Laundry hanging device There are laundry hanging devices be known which are provided with a sleeve which can be displaced along a vertical rod and to which several support rods for the laundry rope are angelenld, which are also connected to the rod by means of links, so that they can be pushed up or down of the sleeve, the support rods are spread apart or rather like an umbrella frame.
can be folded against the rod, where the one ends of the handlebars are sehwenkbar mounted on a ring which surrounds the rod above the sleeve and is displaceable along the rod so that the whole support frame can be adjusted in height.
In devices of the type described, both the mustard rod and the parts displaceable on it are made of metallic material, preferably aluminum, and it has. See now shown that when the parts arranged displaceably on the rod are displaced, metal dust forms, which results in soiling of the laundry. This drawback is to be remedied by the present invention.
The same relates. on a laundry hanging device with a sleeve made of metal that can be displaced along a vertical metal rod, to which several support rods for the laundry rope are articulated, which are also connected to the rod by means of links, so that they can be lowered by pushing up or down the support rods spread apart or
can be folded against the rod, with the one ends of the handlebars are pivotally mounted on a ring made of metal, which surrounds the rod above the sleeve and ver scHebbar along the rod so that the entire support frame can be adjusted in height, and although it is characterized by the fact that both the sleeve and the ring each have at least one sliding ring made of plastic on the inside, such that
that when you move the sleeve and the ring, their metallic material does not slide on the metal rod to prevent the formation of black metal dust that could stain the laundry.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the side view of a laundry hanging device with a support frame spread in the position of use, which is at the moment between the upper and lower positions of use, FIG Scale a vertical section through the vertical rod and the sliding sleeve with parts attached to it,
the support rods are not shown for the sake of clarity, and FIG. 3 shows an analogous representation of the uppermost part of the rod and the displaceable ring with the means arranged on it for fixing the same Lund for mounting the handlebars, which themselves are not shown.
A vertical, tubular metal rod 10 can be removed with its lower end and is preferably held rotatably in a base 11 which is let into the ground. A sleeve 12 made of metal can be moved along the rod 10, on which several support rods 13 can be pivoted, for which purpose the sleeve 12 has outwardly protruding tabs 14,
each sit a hole 15 for receiving a hinge pin be. The support rods 13 can thus be pivoted in planes standing radially with the rod 10 and are each pivotably connected to one end of a link 16. The other ends of the handlebars 16 are pivotably connected to a ring 17 made of metal, wel cher the rod 10 surrounds above the sleeve 12 and can be moved along the rod 10.
The ring 17 is also provided with from standing tabs 18, each having a hole 19 for receiving a hinge pin which penetrates the associated handlebar. On the ring 17 there is also an adjusting screw 20 with the aid of which the ring can be releasably secured in the desired height position on the rod 10.
Close to the upper end of the rod 10, this has a hole 21 in which the end of the screw 20 can engage when the ring is attached to the upper end of the rod 10. If the ring 17 is secured to the rod 10, the support rods 13 can be folded apart in a star shape by pushing the sleeve 12 upwards, and by lowering the sleeve 12 against the rod 10, similar to an umbrella frame. A laundry rope 22 is pulled through holes in the support rods 13, which can be tensioned by Sprei zen of the support rods.
Between two adjacent pairs of flaps 14, the sleeve 12 has two parallel, outwardly protruding ears 23 which are connected to one another by a horizontal cross connection 23a. Between the ears 23 there is a swivel member 24 which is mounted on the ears 23 in a pivotable manner on a pin 25 running tangentially to the sleeve wall.
A nose 26 is formed on the pivot member 24 and can protrude through a recess in the sleeve wall into the interior of the sleeve 12. Along the rod 10, at a distance of about 130-160 cm above the floor, there is a row of latching recesses 27 into which the nose 26 can engage. Some other similar locking recesses 28 are located in the lower part of the rod 10 about 20-60 cm above the ground.
According to FIG. 2, the nose 26 has such a shape that it automatically disengages from the latching recesses 27 and 28 when the sleeve 12 moves upwards. A downward movement of the sleeve 12, however, is only possible if the nose 26 has previously been moved out of the area of the recesses 27 or 28.
The swivel element 24 is under the influence of a compression spring 29 which is switched on between the swivel element 24 and the cross-connection 23ca and tends to swivel the element 24 so that the nose 26 engages in one of the locking recesses 22. The lower end of the pivot member 24 is designed as a handle and designed through a breakthrough 30 eyelet-shaped.
