Schloss für Mappen und Taschen Die Neuerung betrifft ein Schloss für Mappen und Taschen, das einen Sehlossunter- teil mit einem von einem Federriegel be herrschten Einsteckloch für einen diesen Rie gel zu hintergreifen bestimmten Einsteek- bolzen eines Schlossoberteils und eine Fest- stell- bzw. Verriegelungseinrichtung für den Federrie-ei aufweist.
Bei den bekannten Aus bildungen dieser Art liegen der Federriegel mit der ihn beeinflussenden Feder und die Verriegelungseinriehtung für diesen in einer Ebene in dem Sehlossunterteil, so dass die nebeneinander liegende Anordnung dieser Teile die Ausmasse des Schlosses bestimmt.
Es hat sieh nun gezeigt, dass bei Anord nung des Federriegels und davon getrenn ter Verriegelungseinriehtung hintereinander in dem Sehlossunterteil die Abmessungen die ser Schlösser wesentlich kleiner gehalten wer den können, so dass ihnen ein erweiterter An- wendungsbereieh erschlossen wird.
Die Stärke dieser Schlösser braucht dabei nur unmerk- lieh erhöht zu werden, so dass diese Einsteek- sehlösser jetzt auch an kleineren Taschen oder Mappen verwendet werden können, ohne dureh ihre Grösse deren Aussehen zu beein trächtigen.
Erfindungsgemäss sind bei einem Schloss für Mappen und Taschen, bestehend aus einem Sehlossunterteil mit einem von einem Federriegei beherrschten Einsteckloch für einen diesen Riegel zu hintergreifen bestimm- ten Einsteckbolzen des Schlossoberteils und einer Feststelleinrichtung für den Federrie gel, der Federriegel und die Feststelleinrich tung für diesen hintereinander in dem Vxe- häuse des Schlossunterteils untergebracht,
wo bei der Federriegel mit einer Sperrnase in den Bereich der Feststelleinrichtung ragt. Es kann somit der Federriegel mit der ihn be lastenden Feder unabhängig von der Fest stellvorrichtung in dem Gehäuse des Schloss- unterteils untergebracht werden, wie auch für die Unterbringung der Feststelleinrich tung auf den Platzbedarf des Federriegels keine Rücksicht genommen zu werden braucht, sondern lediglich zu beachten ist, dass die Sperrnase des Federriegels in dein Wirkungsbereich der Feststelleinrichtung liegt. Da, alle Teile verhältnismässig flach ge halten werden können, ist eine Ausbildung möglich, die keine merkliche Erhöhung der Stärke des Sehloss-unterteils erfordert.
Ein Beispiel des Schlosses ist nachstehend an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. <B>1</B> eine Vorderansicht des Schloss- unterteils, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch das Unterteil mit vorgesetztem Oberteil und Fig. <B>3</B> eine Vorderansicht des Unterteils in der Freigabestellung des Federriegels. Das Sehlossoberteil besteht in bekannter Weise aus einem an der überfallklappe einer Mappe oder Tasche zu befestigenden U-Bügel <B>1</B> mit einem Einsteckbolzen <B>3,</B> dessen Kopf nach unten vorragt.
Der Bolzen 2 ist mit im Bügel<B>1</B> anliegenden und sich seitlich über den davor befindlichen Bolzenteil hinaus er streckenden Seitennasen 4 versehen, deren Zweck noch erläutert werden wird. Das Ober teil<B>1</B> ist an der Überfallklappe der Mappe in sonst bekannter Weise durch Nietstifte, Durchstecklappen oder dergleichen befestigt.
Das Schlossunterteil besitzt den Schloss- kasten <B>5,</B> der auf eine Grundplatte<B>6</B> aufge setzt und auf dieser durch Schlitze der Grundplatte<B>6</B> durchsetzende Abbiegezungen <B>7</B> gehalten ist. Die Vorderseite<B>8</B> des Schloss- kastens <B>5</B> ist mit einem Schlüsselloch<B>9</B> ver sehen, in dessen Rundteil ein Aehsbolzen <B>10</B> für den Schlüssel geführt ist. Über dem Schlüsselloch<B>9</B> hat die Vorderseite<B>8</B> des Sehlosskastens <B>5</B> einen Querschlitz<B>11</B> mit unterer Auswölbung 12.
Die Abmessung des Querschlitzes<B>11</B> und der Auswölbung 12 sind so bem-essen, dass durch letztere der Bolzen<B>3</B> in den Schlosskasten eingeführt werden kann<B>'</B> dabei aber durch den Eingriff der Nasen 4 in dem Querschlitz<B>11</B> am Ver drehen gehindert ist.
Auf der Grundplatte<B>6</B> ist ein Riegel<B>13</B> verschiebbar geführt, der mit einer Aus sparung für den Durchlass des Schlüssel bartes versehen und durch eine Feder 14 be lastet ist, die ihn mit der angeschäriten, bei verriegeltem Schloss vom Kopf des Bolzens<B>3</B> hintergriffenen Oberkante<B>15</B> im Bereich der Auswölbung 12 des Schlosskastens hält.
