ruck- weise vorgeschoben wird. Ans dein lIagazin läuft- der Filin in der Richtung des Pfeils 13 ;
welches nun in der Entwicklungs- kammer D liegt, wird vorn zweiten Bildfeld zib("-etrennt, für welchen Zweck das oben er wähnte Abtrenämittel vorhanden ist, wobei der Abtrennungsvorgang einen Schnitt durch zwei ;
Wenn nach Beendigung der Vorwärtsbewe gung des Wagefis 22 in der Richtung des Pfeils 44 in Fig.2 das erste Filinbildfeld fl richtig an die Belichtungsstelle gebracht ist, lie;
die Prüfklinken 76 aus den Öff- nungen herausdriieken und damit die Welle 74 in einer solchen Richtun;
wobei der Kontakt 114C mit dein Kontakt 11-113 verbunden ist, während der Kontakt 1.1-1D über eine Leitung 1:22 mit der Betäti- gungsvorricbtung 56 des automatischen pboto- Crraphischen Apparates verbunden ist, wobei diese Betätigungsvorrichtung ihrerseits über eine Le;
nachdem der Schalter 126 geschlos- sen worden ist. Man wird' verstehen, dass dies am Anfang des Arbeitszyklus der Betäti,llngs- Vorrichtung eintritt, und dass kurz vor dem Ende dieses Arbeitsz\ klus die erwähnten Kur- voll so wirken, dass der Sehalter 126 wieder in ;
Wie oben angedeutet, sind die versehie- dcnpn elektrischen Anlagefeile in iln Ruhezustand des Apparates dar;
dass am Ende id,er Vorwärtsbewegung des Film- wabens zum Vorschieben des, belichteten Bil des in die Entwicklungskammer die PrüfIvlin- 1;
e11 76 wieder in das folgende Paar von Öff- nungen 70 fallen, um dein Sehalter S-1 zu gestatten, wieder in seine normale Ruhestel- lung 7itrüel;
7ltliehren.
Photographing autoinat The present invention relates to a photographing device with the starting parts to be actuated and a locking part preventing the actuation of the starting parts, as well as means for withdrawing the locking part from the locking position.
V ol @ the machine is preferably set up for coin insertion.
According to the present invention, the machine is characterized by a control device for the locking elements of the -Anlassvorliclitung, which both with markings of the film strip and with the movement of the film causing organs.
works together so that the blocking elements always go into the blocking position when the film comes to an end, when the image field of the film does not occupy the correct position and when a working cycle of the machine has started.
The accompanying drawing shows an example of an embodiment of an automatic machine according to the present invention, and specifically shows: FIG.
Fig.? in a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, the various parts in position for advancing the film relative to the exposure position, Fig. 3 shows a similar section. like Fig. 2, with the parts after the end of their filin feed movement, -,
1 shows a section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 shows a circuit diagram which more or more schematically shows the various parts associated with the filler feed: svorrich- do1, and FIG rear end of a movie.
1 to 3 of the drawing is a guide 10 (Füllrung: sst.ück) as a film. Triiger shown, along which the film on a magazine 11, which can be attached to the guide 10 by means of the part 12,
is advanced in jerks. The filin runs to your magazine in the direction of arrow 13;
to the tension roller 1-1 and then in the direction of arrow 16 along the guide 10 all one exposure point E. From this exposure point, the film goes step by step, depending on an image field is exposed, in a generally designated D developing hammer. Alan wildly understand that a (not clargcetztcs)
suitable separating agent the exposed part of the filius in this development; scamnier completely separates the part located at the exposure point. The guide 1.0 is suitably held firmly in its position using full Rallincilwerktcilcn, which are generally denoted by 18.
As shown here, a pair of fully laterally spaced-apart sliding bars 20 supported by the frame love under the guide 10 and run in the longitudinal direction thereof. Bin Wagell 22 is e.g. B. through its parts 23 for a IIin- and Herbewe-u n- mounted on the stalls 20.
A finger actuating member 24 is pivotably mounted on the carriage 22 on its underside. In particular, it will be noted that the whale part 22 is provided with laterally spaced apart protruding parts 26 in which the pivot pins 28 for the link 24 are mounted,
this member 24 extending between these parts 26 of the carriage. As best shown in Figures 2 and 3, is. the member 24 is formed essentially as a Wilikelliebel and has. Lever arm parts 30 and 32 on opposite sides of its Drelipullk- tes? 8.
