Description
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind Ausfüh rungsbeispiele von Einzelelementen, die dem Aufbau des Erfindungsgegenstandes dienen, dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Unteransicht und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt einer ,Schiene;
Frame assembled from individual elements The invention relates to a frame assembled from individual elements.
Racks of a similar design are already known and have proven themselves well. But they are not shapely, since the fastening elements and the slots for attaching them are visible on the front.
The frame according to the invention, assembled from individual elements, consists of hollow rails, each of which has a wall having an opening extending over its entire length, which rails are held together by angle elements and screws. The assembly should advantageously take place in such a way that the openings in the rails are directed towards the interior of the frame.
The accompanying drawings show exemplary embodiments of individual elements which are used to construct the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a view from below and FIG. 2 shows a cross section of a rail;
3 shows a cross section of a second rail, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of a plate-shaped nut, FIG. 5 shows a side view of a small right-angled element,
6 shows a view of a knot of three rails with a large right-angled angle element, and FIG. 7 shows a view of a knot of three rails with an angle element with a bent leg.
The rail 1 is a hollow rail, one wall of which has an opening 2 extending over its entire length, the 11Tuttsr 4 fitting into the cavity.
The width of the nut 4 is such that it can be inserted into the rail 1 through the opening 2. The diagonal dimension of the nut 4 (joint 4) between the opposite rounded corners 5 is smaller than the width of the cavity 3, while the diagonal dimension between the right-angled corners 6 is larger. If the heads of the screws are embedded in the cavity, they have the outer shape of the nut described.
The angle element 7 has two legs 8 and 9 standing at right angles to one another, each leg being provided with a bore for a screw: FIG. 6 shows a node at which three rails 1 meet at right angles. The one leg 10. of the right-angled element 11 is longer. and has two bores for the screws 12.
The fastening screws are not shown at the junction according to FIG. The angle element 13 has apart from the thigh 14 has a two-cranked thigh 15, in which the two parallel ver parts have bores for receiving the screws.
The nut 16 located in the cavity 3 has a port set 17 which fits exactly into the opening. A compression spring 18 is fitted in the cavity so that the mother does not love to look out of the opening when screwing it tight. The side width of the angle elements corresponds to the width of the rails.
If only two rails meet at a junction, the angle element 7 or all (read 1 \ inkeleleinent 11 can be used. In the latter case, a '# toe rail is attached with two screws. The two \ rails then meet directly.
Care is taken when assembling the frame. (Let the scales with their 1) urclil) be stretched against the inside of the frame.
