<tb> und <SEP> '? <SEP> der <SEP> hintere <SEP> Deckel <SEP> der <SEP> Hängemappe. Am obern Rand der beiden Deckel 1 und 2 ist durch Einwärtsfalzen und Festkleben der Deckelenden je eine Hülse 3 geschaffen.
In den Hülsen 3 sind Tragschienen 4 angeordnet; durch den gewölbten Querschnitt der Trag schiene 4 im vordern Mappendeckel wird eine Aufw eitung der Hülse 3 erzielt. In den über die. Deckelseiten vorstehenden Enden der Tra ;schienen 4 sind in bekannter Weise Aus nehmungen 4a zum Aufhängen der Mappe an Führungsschienen eines Registraturkastens vorgesehen.
Die genannte Z'i'ölbung der vor- dern Tragschiene 4 dient nicht nur zur Sprei zung der obern Ränder der beiden Mappen deckel bei leerer Mappe, sondern auch der Versteifung der Tragschiene. In der Mitte des vordern Mappendeckels 1 besitzt, die Aussen wand der Hülse 3 einen bis zur obern Deckel kante geführten, rechteckigen Ausschnitt 5. In diesem Ausschnitt 5 ist ein Schutz- und Halteschild 6 aus durchsichtigem Material, z. B. aus Zelluloid, angeordnet. Der Schutz und Halteschild 6 besitzt seitliche, sich nach aussen verjüngende Lappen 6a-, welche zwi schen die äussere Hülsenwand und die Trag schiene gesteckt sind.
Ein oberer Randteil 6b des Schildes 6 ragt über die obere Deckelkante hinaus schräg nach hinten und verhindert. ein seitliches Verschieben des Schildes 6 im Aus schnitt 5. Der obere Schildrand 6b ist nach hinten gefalzt und bildet eine unten offene Tasche, in welcher der obere Randteil eines Beschriftungsschildes 7 steckt und durch Klemmwirkung darin festgehalten ist. Die Breite des Schutz- und Halteschildes 6 (ohne Einstecklappen) und des darunterliegenden Beschriftungsschildes 7 ist. der Breite des Aus schnittes 5 angepasst.
Die Höhe des Randteils 6b ist kleiner als die halbe Höhe des Aus schnittes 5 bzw. des darin liegenden Teils des Schutz- und Halteschildes 6, und zwar ist diese Höhe so gewählt, dass der in ihm fest gehaltene Randteil des Beschriftungsschildes gerade zur Aufnahme einer Zeile der Beschrif tung genügt.
Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, ergibt die durch die Wöl bung der einen Tragschiene 4 erzielte, obere Breite der Mappe zusammen mit der geringen Höhe und der Schrägstellung des R.andteil5 6b des Schutz- und Halteschildes 5 bei in einen Registraturkasten eingehängten Mappen eine gute Sichtbarkeit der obersten Beschrif tungszeile des Beschriftungsschildes 7.
Da die Mappe über die ganze Breite der Schilder 6 und 7, ausgeschnitten ist., liegen die letzteren versenkt im Mappendeckel, so dass dessen Frontseite praktisch eben bleibt.
Da die Beschriftungsschilder 7 unver- schiebbar in der Mappenmitte angeordnet sind, kommen sie bei in den Registraturkasten eingehängten Mappen stets hintereinanderzu- liegen, das heisst sie liegen alle in einer Blick richtung, was die Übersichtlichkeit der Regi stratur erhöht. Die seitlichen Randteile des Mappendeckels 1 sind beim gezeichneten Bei spiel mit Skalen 8 versehen zur Kennzeich nung von Terminen oder andern Markierun gen, z. B. mittels Signalen.
Die relativ geringe Höhe des über den Mappendeckel 1 vorstehenden Randteils 6b des Schildes 6 macht ein Fassen der Mappe ausschliesslich an diesem Schild praktisch un möglich; beim Bedienen der Registratur muss deshalb die Mappe selbst erfasst werden. Da durch wird das Einreissen der Schilder an den seitlichen Lappen bzw. das Ausreissen des :l@appendeckels an der Deckeloberkante ver mieden.
Durch Verwendung eines Klebstoffes bei der Schaffung der die Tragschienen 4 auf- nehmenden Hülsen 3 kann ein satterer Sitz der Tragschienen in diesen Hülsen erreicht werden als bei Anbringung der üblichen Näh- naht. Zweckmässig erfolgt die Verleimung der Hülse 3 so, dass die Tragschiene 4 selbst in der Hülse festgeklebt wird. Sie ist dadurch ein wandfrei regen seitliches Verschieben gesi chert.