The lever arm 32 extends. transversely to the carriage 22 and on its -eneniiber- lie-eilden side edges finite approaches 34 see ver, on the front sides of which a pair of fingers 36 protruding near the top z.
B. by Belestigull-seleinente 38 is attached. 1n its NEN -e-enüberüberüber founding side edges of the carriage 22 is seen with openings 40 for receiving the fingers 36 carried by the member 24. It will also be noted that the guide 10 is provided with laterally spaced, longitudinally extending slots 42 for receiving these fingers 36.
Uni a back and forth movement of the car in the directions of arrows 44 and 46 in the hig. 2 and 3, there is a selleibeilföriniges drive member 48 which is keyed to a shaft 50. ". One will pretend
that the shaft 50 is mounted for rotation in the direction of the arrows 52 and 54 in FIGS. 2 and 3 and is connected to a rieten motor 55 which is present in the actuation device for the automatic photographic apparatus which generally indicated by block 56 in FIG.
This actuator may be of any suitable and known type, and since the actuator does not form part of the present invention, detailed description or illustration thereof is deemed unnecessary.
The connecting link 60 is pivotably connected at 62 to one side of the selector-shaped drive element 48, and its other end is mounted such that it can be swiveled at 64 in the fork point 66 which is present on the lever arm part 30 of the link 4.
A stop plate 68, which is carried by the carriage 22, lies over the cover plate 30, as best shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 elar is set.
From Fi-.l. it can be seen that the film strip F is finitely provided with a row of perforations r0 at both of its side edges,
which delimit the successive frames of the film. If the film strip is as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, so that Blas first image field f1 is at its front edge of all the before certain exposure point, and if we now assume that this image field has been exposed, we find that
that in this position the fingers 36 carried by the link 24 engage in the perforations 70 at the end of the second image field f2, this wide image field being provided for the following exposure indlessellchtun-'SStelle.
A rotation of the disk-shaped drive member 48 in the directional trough of arrows 52 and 5-1 according to FIGS. 2 and 2 moves the carriage 22 from its in the Fig. 2 shown zli- rücl # -e7oge # en Stt3'llunä in the advanced position shown in Fig. 3, and it will be clear
.that the film strip during this movement in the right direction of arrow 16 in Fig.1 is cliobeil in order to bring the first image field f1 into the development chamber D and uni the second image field f21 to bring all the exposure point, whereby it should be held ,
that during this forward movement the fingers 36 in the slots 4? slide in guide 10. At the end of this forward movement @ -un, @ is the second image field f2 at the position of exposure and the i first image,
which is now in the developing chamber D is separated from the second image field zib ("- for what purpose the above-mentioned separating means is present, the separating process being a cut through two;
- the overlapping openings 70 on opposite sides of the filmstrip. Further rotation of the disk-shaped drive element 48 results in a pivoting movement of the angle lever 2'i,
so that its fingers 36 are withdrawn from the film openings 70 into the slots 40 in the carriage, as shown in Fig. 3, the lever arm 30 finitely engaging the stop plate 6S, so that further movement of the
Drive member 48 in the direction of arrow 54 in FIG. 3 now results in the carriage moving from the pushed forward to the retracted position, as indicated in FIG. 3 by arrow 46, so that the carriage is returned to its position shown in FIG.
According to this, a further rotary disk-shaped drive member results in a pivoting movement of member 24 in such a direction that fin 36 again engages in the following pair of c.> 1 'fittings 70, such as in Fig.2 represents Darge.
From the above it can be easily seen that for correct actuation of the film conveying device and to prevent damage to the film, the openings 70 in the film in the retracted position of the day are aligned with the finial cord 40 and must be above the slots 42 in the guide 10,
so that the fingers 36 can engage them in the retracted position of the carriage to properly advance the film.
It is now ensured that the actuation device for the automatic photographic apparatus cannot initiate a work cycle,
if the previous work cycle has not brought the film strip into the correct position for the introduction of the fingers 36 into the openings 70, as shown in FIG. For this purpose a housing 72 is provided which is fastened to the film guide 10 in a suitable manner.
The housing 72 includes a transverse shaft 74 which is rotatably mounted in a suitable manner. This shaft is finitely keyed to the spaced-apart test pawls 76, which are arranged so that they lie over the corresponding slots 40 in carriages? \ 3,
when the carriage is in the retracted position shown in FIG. The shaft 74 protrudes on a side wall of the housing 72 from the same and is finitely provided with a wedged lever SO. The lever 80 is provided with a laterally protruding pin 82 near its one end.
