Mittelfuss-Bandage
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Mittelfuss-Bandage, die sich durch eine Fussunterlage auszeichnet, an der Bandageteile angeordnet sind. Ausserdem sind auf der Oberseite der Fussunterlage Taschen zum Einstecken einer Fussstutze vorgesehen.
Die Mittelfuss-Bandage nach der Erfindung kann nun entweder zum Befestigen am F'uss vor dem Einsehlüpfen in den Schuh vorgesehen sein, dann wird manl vorteilhaft die Fussunterlage mit einem Haliteband ausrüsten, um die Bandage am m Fuss zu halten ; oder sie könnte auch in den Schuh eingebaut sein, dann würde ein besonderes Halteband dahinfallen.
Es ist vorteilhaft, je eine Tasche in der Partie der Mittelfussgelenke und des Fersens vorzusehen.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 den Grundriss einer Fussunterlage mit Bandageteilen und Halteband,
Fig. 2 eine Fussstütze im Grundriss für sich und
Fig. 3 eine am Fuss befestigte Mittelfuss Bandage.
Mit 1 ist eine Fussunterlage bezeichnet, an der die Bandageteile 2 und 3 angeordnet sind. Ausserdem weist die Fussunterlage ein Halteband 4 zum Befestigen des Ganzen am Fuss vor dem Einschlüpfen in den Schuh auf. Das Halteband 4 weist bei 5 einen elastisch nachgiebigen Teil, zum Beispiel aus Gummiband, auf. Auf der Oberseite der Fussunterlage ist fersenseits eine Tasche 6 und in der Partie der Mittelfussgelenke-die mit I bis V bezeichnet sind-eine Tasche 7 vorgesehen. Die Taschen dienen zum Einsteeken (siehe Pfeile 21 und B) und damit zum Befestigen einer Fussstutze 9 an der Fuss- unterlage.
Solche Pussstützen mit Pelotten zur, Stützung der Querwolbung des Fusses und Keilen zur Stützung der Längswolbung sind allgemein bekannt. Die Taschen 6 und 7 sind durch eine Steppnaht 11 an der Fussunter- lage 1 befestigt. Andere Befestigungsarten sind ohne weiteres denkbar. Die Befestigung der Taschen an der Fussunterlage kann ent- weder je auf zwei Seiten oder je auf drei Seiten vorgesehen sein.
Die punktierte Linie, links, zeigt ein Stück einer Schuhsohle, über welcher die Fuss- unterlage zu liegen kommt. Die an den Enden der Bandageteilen 2 und 3 vorgesehenen Locher 8 dienen zum Verschnüren der Bandage über dem Fussrist. Man könnte auch die Verschnürung der Bandageteile mit der Schuhverschnürung kombinieren.
Soll die Mittelfuss-Bandage vor dem Einschlüpfen in den Schuh am Fuss befestigt werden, wird die Fussunterlage mit den Bandageteilen zunächst mittels des Haltebandes 4 am vorzugsweise mit einem Strumpf oder Socken bekleideten Fuss 10 (Fig. 2t) befestigt, hierauf wird die Bandage appliziert und mit dem so bandagierten Fuss in den sschuh einge schlüpft.
Ist die Mittelfuss-Bandage in den Schuh eingebaut, kommt die Fussunterlage auf die Innensohle des Schuhs zu liegen-das Halteband kommt dabei in Wegfall-und die Bandage, deren Enden mit verstellbaren Be festigungsmitteln, zum Beispiel Ösen mit Nesteln, Riemen mit Schnallen, verstellbare Riemen mit Druckknopfen oder dergleichen ausgerüstet sind, wird an dem mit dem. Schuh bekleideten Fuss appliziert und der Schuh schliesslich in gewohnter Weise fixiert.
Metatarsal bandage
