Device for the directed introduction of a gaseous medium into a space The invention relates to a device for the directed introduction of a gaseous medium into a room, with passage openings arranged in a partition between this space and the supply area of the medium the mediiun. The invention is characterized by
that the upper surface of the partition wall facing the first-mentioned space has a plurality of surface parts juxtaposed individually into the raiun, and that the through-openings are arranged in these surface parts.
Means are advantageous before, with. whose help the relative position of the Durchtrit.tsöffnungen to the apex of the projecting surface parts changed who can. With. The dividing wall provided with the passage openings can expediently have an undulating profile; however, it can also have a profile formed from adjacent arched sections.
The individual surface sections protruding into the space can advantageously have parallel jacket lines and the rotary tread openings can be designed as slots running transversely to the 3-sided lines.
More precisely, the surface parts can also be formed by the outer surfaces of a plurality of straight tubes lying next to one another, which are at least partially cut open along two surface lines on the side facing the other. In this case, two tubes can expediently touch each other along a jacket line.
Advantageously, the partition wall can be designed to be flexible and wrapped around firmly arranged molded bodies that winch over the wave shape, the partition wall being designed to be displaceable transversely to the profile direction. In the case of a partition wall formed by the walls of a plurality of tubes lying next to one another, means can expediently be provided by means of which the tubes can be rotated about their axis.
Finally, the diirectivity openings for the medium can extend transversely over the larger part of the individual surface parts of the dividing wall protruding into the raiun, with sliding cover members associated with the individual passage openings resting on the surface of the dividing wall facing the feeder.
which have an opening placed in relation to the associated passage opening of the partition wall in such a way that when a cover element is displaced, the overlapping part of both openings migrates from one side to the other side of the projecting surface part in question.
The invention and other advantageous features are explained in more detail below with reference to the Ausführungsbei games shown in the drawing. 1 shows an isometric view of a device according to the invention directed introduction of a gaseous medium into a room, FIGS. 2 and 3 the profile of differently designed partition walls,
Fig. 4 is a section through a differently designed device in which the partition is formed by parts of the wall of rotatable about its axis, adjacent tubes, Fig. 5 is a single tube of the ge in Fig. -1 recorded device, Fig. 6 a differently designed provision,
in which a flexible dividing wall is wrapped around the corrugated shaped body and can be shifted transversely to the profile direction, and: FIGS. 7 and 8 a differently designed device with a corrugated dividing wall and means for changing the relative position of the passage openings to the apex of a corrugated lobe .
The same parts are provided with the same reference numbers in the figures.
In the device according to FIG. 1, the gaseous medium supplied through the interior of the feed channel 1 is introduced into the space 2 in a directed flow. The room 2 is. separated from the feed channel 1 by the ceiling 3. In the ceiling 3 there is a recess 4, which is spanned by the partition wall 5 provided with passage openings for the gaseous medium.
The partition wall 5 has a corrugated sheet-metal profile in such a way that its surface facing the roughness has a plurality of surface parts arranged side by side and protruding individually into the space. The passage openings 6 for the gaseous medium are arranged in the projecting surface parts formed by the wave bosses. The through openings have the form of Schlit zen, which look transversely to the profile direction he stretch.
Fig. 2 shows in section the profile of a differently designed partition. Here, the profile of the projecting surface parts is formed by strung together curved pieces 7; the protruding bosses have the individual through openings 6. FIG. 2 simultaneously illustrates the possibility of providing the passage openings 6 in different positions relative to the seheitel of the surface parts projecting into the space.
Thus, in the surface parts 7a and 7b of ordered through openings further away from the apex than those of the surface parts%, and 7, .. Figure 3 shows a different profile shape of the partition wall 5; here the profile consists of straight lines.
In the device according to FIG. 4, the protruding surface parts of the partition wall are formed by parts of the outer surfaces of a plurality of juxtaposed straight tubes 9, which are partially cut out along two surface lines 10 and 11 on the side facing the feed channel 8.
Every two adjacent pipes touch one another along a surface line, so that on the side facing the room the partition wall has a coherent surface. The tubes 9 are rotatably mounted in a box 12 about their axis. On the side facing the feed channel, a lever 13 is attached to each individual tube; the ends of these levers are articulated to the rail 14 verbun the.
The rail 14, in turn, is connected to a rod 15 which is guided through the wall of the Zuführkana.ls 8 to the outside. A sealing cuff 16 ensures an airtight seal. The rail 15 can be moved belie big in the direction of the arrow, for example, when shifting to the right, the rail 14 assumes the position indicated by dashed lines.
An adjustment of the rail 14 causes a rotation of all tubes and thus a change in the relative position of the Duirehrittsöffnimgen 6 to the apex of the protruding surface parts formed by the tube outer surfaces.
The described device enables. in a simple way, the circumferential position of the passage openings 6 and thus. to change the flow angle of the mediiun into the raiun. Fig. 5 shows. a single tube 9, together with lever 13 and passage openings 6 of the device shown in Fig..l.