A normally closed microswitch 84 is mounted on one side of the guide 10 in a suitable manner. This microswitch is provided with a detait 86 which protrudes from the same and lies over the finger 82 of the lever SO.
If after completion of the Vorwärtsbewe movement of the balance 22 in the direction of arrow 44 in Figure 2, the first Filinbildfeld fl is correctly brought to the exposure point, let;
The openings 70 at the end of the second image field f2 correctly for receiving the test pawls 76, as shown in FIGS. It will be clear
that during the backward advancement of the film the test pawls 76 slide on the upper side of the film and after each jerky forward movement of the film, if an image field is in the correct, predetermined position, fall into the openings 70 as a result of gravity, as shown in FIG. 3.
When the test pins so engage in the openings, the pin 82 is at a distance below the actuating element 86 of the micro-selector 84, as shown in FIG. 3,
We-eii the rotation of the shaft 74 when the test pawls 76 engage in the openings 70 below. In this position, the various parts are. the microswitch 84 in its normal, closed state.
However, if the test pawls 76 are not in the openings 70, but touch the top of the film be; or if they are lifted out of the openings 70, the actuating element 86 of the microswitch 81 is pushed up by the pin 82 into its position shown in FIG. 2 presented stool lifted.
In this position of the actuating member, the microscope holder 81 is in its open state. From Fic. 2 it can be seen that the fingers 36, when they move upward into the ragenschlitzcn 10, access the openings 70 in the film strip,
the test pawls 76 press out of the openings and thus the shaft 74 in such a direction;
- turn so that the switch 81 is opened. It will also be adjusted in this connection that when the film is stopped moving forward in order to provide an exposed image field in the developing chamber D, the carriage 22 is partially withdrawn from its position shown in Fig. 3,
but its in fic. 2 has not yet reached the position shown, so that the test pawls 76 normally insert a "-i-eifen" into the film openings.
as shown in Fig.3. The honeycomb and the inspection pawls remain in these positions during the rest of the working cycle of the photographic apparatus, which cycle comes to an end with the delivery of the developed image,
in which the following image field is in the correct position for the exposure during the following -Irlleitszylcltis. The operation of the automatic photographic apparatus is triggered in the usual manner and by inserting a coin into the apparatus to start a work cycle.
If we now consider Fig. 5 in detail, a wiring diagram is shown here, which shows various parts of the photographic apparatus when the apparatus is at rest. A lIülizeiieili- throws known construction is indicated schematically at 90 and has an input channel 92,
in which a coin C is inserted in the usual way. The insertion channel 92 is connected to one of aisles 94 and 96, the former being a coin return aisle, while the latter is a normally open coin trap or aisle.
a starter switch 98, which can be activated by the coin, in order to release the tilt of the photographic apparatus. 1: i1 Elektroma; lnet 100 is with one:
The end of it is guided to the Krattletunä 10 ″ and actuates a locking pin 104, which actuates in the retracted state of the magazine, in FIG. position shown in solid lines.
When the blocking electrode 100 is not actuated, the pin 101 is in its protruding position indicated by the interlocked lines and it will be noted that
that the pin 104 in this latter position prevents the entry of the coin into the passage 96 and deflects the same into the return passage 94. The: lIiilizenbloekieriiia-net 100 is connected in series (switched to the previously mentioned film inspection lilro switch 84, to which it is connected by the line 106 ..
A line 108 connects the filin test switch 8-1 with a starter switch 110 for the apparatus, which is more visible when the apparatus is in the idle state, and which with the other power line I1 '? connected is.
From the above it should be seen that the blocking nia- g.net 100 is actuated when the film examiner 8-1 and the start switch 110 are in their normal, closed positions, and this is the case,
when the film checking pawls 76 are in the openings 70 in the film, as shown in FIG. 3, to sleep the switch S-1, and when the switch 110 is closed is as described below.
So is the part of the blocking pin 104 from the insertion channel 9 in this state? withdrawn and passage 96 is free to receive the coin.
The circuit shown in FIG. 5 also contains a relay 11-1, which is connected on one side to the power line 10 \ 3 via a line 116, while its other side is connected via the line 118 </ B > is connected to the normally open coin trap age 98 ,
which in turn is connected to the line 1.06 via a line 120. From the above is. It can be seen that the relay 11-1 is actuated by closing the coin latch holder 98.