If you want to move the lug 26 out of its locking position for the purpose of lowering the sleeve 12, the handle 30 must be pivoted outwards away from the sleeve 12 against the influence of the spring 29.
Above the cross connection 23a there is a pulley 32 which is rotatably mounted between the ears 23 by means of a pin 33. Furthermore, a web 34 with a hole 35 is present between the ears 23. Through the latter is one end of a flexible seed pulling member 36, for. B. a cord or a wire rope, carried out from above. By a node 37, the end of the tension member 36 in question is anchored to the sleeve 12 ver.
The pulling element 36 runs from here to the upper end of the rod 10, where a closing cap 38 sits, on which a rope pulley 40 is rotatably mounted on a pin 41 between two protruding tabs 39. The pulling element 36 runs over this roller 40 to the steering roller 32 on the sleeve 12. If you pull the free end of the pulling element 36 according to the arrow P in FIG. 1, the sleeve 12 is lifted up along the rod 10.
If the pulling element 36 is released, the sleeve 12 can only move downward until the nose 26 falls into the next latching recess 27 of the rod 10.
So that when the sleeve 12 is moved, its metallic material does not slide directly on the metallic rod 10, the inside of the sleeve 1..2 is provided with two sliding rings 42 and 43 made of a plastic, e.g. B. an abrasion-resistant synthetic resin composition such as polyvinyl chloride, see ver. These slip rings are inserted into circumferential grooves at the top or at the bottom end of the sleeve 12 so that they cannot be pushed ver in the axial direction with respect to the sleeve.
The sliding rings 42 and 43 protrude inwardly beyond the inner surface of the sleeve 12 in such a way that only the rings, but not the sleeve 12, can come into contact with the rod 10. In this way, the formation of metallic dust, which would turn black in the atmosphere and could stain the laundry, is practically completely avoided.
In an analogous manner, the ring 17 is provided on the inside with a sliding ring 44 which engages in an order catch groove of the bore of this ring and prevents contact of the metallic material of the ring 17 with the rod 10. The sliding ring 44 also consists of the synthetic resin compound.
If the sleeve 1.2 is pulled up by means of the pulling member 36, the support rods 13 go into a spread position. When the nose 26 of the sleeve 12 engages in one of the upper locking recesses 27, the support frame formed from the support rods 13, the links 16 and the rope 22 assumes a position such that laundry to be dried is comfortably suspended on the rope 22 can be. The ring 17 can be secured by means of the adjusting screw 20 at the upper end of the rod 10, but this is not absolutely necessary.
If the screw 20 is loosened and the support rods 13 are spread, the entire support frame 13, 16, 22 as such can be lowered down along the rod 10 if the lug 26 is disengaged from the locking recesses 27 and the sleeve 12 is pulled out by means of the pulling element 36 lets go down slowly.
The rods 13 remain spread during this movement. When the nose 26 has snapped into one of the lower recesses 28, the support frame assumes a lower position of use, in which objects to be ventilated, sunbathed or brushed, such as pillows, blankets, etc., comfortably rest on the rope 22 and the carrier rods 13 can be placed.
By simply pulling on the pulling element 36, the support frame can then be lifted back into the upper position of use, if this is desired. If you want to fold the support rods 13 against the rod 10 after using the Vorrich device, you pull the support device 13, 16, 22 first all the way up and secure the ring 17 by means of the screw 20 at the upper end of the rod 10, the Screw is inserted into hole 21.
The nose 26 of the sleeve 12 is then moved out of the area of the latching recesses 27 and the sleeve 12 is lowered down until the support rods 13 are pivoted all the way towards the rod. In this state, the device together with the rod 10 can be lifted out of the base 11 and provided at a suitable point.
From the above description it can be seen that the handling of the device is simple and, with the help of the pulling member 36 and the nose 26, can also be operated comfortably and effortlessly by women. Instead of the adjusting screw 20, other locking means could also be present on the ring 17, e.g.
B. a bolt which can be pushed through an associated recess of the rod 10 through. In the internal part of the rod 10, only a single locking recess 28 could be provided, and it would also be possible to provide the rod with a collar at the bottom on which the sleeve 12 can sit.
