the replaceable attachment of the Z tool on the lower part of the ram, the working device (partially cut), Fig. 13 and 14 in longitudinal and transverse section the guidance of the ram of the tool.
1 is the tool which, -, a reciprocating, d. H. performs a stomping motion. It is exchangeably arranged at the lower end of the working ram 2. The upper end of the plunger \ _ 'is designed as a piston 3 which slides in the cylinder 4 and is under the action of the springs 5 and 6.
The cylinder 4- in turn is. Slidably arranged in the housing 7 of the implement. The cylinder 4 is set in a reciprocating motion by the power transmission parts, in the present case by a cure drive 8. The connecting rod of the crank drive 8 engages. on the crank pin 9, which is arranged on a gear 10. is. The gear 10 works with a pinion 11 together.
The R.itzel 11 has an internal thread 1.2 and an internal cone 13 and is also supported by a bearing 14 in the housing 7 of the device. The pinion 11 is used to reinforce the standard, visibly weakly dimensioned output shaft and to absorb the backlashes caused by the back and forth movements of the tool. For this purpose it is, as described,
additionally stored in the housing of the device, whereby the operational safety is significantly increased.
The drive motor is an internal combustion engine of normal construction with the crankshaft or output shaft 15, which is also conical. It is interchangeable, e.g. B. by means of screws, attached to the device housing 7. The output shaft has an external thread at its end.
This external thread and the internal thread 12 of the pinion 11 are opposite to the direction of rotation of the motor, so that the pinion 11 is screwed tightly onto the payoff shaft 15.
The internal combustion engine has in a known manner the motor housing 16, the fuel tank 17, the carburetor 18 and the control unit 1.9 for the carburetor.
At the operating level of the device, the guide handle 20 is resiliently attached to the housing of the device. The throttle lever 21 is located on your guide handle. In addition, an extension handle 22, expediently exchangeable, foldable or adjustable, is arranged on the guide handle 20. The extension handle 22 is with. a handle 21 'is provided. This handle 21. ' can be designed as a second throttle.
Each of the two throttle levers 21 and 21 'can act on the control unit 1.9.
The device according to FIG. 1 can be started by means of a hand crank 23 which can be opened from the outside through the housing 7 onto the shaft 24 of the gearwheel 10. Dureli turning the hand crank 23, the gear 10 is set in Umd.rehuii-.
The pinion 1.1 is: riding driven. The I: transmission ratio is chosen so that the number of revolutions required to start the internal combustion engine is guaranteed. This arrangement makes it possible to start the internal combustion engine without the use and interconnection of additional gears, clutches, etc.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 shows a corresponding design of the device like the embodiment according to FIG. 1. Only here a starter motor 25 with a battery is provided for starting the device. The starter motor works. Via the gears 26 and 27 to the gear 10.
In all cases, the carburettor, the air filter or other parts of the combustion, i-aftniasehine, such as e.g. B. the final whistle, be covered by protective coverings 28 to the outside, so that burns of the operating people, contamination of the carburetor or damage to the engine parts are impossible.
While in FIGS. 1 and 3 the protective covering only covers the carburettor, the protective covering 28 is made larger near the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 6 so that it almost encloses the combustion power.
Fig. 5 shows, as mentioned, the device according to Fig. 1 from the rear side, i. H. from the exhaust side. An exhaust line 30 is attached to the exhaust pipe 9, which protrudes into the area of the fan 31 which is present for cooling the combustion engine,
so that the exhaust gases are captured and divided by the blower drip. will. To the. For the purpose of good sealing of the parts sliding in the housing 7, in particular the working ram 2, a bellows 32 is provided at the lower end of the handle 7.
The one from your folds \; enclosed space 33 (see FIG. 7) is continuously reduced by the movement of the tool. and enlarged. The resulting air movement can be guided through a pipe 34 into the area of the opening 29 of the combustion unit,
so that a division of the combustion gases can also be achieved in this way.
As can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 8, the device can also be equipped with an E: lektroleuehte 3.5, which is used to illuminate the workplace, the zii processing material or the device. In fulfilling this task, the electric lamp 35 can be swiveled and adjusted as required and can be attached to the device in a corresponding manner.
The necessary current for the electric lights can either from the battery 2-5 (see Fig. 3) or from the ignition light; iullao, e of the internal combustion air machine 16 (Fig. 8).
The leading hand; riff 20 is. preferably U-shaped, as Fig.9 shows. The two ends of the guide riff are mounted on the housing 7 of the device, e.last.isch.
Vibrating rivet buffers 36 can be used for this purpose, as shown in detail in FIG. The Schwing- rivetall:
buffers are switched between the ends of the guide handle 20 and the housing 7 of the implement. An extension handle 22, which can easily be folded out, can also be attached to the filling handle 20 according to FIG. be browned.
This makes it easier for the operator to guide the device and make it more vibration-free.
The dreliga handle 21 can then be arranged on this extension handle 2 and enables easy and selective adjustment of the stanchion speed. The tool 1 is, as already mentioned, arranged interchangeably at the lower end of the working ram 2. Zn this. For this purpose, the tool 1 carries a conical sleeve 37 and a Festkleinmvorriehtung 38.
The bellows 32 surrounds this fastening point and also the passage point of the plunger 2 through the housing 7. This passage point is also sealed by sealing rings or
Cuffs 39 (see Fig. 13). So that the tool 1 is safely guided and secured against rotation, guide rods 40 can also be provided, which lead through the housing 7 and. the passages of which are preferably outside the cylindrical part of the housing 7, so that impurities cannot enter the interior of the housing 7.
While in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 the internal combustion engine 16 is arranged on the working device in such a way that the cylinder of the internal combustion engine is located above its crankshaft 15, in the embodiment according to FIG. 8 the arrangement is made that the cylinder of the internal combustion engine is below its Kumbel- shaft.
It is. then a lower construction of the entire device is given, and also the center of gravity of the device is favorably shifted downwards, so that particularly easy handling is achieved: the device. becomes.
