Fig. 2 zeigt eine zusätz- liehe Einrichtung.
Device for releasing the stepwise rotation of the contact drum for controlling an electropneumatic drive for tap changers The invention relates to a device for releasing the stepwise rotation of the contact drum for controlling an electropnetimatisehen drive for step holders, in particular on electric locomotives.
For controlling the step holder on electric traction vehicles, it is desirable to have only a small number of connecting lines between the control controller and the drive element, e.g. an electropneumatic drive for the tap changer. In this regard, circuits are of particular interest in which an up and a down command are transmitted to the step holder drive by means of only one line.
However, if you want to be able to select each individual switching step in the control controller from the outset, further measures must be taken to ensure that the run command issued by the control controller is canceled as soon as the step switch has reached the actuated position.
This task is often solved by a mechanical transmission, which reports the tap changer movement back to the control controller, and there triggers the further preselected switching steps. Electropneumatic drives are primarily used for the step switches in such follow-up controls.
In such devices, mechanical transmissions are known which only allow a new stage to be controlled when the previous stage switching has fully ended. The step-by-step rotation of a contact drum on the shaft of the control controller for the control of an electropneumatic drive for the step holder is released.
Such devices have the disadvantage that the mechanical transmission is quite complicated. The spatially separate arrangement of the control controller from the tap changer means that at least different movement deflections are available, which require gears, universal joints, couplings and additional bearings. A significant simplification can be achieved if the mechanical transmission of movement from the tap changer to the control controller is carried out by electrical means.
Electrical transmission is also incomparably more adaptable than the bulky mechanical transmission medium. The invention aims -the electrical transmission of this feedback.
The invention consists in that the contact drum is loosely placed on the continuous shaft of the control controller and connected to the former via a spring clutch, and that a locking device connected to the contact drum with limited elasticity and elasticity from the tap changer is only gradually released when the Step holder has reached the next following step.
The basis of this invention. lying thought can be carried out in various ways. A particularly suitable type of implementation is that two coupled, toothed ratchet wheels are freely rotatably placed on the continuous shaft of the control controller and are in loose engagement with the contact roller via drivers, claws and intermediate springs. Fer ner there are two locking levers, which are actuated by an electromagnet via control cams and alternately intervene in dig tooth gaps of the ratchet wheels.
The electromagnet is controlled via a connecting line by a shift drum which is coupled to the air motor for actuation: d (the tap changer. One locking lever is engaged when the electromagnet is energized., And the other when it is not energized. .
The invention is explained in more detail on the basis of this specially suitable embodiment. FIG. 1 shows the schematic structure of this device. Fig. 2 shows an additional loan facility.
In FIG. 1, 1 is the control controller, the handwheel 2 of which is firmly connected to the continuous shaft 3 . On the shaft there is the Rastiervarrichtung 4, through which the fixation of the handwheel takes place in the selected position. The detent disc 4 carries one driver thumb 5 of the spring clutch 5, 6, 7 whose other thumb 7 with the contact drum 8 </ B> is firmly coupled. The contact drum, 8 is placed on the shaft 3 so that it can rotate freely.
The driver 9 is connected to the contact drum and is supported against the claw 11 by springs 10 on both sides. The opening of the claw 11 is dimensioned so that the driver can be rotated by one step before it hits a claw cheek. The ratchet wheels 12a, 12b of a locking device are firmly attached to the claw tag and the whole thing is freely rotatably mounted on the shaft 3.
As a result, the contact drum 8 is connected to this locking device with limited elasticity. The ratchet wheels have ratchet teeth 32 , the pitch of which matches the segment pitch on the contact drum. The locking levers 13a, 13b, which are freely rotatable on the axis 34 and are under the action of compression springs, can alternately engage in the gaps in the ratchet teeth. Your game is controlled. by the control cams 14a and 14b, which, sitting on the axis of rotation 35 , are under the influence of the electromagnet 15 and the counter spring 16 .
The locking lever 13a comes into engagement when the magnet 15 is not excited and the locking lever 13b when the magnet is excited.
The magnet 15 which actuates the control buttons is controlled by an auxiliary contact 17 located on the step switch shaft 36 . Only a two-wire connection is used to prevent the problem - that is, practically only one wire 55 is required, while the other wire goes to earth.
This electromagnetic control thus replaces the previous transmission for feedback of the tap changer position. The elec tromagnetic control process takes place in such a way that the locking levers alternately engage in the tooth gaps of the ratchet wheels,
if the step-by-step rotation of the contact drum 8 is released under the simultaneous action of the tensioned spring 7 . This step-by-step release takes place depending on the level of the step switch passed through. For this purpose, the tap changer shaft 36 is coupled to the air motor 20 of an electropneumatic drive. This air motor of known design has four Dr-Liekluftz ## - Iinder 21, in which you see the pistons 22a move.
The pistons are offset by each 9011 below. The compressed air inlet via line 37 is controlled by the electromagnetically actuated valve pairs 25, 26 . The coils of the valves are in the well-known #V, or over two lines. connected to finger contacts on segment 33 of drum 8 and are fed by an auxiliary voltage source (+ -) .
The mode of operation of the arrangement is as follows: If the handwheel of the control controller is moved from 0 to any level, the locking device 4 will hold it in this position. In doing so, the contact roller 8 is moved by means of the Fe, derk-upplting 5, 6, 7 . At first, however, it can only advance one pin part, whereupon the driver 9 hits the claw 10 which is held firmly by the ratchet wheel 12a.
In this new contact roller position, the line 51 is put under tension. The control valve 25 of the air motor is excited so that the piston 22a is now pressurized while the piston 22b is released. This process adjusts the air motor by 900 , with the step holder moving from 0 to step 1 . The line 55 is fed via the auxiliary contact 17 on the step holder.
The locking man-net 15 pulls .. Under the influence of the cam 14a, the locking lever 13a releases the claw wheel 12a. Lock wheels, claw 11 driver 9 and contact roller 8 move under the influence of the tensioned spring 6 ain a step division further, whereupon the locking lever 13b falling into the claw wheel 12b inhibits the movement again.
In the newly reached position, the line 52 is also fed via the contact roller, 8 , which results in another quarter-turn piston motor. Sehalt level 2 is reached. The locking magnet de-energizes and releases it for a further step through the locking wheel and retaining roller section 8 to 12a. This game repeats see until the level preselected with the hand wheel 2 is reached.
In this case, the spring 6 no longer exerts a moment on the contact roller 8 , and the position of the drive air motor is no longer changed.
Only the pair of ratchet wheels 12a, 12b , under the action of the spring pair 10 returning to the balanced position, perform another stop and thus reach the starting point required for further activation or deactivation. position. The downshifting takes place analogously.
In the manner described, it is possible to get by with just three connecting lines 51, 52, 55 between the control controller and the tap changer drive. A position display in the control controller is also possible.
For this purpose, it is sufficient to provide the locking disk 12a with a scale which slides under a viewing hole in the control panel, the visible number corresponding to the gear step that has started.
The arrangement can be expanded and also set up for automatic operation, for example controlled by Strom.- wäehter. Fig. 2 shows a possible embodiment for this, but only the parts specifically touched by the automatic system have been taken over from Fig. 1 for illustration. The contact roller 8 of the control controller is designed in a known manner.
A second, identical NY roller 28 is firmly connected to the shaft of the step holder in such a way that if the control controller and step switch are in the same position, the contact rollers are in the same position relative to your fingers.
Furthermore, there is a monitoring relay 29 , for example in the form of a current monitor, whose contacts in the de-energized state the contact roller 8 via the lines 51 51a, 52, 52a with the air motor valves 25, 26 , while when the relay armature is pulled, the supply of these valves from the contact drum 28 via the lines 51, 51b , 52, 52b takes place.
As long as the current to be monitored does not reach its limit value, the relay 29 does not respond and the activation process of the tap changer can be controlled from the control controller in the usual way. However, as soon as the current. If the response threshold of the relay 29 exceeds, then it switches the solenoid valves 25, 26 of the air motor to the contact roller 28 .
The consequence of this is that the valves excited at the switching stage reached continue to remain excited, so that the air motor remains in its position. The contact roller 8 of the control controller will continue to rotate by one switching step, whereupon it will also be blocked by its locking device. However, this additional step already preselects the valve operation for the next stage, so that it can be started without further action after the monitoring relay has dropped out.
Finally, it is also possible to design this control for double and multiple traction. The line 55 controlling the blocking magnet 15 of the C kn leading control controller is then connected in series via the auxiliary contacts 17 the individual step switch is gel-guided. It is then advantageous to replace the retraction leather 16 for the locking magnet 15 with another magnet mi,
which switches on and off alternately to the former by a nisätzliehen Hills contact on the Stuiensehalter. becomes. In the case of multiple traction, these auxiliary contacts would also have to be held in series to allow the excitation current to flow through this second magnet.
