Unten ist er a a m Arm 23b eingehängt.
Work scaffold for processing facades and roof soffits The subject of the invention is a work scaffold for processing facades and roof soffits. It has the advantages over the scaffolding known up to now that it can be carried out with little windage and is quickly assembled and disassembled. Embodiments of the framework according to the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings and described below.

Fig. 7 shows a support for the horizontal l ührungsorgan on the upper part by means of a sleeve, a clamp holder slidably leads ge. is. The guide element is attached to the bottom of the support, into which a scaffold rod is suspended by means of headrests.
Fig. 8 shows a variant of the attachment of the frame in an immovable position. Fig. 9 shows a support for the guide organ on which a be attached to a gutter, extendable strut. Fig. 10 shows a variant with an outwardly pivoted work floor.
The Ge shown in Figures 1 and 2 scaffold has two scaffold rods 1, which be made of screwed pipe pieces. A head piece 7 is pushed into the topmost piece of pipe and fastened by means of screws which are screwed into a welded nut. The lower end of the scaffolding poles is formed by a foot piece, consisting of a plate 3-1 welded to a sleeve 37 and a removable tip 35 with locking pin, which foot piece is fastened to a tube 3 pushed into the scaffolding poles from below.
This tube is adjustable in the scaffold pole and fulfills a three-fold task: 1. It connects the scaffold pole with the support element.
2. By further pushing the same, the z. B. suspended in a gutter, but still supported on the support elements converted scaffolding into a hanging scaffold by hanging with the rollers 8 on the gutter so that it can be easily moved.
3. By means of this tube, the length of the scaffolding poles can be adapted to uneven terrain, as can be seen from FIG.
The assembly of the pipe sections of the scaffolding poles is shown in FIG.
In the middle pipe pieces la, a pipe section F with Ge thread G is attached at one end, which pipe section F peeks out half of its length from the pipe section 1a. At the other end of these pipe sections, a pipe socket 1'l is fastened correspondingly deep inside the pipe, the length of the protruding pipe section F.
The scaffold rod screwed together in this way receives the pipe sections 1a when Z collides. through the pipe section F and the socket 3,1 a reinforcement, which aims to ensure that a long pole can be erected without the risk of breakage, which would not be the case if the screw connection was made directly at the collision Z. .
The head pieces 7 pushed into the upper ends of the scaffolding rods consist of a T-shaped tube piece. On one side of the horizontal arm, a roller 8 is attached to a welded pipe socket, which roller is intended for hanging in a gutter or a guide member 53 (see FIG. 5). On the other side of said arm, a pipe clamp for hanging the bottles is pushed on and secured by an adjusting screw. Consoles 2 are attached to the scaffolding poles, on which the working floor rests.
To hold the consoles on the scaffolding rods, sleeve-like sliding tubes 12 are welded to the consoles 2. In addition to a fixed strut 16, each console also has an extendable strut 17 fastened to holders 18. The latter serves to support the extendable carrier tube 13 into which a rod 14 with a pivotable support roller 15 is pushed. These parts are secured in their position by means of socket pins 19. On the opposite side of the console, a threaded sleeve is welded onto the sliding tube, into which a pipe section 20 is inserted as an additional support for a board.
Two curved pieces 23 with rings welded to the sliding tube 12 are used to hang up the lower bottles. To connect the two scaffolding poles with each other, four spacer battens 25a, 22a ,, 21a. and 36a, which are fastened in holders by means of clamping screws. The lath holder 21 is welded firmly to the struts 18. The other distance lattenhalt.er 2.5, 29, 36, on the other hand, are attached to sleeves 30, 22 and 38 that can be slid vertically on the scaffolding poles.
The holder 29 of the spacer bar '2a., Which also serves as a hand bar, is welded to a pipe piece 26 which is fixed in a horizontal guide sleeve 21 displaceably. The sleeve 21 is welded to the vertically displaceable sleeve 22. As a result, the di stanzlatte 22a can be moved horizontally and vertically on the slide tube. The holder 25 is provided with a catch 25b, which is held by a barb 28, while the holders 29 are held in their position by screw bolts and the holders 36 by socket pins.
In order to prevent unintentional displacement of the scaffolding on the gutter or on the guide element 53, a safety device is attached to the roll holder bracket 9. (see Fig. 4). Is on two arms 6 screwed laterally to the bracket 9. a square sleeve 5 attached, which is intended as a guide of the ver sehiebbaren square rod 4 therein. This has a Flaeheisen 4a as a stop surface for the lever 11 welded at its upper end.
At its lower end there is a Ge thread which is screwed into a socket piece 10b which is welded to a bleeh piece 10d. A steel clip K1 is riveted to it, which is intended to enclose the gutter bead. A correspondingly strong coil spring 10 is pushed over the square bar between two washers 10a, with the task of pressing the clamp K1 against the gutter.
The lever 11 is. welded to a sleeve 11a, which is pushed over the bolt 11b welded to the head piece # and fastened by means of split pins. The ring at the outer end of the lever is intended for attaching a cord 11c.
By pulling the cord lle, the square rod 4 is pushed upwards over the lever 11, whereby the spring is compressed. By quickly letting go of the cord, clip E1 is spiked downwards and encircles. bulge the gutters. In this way, the frame is secured against sliding. To secure tion on a Horizontalführnzngsorgan 53 made of wood, instead of the bracket K1, as shown in FIG. 4, a bracket K 2 can be seen easily.
In this case, instead of the socket I06, a nut is welded onto the sheet metal piece 10d so that the tip 10c can penetrate the wood.
Using a coil (not shown) with a rasp or by pulling the ropes of the pulley blocks by hand, the working floor can be pulled from the same to any height. It is held by a lock on the spool or by means of a clamping device through which the pull cords slide and those on the handrail 22n. or is attached to the sliding tube 12. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the entire weight rests on the supporting elements of the scaffolding poles that the roof gutter is only used as a guide member.