However, one will be confused that the holder 98 by the coin 1111r for a moment. is closed, since the coin, when it is rolled by the actuating element '98.I of the microswitch 98 ,
allows the switch to be returned to its normal open position; and that is why the relay3 is finitely provided with a holding circle, which contains the contacts 1.14: 1 and 11-1P of the same.
The contact 114r1 is connected to the line 11S, and the contact 11413 is finitely connected via a line 121 to the closed micro-starter holder 110 for the device. Relay 111 also includes another set of contacts 114C and 7.14D,
the contact 114C being connected to the contact 11-113, while the contact 1.1-1D is connected via a line 1:22 to the actuating device 56 of the automatic pboto-graphic apparatus, this actuating device in turn via a Le;
tun1.24 is connected to the power line 102. A normally open microswitch 126 is connected between the line .122 and a line 128, which is connected to the other power line 112.
The switches 126 and 110 are actuated in a certain time sequence by the actuating device 56, with suitable cam members 127 and 129 being provided for this purpose in order to close the switch 126 when the actuating device begins to work, after being pressed. has been, and to open the closed switch 110,
after switch 126 has been closed. It will be understood that this occurs at the beginning of the operating cycle of the actuating device, and that shortly before the end of this operating cycle, the mentioned courses act in such a way that the switch 126 is in;
returns to a normal, open position while switch 110 is unlocked. As shown in FIG. 5, the cams are driven by the pilm drive motor 55.
As indicated above, the various electrical installation files are in the idle state of the apparatus;
Determines which state of the photographic apparatus corresponds to your condition prior to the initiation of a working cycle for the additional photography and delivery of the developed photography. -You will understand that the activity supply line is separated from the duel in this idle state.
is because the corresponding circuit is underhrown by the normally open relay contacts 11.4C and 714D, so that the film drive motor does not work. However, it will be found that once the film is in the correct position to initiate a duty cycle, c1.11.
as soon as it is in such a way that the test pawls 76 engage in the openings 70 at the end of the second frame in the film, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the circle is closed by the coin blocking magnet 100 through the normally closed film test switch 84,
whereby the pin 10-1 is withdrawn from your slot 96. As mentioned earlier, a coin can now be inserted into the slot and passed through the can 96 to bring the normally open switch 98 into its closed position.
Closing the switch 98 actuates the relay 174 so that its contacts 11411, 114B close, whereby the holding circuit for the relay 11-1 is closed, so that the contacts 114C and 7.1-1D are also closed,
in order to close the loop of the actuating device 56 through these closed contacts 114C and 114D and through the closed switch 110 to the power line 11.2.
The gate device 56 now begins to work and causes the exposure of the foremost image field f1, which is at the exposure point. As stated above, the switch 7.26 is closed and the switch 7.10 is opened as soon as the actuating device 56 closes. started working ..
Opening the switch 1.10 lnaplit the relay 114 without current, so that it is ready for the next work cycle, whereby -fcsi- must be kept so that the @ e @ a @ sba @ td: on- tal:

As stated above, the actuating device continues to operate, despite the fact that switch 110 and thus relay 11-1 are open, due to the fact that apparatus switch 126 has passed through curve 129 </ B > is kept closed,
whereby the power circuit of the actuation device remains decided. As further stated, is. the film carriage 22 at the beginning of a work cycle in an intermediate position between ropes in FIGS. positions shown,
so that the honeycomb during the exposure of the first image field f1 in its retracted, in F i'-. 2 is moved position shown, and his fingers engage in the openings 70 of the second image field, whereby the test pawls 76 pushed out the film openings who the.
The consequence of this is that the film test holder 8-1 is opened and the lIünzcübloe @ ier- ina-net is no longer supplied with energy, whereupon the coin blocking pin is advanced into the coin slot in order to allow another coin to pass through to prevent riiiiwiirf- gang 96:
It is therefore clear that the device will no longer accept any more coins as soon as the actuating device has started a work period.
By the time the fingers on your film carriage have removed the test latches 76 from the film, the exposure of the image field f1 is complete and the film honeycomb is now moved out of its in Fib. 2 in its position shown in Fify. 3 Stelhlüg shown,

In this context, reference is made to Fi-. 6 pointed out, in which only the rear end 130 of the Fi.lmstreifeits is presented. where it is assumed that the rest of the stripe is dissolved rauelit, so that only an image field provided with an opening remains:
