Component for forming the outer wall of buildings With the previously common systems for Aufheizumg a building, z. B. by central heating with radiators, radiant ceilings or radiant floors, one has not been able to solve the problems associated with the cooling of the outer walls and the cold air flows from the window surfaces. To avoid the disadvantages of this cooling, the room air is kept at a certain excess temperature, which, however, causes high fuel costs.
The invention aims to enable more economical heating (or cooling) and at the same time to create a ready-to-assemble, dimensionally stable and heat-insulating component for forming the outer wall of buildings. The component consists essentially of a load-bearing framework with thermal insulation between an outer wall, which forms the facade of the building, and an inner wall of the element facing towards the inside of the building.
The component is characterized in that the inner wall consists of a material with a thermal conductivity of at least 40 kcalim h C, and that an air conditioning unit is assembled with a component in such a way that it directly adjoins the inner wall, around the To transmit temperature changes of the air conditioning unit directly to the inner wall.
The air conditioning unit can, for. B. from channels built into the component for Uift or another heat transferring MW. cooling medium or pipes or similar elements that conduct the heat or cooling medium or consist of a built-in electrical heating system. According to one embodiment, the framework, expediently made of metal, forms the thermally conductive surface facing the room.
If the component is provided with an opening for a window, the ele ment preferably contains built-in devices for heating the cold, room-facing surface of the window, for. B. by blowing warm air against this surface. The window niche and, if necessary, the window sill can be heated by means of a suitable connection that transfers the heat to the built-in air conditioning unit.
In many cases it is advantageous to incorporate a device into the component for evacuating the cold air flowing down from the window glass or for evacuating other air from the room. Furthermore, the component can have a device for the supply of fresh air (outside air) or a mixture of outside air and warm or cold air after these channels in the component.
By means of a construction element according to the invention, it is therefore possible to heat or cool the entire outer wall by means of an air conditioning unit installed in the element and to increase the temperature of such cold surfaces such as window glass, window niche, window sill, etc. from the cold window can be avoided.
The heat-insulating component contains only a small amount of heat-storing material, so that an increase in the temperature of the heating medium leads to a rapid temperature increase in the room. It is therefore possible to keep the average temperature of the room lower than with other heating systems. During part of a full day, e.g. B. at night, the temperature of the Zim merluft z.
For example, it can be reduced by 7-8 C in order to quickly increase the temperature of the heating medium to the normal temperature shortly before the room is used. For many types of buildings such as office buildings, meeting rooms, storage buildings, etc., this system has particularly great advantages. At the same time, it is a great advantage that the component can have good sound absorption capacity with simple means.
Some embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in the drawings Darge.
1 is a vertical section through a building element according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the air flow in certain parts of the Elemen tes; Fig. 3 is a section through a window board; Figure 4 is a vertical section through a modified embodiment of the construction element with channels for air evacuation;
Fig. 5 is a section through a further embodiment; Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the lines in Figure 5; Fig. 7 is another embodiment, in vertical section;
8 is a vertical section along the line VIII = VIII in FIG. 9 and represents an embodiment in which the construction element is designed as a window parapet, while FIG. 9 is a horizontal section along the line IX-IX in FIG .
Fig. 1 shows a designed as a rigid box or a supporting frame construction element 1, which on its side facing the room to be heated with an inner wall 2 made of aluminum, iron or other metal, which preferably at least has a thermal conductivity of 40 kcallm h C has, is clothed or consists of this. On its opposite side, which faces the exterior of the building and therefore forms the facade surface, the component has a cladding material made of suitable facade, eg.
B. made of raw glass, aluminum, suitable plates or other preferably maintenance-free material, best existing outer wall 3. The interior of the box, that is, the space 4 between the walls 2 and 3, consists of an isolate the elevator room, which is conveniently one Heat insulation 5, e.g. B. rock wool, glass wool, cellular concrete, cellular plaster or the like, if necessary, also contains sound-absorbing Ma material. In order to hold the heat-insulating Ma material 5 in place, it is expedient by a disc 6, for. B. asbestos cement covered.
Preferably, an air gap 7 between the Isolie tion 5 or the pane 6 and the facade cladding 3 is arranged.
The component assembled in this way forms a self-supporting and rigid construction unit that can be completed in the factory and only needs to be installed at the workplace. Channels or lines of various types can be built into the component. Flaps for checking and installing lines can be attached. The construction element is preferably carried out at full height of the apartment and provided with openings 8 for windows and doors as required.
The component can be heated by warm air, hot water, steam, electricity or other heat devices which can be built into the component or which can be connected to it. A combination of different systems can also be considered. In cases where cooling is required, this is done using cold air or liquid in a corresponding manner.
1 and 2 show an embodiment form with heating by means of warm air, which is introduced through an insert 9 in or on the ceiling 10 and through a vertical distribution channel 11 and openings 13 in the air gap 12 between the thermally conductive wall 2 of the component and the insulation material 5 is passed so that this wall is heated, whereupon the air flows out through openings 13a to a collecting duct 11a,
in order to be returned to the heating device through the outlet 14. If you want to avoid the weakening of the floor slab caused by the cavity for the inlet 9 and the outlet 14 in load-bearing facades, an inlet 15 and an outlet 16 can instead be provided on the lower edge of the floor slab 10 and with the channels 11 or 11a are connected by means of channels 17 and 17a, respectively.
In this case, the warm air can also flow out after a gap between the load-bearing floor ceiling 10 and a lower ceiling 18 for heating the same and, if necessary, for blowing fresh air into the room below.
The supply of hot air can be done by means of control elements, for. B. throttle valves, can be regulated at the desired points.
If the component, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2, contains a window 8, part of the warm air can be blown through a duct 19 and optionally adjustable openings 19a in the built-in window niche after the cold inner window glass or another suitable part of the window will. The arrangement of the openings depends on the dimensions of the window. In this way, not only the entire facade element, but also the window and the window niche areas are heated, and at the same time the necessary fresh air is supplied to the room.
Some of the warm air can optionally also be blown in through holes 23 on the lower horizontal part of the window niche. The amount of air can be regulated, for example, by means of the throttle valve 21. The required amount of fresh air can be supplied at a suitable point in the system, e.g. B. in the space between the ge to the local area facing 2 of the component and the insulation 5, and can be mixed with the heated air.
If a window sill is desired, this can be attached in such a way that the heat is conducted from the component to the window sill. This can also be carried out according to FIG. 3 such that the warm air gives off its heat directly, e.g. B. in that the wall 2 of the component is bent into a hollow, connected to the channels 11, 11a window board 20 or otherwise connected to this. The window sill may have channels 22, the cold downward flowing air from the window 8 to pass through the warm area under the window sill.
What has been said with regard to heating also applies to cooling.
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the air in the room or, if necessary, only the cold air falling down along the inner window glass, is evacuated through one or more channels 24 in the component. The channel 24 can be seen with control members 25 ver and is on the one hand with the ge ordinary evacuation duct of the building and on the other hand with inlet openings, for. B. in the lower part of the window niche or on the lower part of the component in connection.
Instead of using a central heating system for air with circulation lines after the various components of the building, each component or a group of the same can be connected to a heating battery 27, which is fed with fresh air or with air from the room. The heating battery can be provided with a device for supplying part of the heated air to the space between the storey ceiling and the suspended ceiling.
5 and 6 show an embodiment in which the component is heated by means of a pipe system which conducts the heating medium, e.g. B. by with pipe loops 29 or similar connected Warmwasserleitun gene 28, which are thermally conductive with the facing towards the room surface 2 of the construction element, so that this surface has a heat radiating effect. The tube 29 can, for.
B. welded to the wall 2 or clamped against it, or these parts can also be made in one piece. A pipe 30 can be attached to the pipe 29 around the window 8, by means of which the window and the window frame can be heated. The window sill 20 can be warmed in a similar manner through tubes 29a. If the wall 2 is perforated, the component can also be used for sound absorption.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 can also be combined with an evacuation channel according to FIG.
In Fig. 7, an embodiment is shown schematically, which is a combination of a He heating by means of the heating medium conducting pipes 29 and Warmluftiunlauf in one or more channels 31 in the component. This channel 31 is down with an air supply opening 32, for. B. for air from the room, in connection and has an outlet channel 33 at the top for the heated air flowing out in a suitable direction.
It has been said that the building element expediently stretches at full height from one floor to the other. However, this is not necessary, son countries the component can also be carried out as a window parapet 34 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, who can then be connected to the hollow profiles 35 on the inside of the vertical parts of the window frame 36.
The warm air is passed to these hollow profiles from the channel 37 of the window parapet and flows out through suitable, optionally adjustable holes or slots 38 in the sides of the hollow profiles. The component can also extend past the floor to the next floor window.
