </B> and <B> 77 </B> via gears <B> 78 </B> and <B> 79 </B>.
Sliding contacts <B> 80 </B> i # nd <B> 81 </B> are connected to gears <B> 78 </B> and <B> 79 </B>, which are connected to potentiometers <B> 82 </B> and <B> 83 </B> pick up voltages corresponding to the displacement magnitudes vl and v # of picture <B> 1 </B>.
Fig. 3 serves to explain the circuit and the mode of operation of the potentiometers. A constant voltage <B> E2 </B> is applied to the potentiometer <B> 75 </B>. According to the displacement A, the sliding contact 74 picks up a voltage e2 <B> = </B> (E2 / L2) <B> - </B> -4, where L2 is the winding length of the potentiometer <B> 75 </ B> means. The voltage e2 is applied as the input voltage to the potentiometers <B> 71 </B> and <B> 73 </B>.
If the sliding contact <B> 70 </B> is shifted by the distance u), or the sliding contact <B> 72 </B> by the distance ui2, the voltages es (e 2 / L3) <B > - </B> wl = (E2M2 Ls) <I> A </I> wl and es (e3 / L3) <B><I>-</I></B> <I> W2 <B> = </B> </I> (E, <U> 2 / L., 1 </U> Ls) <B><I>A</I></B> <I> W2 </I> tapped,
where <B> L3 </B> is the winding length of the potentiometer, he is <B> 71 </B> and <B> 73 </B>. The tapped voltages are therefore proportional to the products <B> <I> A - </I> </B> wi.
In a corresponding manner, a constant voltage <B> E, </B> is applied to the potentiometers <B> 82 </B> and <B> 83 </B>, which corresponds to the voltage E-. can be identical. The selector contacts <B> 80 </B> and <B> 81. </B>, which can be shifted with the image <B> 1 </B>, take effect when the image is shifted by the amounts vl and v2 becomes, at the potentiometers <B> 82 </B> and <B> 83 </B> the voltages el '= (E, IL,)
vl and e, 11 <B><I>=</I> </B> (E, IL,) <I> v2 </I>, which are proportional to the image shift. If one sees the potentiometers <B> 71 </B> and 82 as well as <B> 73 </B> and <B> 83 </B> as resistors of two Wheatstone bridges, and the motors <B> 76 </B> and <B> 77 </B> as zero instruments of these bridges, it can be seen that a current only flows in motors <B> 76 </B> and <B> 77 </B> when the voltages el 'not equal to e3' or for the motor <B> 77,
</B> if el "not equal to e3" # are. In this case, the motors rotate and shift the image <B> 1, </B> until the sliding contacts <B> 80 </B> and <B> 81 </B> just have such a high voltage tap that el '<B> = </B> e.' or el becomes "<B> = </B> e3". At this point the power supply stops and the image shifts are ended.
In FIG. 4, the body <B> 30 </B> with a roller <B> 31 </B> is constantly on a lever <B> 33 pulled onto the roller by a weight <B> 32 </B>. </B> The lever can be rotated about an axis 34 and is firmly connected to a ruler <B> 35 </B>. If the body <B> 30 </B> is shifted, the inclination of the ruler <B> 35 </B> changes accordingly. A further ruler <B> 37 </B> -which about an axis <B> 38 <is <B> <B> depending on the displacement of the body <B> 30 </B> via a parallelogram linkage / B> is rotatably arranged, changed in its inclination. A toothed rack <B> 39 </B> is arranged on the body <B> 6 </B> so as to be displaceable in the direction U2.
The toothed rack <B> 39 </B> with a roller 40 is pressed against the ruler <B> 35 </B> by a spring. If the body <B> 6 </B> shifts in direction wl, then the rack <B> 39 </B> once follows this movement, but on the other hand it shifts in the axial direction in proportion to a value ul. factor is chosen by defining the zero inclination of the ruler <B> 35 </B> so that this misalignment ul = A <B> <I> - </I> </B> wl,
where <B> A </B> has the meaning of the reference 2). The movement is controlled by a toothed roller, 41, a flexible shaft 42, gears 43 and 44, a shaft 45 and gears 46 and 47 of a further flexible shaft 48 and worms 49 and 50 in the picture > 1 </B> communicated. The translation is selected so that the image is shifted by the amount vl after equation <B> 1) </B>.
When the body <B> 6 </B> is displaced in the direction w2, the position of the toothed rack <B> 39 </B> with respect to the toothed roller 41 remains unchanged. The toothed rack <B> 8 </B>, however, takes along a guide <B> 51 </B> attached to it and a toothed rack <B> 52 </B> mounted axially displaceably in this guide. The rack <B> 52 </B> has a roller <B> 53 </B> which glides on the line 1 <B> 37 </B>. When the rack <B> 52 </B> is displaced in the direction%, the ruler <B> 37 </B> causes it to move axially, whereby a toothed roller 54 is actuated.
The rotation of the toothed roller 54 is via gears <B> 55 </B> and <B> 56, </B> a flexible shaft <B> 57, </B> gears <B> 58 </B> and < B> 59, 60 </B> and <B> 61 </B> and another flexible shaft <B> 62 </B> of a toothed roller <B> 63 </B>, which with a suitable choice of zero inclination -of the ruler <B> 37 </B> and the translation of the gears between the toothed rollers 54 and <B> 63 </B> the image <B> 1 </B> shifts by the amount vl.
To fit the image points into a map, therefore, only the size <B> f. </B>, the scale <B> 15 </B> and, by means of the disk 22, the magnification n, which can be read on a scale 64 to be hired. Subsequent tilting of the projection table then results in the fact that, on the one hand, the image <B> 1 </B> is inclined by the Carpentier inverter to focus all image points on the projection table, and on the other hand, the image is shifted automatically according to the vanishing point condition .