If you want to push the scaffolding into a new work section, this happens as follows: The socket pin on the sleeve: i8 is pulled out and the tubes 3 are pushed into the lowest pipe section of the scaffolding bars 1. By pulling the cord 11e, the clamp IL 1 attached to the rod 4 is pulled out of the area of the gutter via the lever 11 and the scaffolding hanging on the rollers 8 can thus be easily moved.
In order to be able to erect and dismantle the scaffolding without the aid of a ladder, the uppermost spacer lath holders 25 are held on a barb 28 by means of a catch 25b instead of by means of socket pins. These can be unlocked from the ground by pulling on a cord attached to the ring of the catch. The other spacer slats can be attached to the floor and removed. So that the spacer bar 25a does not get too high speed when sliding down, a Bremsvorrich device 31 is attached to the sleeve 30. In addition to a rubber pad 3'2, this has a compression spring and an adjusting screw 33.
If you want to use the scaffolding on a house front without a gutter, a horizontal guide must be created. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5, this is composed of scaffolding boards resting on edge in U-profiles and various fastening means. Clamp brackets are used as fastening means. strong flat iron, the kelt angled above and see with tips 42 (see Fig.6) is provided. This flat iron ends at the bottom in a screw bolt 41.
A foot piece 43, which is held by a nut 44, is pushed onto this. A pipe socket 50 is welded onto the outside of the holder. In this the thread connector 45 of the U-profile 48 is screwed. In this U-profile are erected scaffolding boards Ge, which are adapted at their upper edge to the shape of the rollers 8 and secured by means of bolts 47. Through these boards, the U-profiles are held in Horizon tallage. The thread 45 makes it possible to compensate for the difference in the pitch angle of the roof beams 54.
When the boards meet, place them in the middle of the U-profiles; therefore four screws are benbolzen attached to their attachment.
As the embodiment according to FIG. 5 shows, hanging and standing supports 51 are necessary for fastening the guide element 53 on gable fronts. These consist of tubes which are buttoned off the length of the sleeve 50 (see FIG. 7). The sleeve 50 is welded to the lower end of the support and provided with a U-profile. The supports are fastened in sleeves 52 by means of screw bolts 47. A thread cord 45 is welded to the sleeves and is screwed into the clamp holder.
For steeply sloping roofs, where long supports are required, the supports 51 are provided for the struts (see Fig. 9), which can be pulled out and rinnenwulst attached to the roof or on the U-profile who the. These struts consist of nested tubes 58 and 59, the tube 58 with a rest in the gutter, the bracket 55 by a bolt 57 is connected ver. The strut is attached to the gutter by means of a clamp 56 which, by tightening a wing nut 49, encloses the gutter bead.
The attachment of the strut to the U-profile is not visible in the drawing, but is done by means of a bracket welded to the U-profile. The extendable tubes 58 and 59 are fixed in the desired position by screw bolts. In the fastening stigung of the bracket on the house gable: who the peaks 42 struck into the end beams or roof battens 46. Thereupon the foot 43 is pressed by tightening the nut 44 against the roof soffit and thus get a firm hold.
Now the U-profiles 48 can be screwed into the sleeves of the clamp holder and scaffolding boards 53 as Füh approximately organ of the rollers 8 in the same is inserted and fixed. Where the width of a house front requires, in addition to the supports 51 standing at the ends of the facade, supports hanging in the middle are attached. The scaffolding is attached to the guide element 53 thus created, as can be seen in FIG. 7 below. So that when the scaffolding is hanging, the scaffolding poles do not grind down on the house wall, a pipe socket 27 is welded to the foot piece sleeve 37, in which a rod with a support roller can be placed, which comes to rest against the house wall.
This gives the scaffold poles a hold at the bottom.
In all embodiments, where it is useful, instead of the support elements 34, 35, 37 drawn in FIG. 1, rollers are used which are attached to a sleeve, attached to the tube 3 in place of the sleeve 37. will. These rollers can be guided on rails or stand directly on the floor.
If only one scaffolding rod is used, the console is designed in the shape of a fork, on which a corresponding working platform with hand rails is attached. Extendable struts with swiveling support rollers are inserted into these fork-shaped tubes. 8 an angular pipe section 7 (c) is inserted into the head piece 7 and secures ge by means of clamping screws.
On the downward leg of the pipe section 7a. a sleeve 52 to which a clamp holder is screwed according to FIG. 6 is pushed on.
In the variant shown in Figure 10, the work floor is pivoted outwards. and the scaffolding poles are taken close to the facade. For this purpose, a further T-pipe section 70 is inserted between the T-shaped head piece 7 and the scaffolding rods and is fastened to the head piece. In the horizontal tube of this T-piece, a longer tube 71 is pushed, to which a tube 73 is welded with an angle reinforcement 72 at right angles.
This is, as in the embodiment according to Figure 1, the head piece 7, pushed into the scaffold rod. The horizontal tube 71 can be displaced in consideration of the different widths of the roof underside in the horizontal part of the T-tube 70 and is fixed in the desired position by means of visual bolts 74. The pulley block is attached as shown in Figure 1.
At the bottom it is hung on a m arm 23b. So that the scaffolding rests against the facade without scratching it, support rollers 79 are attached to the top and bottom of the scaffolding rods. To protect the workers, hand tubes and hand rails are attached above the work floor. On the pipe clamps 18 pipe sockets 76 are welded to.
An Winkelrohrstüek 75 is. pushed over the pipe section 26, down over the Stut zen 76 and secured by means of socket pins 80. Holders 77, in which slats are fastened by clamping screws, are welded to the vertical piece of the angle tube 75.