Der Riegel<B>13</B> ist durch Aussparungen des Unter randes des Schlosskastens <B>5</B> aus diesem herausgeführt -und hier mit einem Griffstück <B>16</B> versehen, durch welches er zur Freigabe des Riegelbolzens<B>3</B> entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 14 nach unten gezogen werden kann. Diese Ausbildung eines Mappen schlosses ist bis auf die Anordnung der Nasen 4 an dem Bolzen<B>3</B> und der Ausbildung des Quersehlitzes <B>11</B> bekannt.
Die Verriegelungseinrichtung besteht aus einem Schieber<B>17,</B> der hinter dem Riegel<B>13</B> und der Grundplatte<B>6</B> angeordnet, von Nasen<B>18</B> eines Gegenkastens <B>19</B> gehalten und mit Aussparungen 20 für den Angriff des Bartes des Schlüssels 21 versehen ist. Der Schieber<B>17</B> ist,durch eine zwischen ihm und der Oberwand 22 des Gegenkastens<B>19</B> ein gelegte Spreizfeder<B>23</B> auf den Nasen<B>18</B> ge halten.
Der Riegel<B>13</B> ist auf seiner Rückseite mit einem Stift 24 versehen, der einen Schlitz<B>25</B> der Grundplatte<B>6</B> durchsetzt. Der Sehieber <B>17</B> ist dabei so ausgebildet, dass er in der einen Stellung (Fig. <B>1)</B> die Verschiebebewe- gmng des Stiftes 24 und damit diejenige des Riegels<B>13</B> verhindert, also das Schloss in der Schliesslage sperrt, und in der andern Stellung (Figg. <B>3)</B> den Stift 24 und den Riegel <B>13</B> zum Abziehen durch das Griffstüek <B>16</B> freigibt.

According to the invention, in a lock for folders and bags, consisting of a lower part of the lock with an insertion hole dominated by a spring lock for an insertion pin of the lock top and a locking device for the spring lock, the spring lock and the locking device for this one behind the other housed in the Vxe housing of the lower part of the lock,
where the spring latch with a locking nose protrudes into the area of the locking device. The spring bolt with the spring loading it can thus be accommodated in the housing of the lower part of the lock regardless of the locking device, as well as the space requirement of the spring bolt need not be taken into account for accommodating the locking device, but merely taken into account is that the locking lug of the spring bolt is in your area of action of the locking device. Since all parts can be kept relatively flat ge, a training is possible that does not require a noticeable increase in the strength of the lock lower part.
An example of the lock is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. The upper part of the lock consists in a known manner of a U-bracket <B> 1 </B> to be fastened to the flap of a folder or bag with a plug-in bolt <B> 3 </B> whose head protrudes downward.
The bolt 2 is provided with side lugs 4 lying in the bracket <B> 1 </B> and extending laterally beyond the bolt part located in front of it, the purpose of which will be explained later. The upper part <B> 1 </B> is attached to the hold-up flap of the folder in an otherwise known manner by means of rivet pins, push-through tabs or the like.
The lower part of the lock has the lock case <B> 5 </B>, which is placed on a base plate <B> 6 </B> and on this, through slots in the base plate <B> 6 </B>, bending tongues <B> penetrate 7 is held. The front side <B> 8 </B> of the lock case <B> 5 </B> is provided with a keyhole <B> 9 </B>, in the round part of which there is an eye bolt <B> 10 </B> for the key. Above the keyhole <B> 9 </B>, the front side <B> 8 </B> of the lock case <B> 5 </B> has a transverse slot <B> 11 </B> with a lower bulge 12.
The dimensions of the transverse slot <B> 11 </B> and the bulge 12 are dimensioned such that the bolt <B> 3 </B> can be inserted into the lock case through the latter but is prevented from turning by the engagement of the lugs 4 in the transverse slot 11.
On the base plate <B> 6 </B> a bolt <B> 13 </B> is slidably guided, which is provided with a recess for the passage of the key beard and is loaded by a spring 14 be that it with the sharpened, with the lock locked by the head of the bolt <B> 3 </B>, the top edge <B> 15 </B>, which is gripped behind, holds in the area of the bulge 12 of the lock case.

The locking device consists of a slide <B> 17 </B> which is arranged behind the bolt <B> 13 </B> and the base plate <B> 6 </B>, with lugs <B> 18 </B> a counter box <B> 19 </B> and is provided with recesses 20 for attacking the beard of the key 21. The slide <B> 17 </B> is placed on the noses <B> 18 <B> 18 <B> by a spreading spring <B> 23 </B> placed between it and the top wall 22 of the counter box <B> 19 </B> Hold B>.
The bolt <B> 13 </B> is provided on its rear side with a pin 24 which penetrates a slot <B> 25 </B> in the base plate <B> 6 </B>. The slide valve 17 is designed in such a way that in one position (FIG. 1) it allows the displacement movement of the pin 24 and thus that of the bolt 13 / B> prevents, i.e. blocks the lock in the closed position, and in the other position (Fig. <B> 3) </B> the pin 24 and the bolt <B> 13 </B> for pulling through the handle < B> 16 </B> releases.