In the example of the guide shown in FIG. 6, the partition 5 is designed to be flexible and is enclosed around fixedly arranged shaped bodies 17 and 18 which enforce the wave shape. The molded bodies 17 consist of straight rods with a circular cross-section, while the molded bodies 18 are designed as sections of circular disks and are arranged on rods 19 at a distance from one another. are.
The passage openings 6 are in turn formed by eyesight, which extend transversely to the profile direction and are arranged in the space facing wave humps of the partition wall 5. In the Ab- wiekhmg owns. the partition has a right eekige shape. Both broad sides of the partition wall are looped around rollers 20 and attached to their surface. One of the rollers has been omitted for the sake of simplicity.
The whole thing can be installed in a box (not shown), arranged for example in the ceiling of a room, in such a way that the rods 19 and the bars 17 are held firmly and the rollers 20 are rotatably mounted with the aid of their shaft journals. The partition wall 5 can expediently consist of thin sheet metal or a web of fabric which has been made gas-impermeable with the aid of a suitable treatment.
The device described enables the relative position of the slots 6 to the apex of the protruding wave humps to be easily changed by rotating the rollers 20, the dividing wall and the slots arranged on it, depending on the inflow angle of the medium to be introduced into the room can be moved transversely to the profile direction. The slots 6 are distributed in the partition wall in such a way that they are located between the individual shaped bodies 18.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 there is. the partition wall 5 made of sheet metal with a wave-shaped profile. The passage openings 6 are in turn formed in the form of a slot and extend transversely to the profile direction over the greater part of the surface parts projecting into the space 2 and formed by a respective Wel lenbuckel.
A cover plate 21 rests on the surface of the partition wall 5 facing the feed channel 1 and has the same profile as the partition wall 5. Fig. 8 shows the partition 5 and the cover plate 21 in the developed view in the direction of the flowing medium. The cover sheet 21 has openings 22 which partially cover the slot-shaped passage openings 6.
From the cover plate 21 can be moved in the direction of the double arrow 23 relative to the fixed partition wall 5. The openings 22 in the cover plate have a parallelogram-shaped shape and are positioned in relation to the slot-shaped openings 6 of the partition 5 that when the cover plate is moved, the overlapping part of the two openings migrates from one side of the shaft to the other side.
In this way, the relative position of the exposed part of the passage openings to the apex of the projecting surface parts formed by the wave humps can be changed in a simple manner and thus also the inflow direction of the medium to be introduced into the Ratun 2.
The exemplary embodiments described above and illustrated by the drawings have the following advantages in common:
In the case of previously usual blade grids zuin Erzwin conditions a directed inlet flow of a gaseous medium into a space, a throttle organ in the form of a second blade grille or a perforated plate is required - seen in the flow direction of the medium in front of the blade grille. Without such throttle organs, germs can be evenly distributed in the medium to that formed by the individual blades
Stomata can be achieved. This throttle element destroys a considerable part of the pressure or movement energy of the inflowing gaseous medium, whereby the flow-directing property of the blade grille is considerably impaired.
For example, it is not possible to use such a device to introduce a gaseous medium into the latter at a very shallow angle to the surface surrounding the Schaufalgitter - for example the ceiling of a room.
The inventive design of the wall separating the space from the supply space for the medium and the inventive arrangement of the passage openings on protruding parts of the upper surface of this partition offers considerable advantages over the known devices. In this way, a uniform distribution of the amount of the medium to be introduced into the space can be achieved over the individual passage openings without the need for a throttle organ.
Furthermore, the medium can be introduced into the room at a very shallow angle to the partition wall, if this is ensured. that the directional effect of the arrangement of the passage openings on individual surface parts protruding into the room, side by side, is supported by the fact that the passage openings on a single,
In the space protruding surface part from flowing medium reaches the area of the neighboring projecting surface part, so that the effect known as the Coanda effect occurs.
This effect is based on the phenomenon that a curved surface that is approached by a directed gas flow causes the gas flow to curve in the sense of the curvature of this surface.
At the same time, the invention enables the direction of entry of the medium to be introduced into the space to be changed in a simple manner without the need for special additional blade grids. For example, it is only sufficient to change the position of the passage openings relative to the apex of the protruding surface parts.
An inflow device of very low overall height can be achieved both for an embodiment without and for an embodiment with a variable inflow direction of the gaseous medium.
Another advantage of the invention is that it can be ensured that the medium located in the room, under the action of the medium flowing into the room, enters the indentations located between the individual, side by side and protruding surface parts gen is sucked in and directed back into the room while mixing with the introduced 3ledium.
In this way, for example, a welcome air circulation can be achieved when ventilating a room.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. So other, not described profile shapes could be selected for the partition wall. Furthermore, it would also be possible to arrange the whole A direction on a rotatably arranged ring plate, which is attached, for example, in the ceiling of a room to be ventilated ..
By turning the ring plate and changing the relative position of the passage openings to the apex of the protruding surface parts, any roughness angle for the direction of entry of the medium into the room can be set in such an arrangement. will.
