Vorrichtung zum F¯rdern von feinkornigem Material
Diese Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrich- tung zum F¯rdern von feinkörnigem Material wie Mehl, Kohlenstaub, Zement, Roggen, Weizen, AufschlÏmmungen und Beton. Solche.
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch das konische GehÏuse,
Device for conveying fine-grained material
This invention relates to a device for conveying fine-grained material such as flour, coal dust, cement, rye, wheat, slurries and concrete. Such.
As is known, arrangements have a container for placing the material under pressure by means of a fluid such as compressed air or steam and a line for conveying the material suspended in the fluid in order to transport it, for example, to a stacking location or place of use.
When using such a device, there was a shortcoming that the material could be transported a distance of not more than about 46 m away from the container by the pressure applied to the container.
With. The aim of the device according to the invention is to enlarge the conveying distance of the dispensed material.
The device is characterized in that a conical housing with a ring of nozzles arranged at its larger end with a gap is inserted into the line, which are connected to a pressurized fluid source in order to generate an annular fluid jet under pressure on the in the said line to direct existing flow of material suspended in fluid, wherein an annular plate is provided for connecting the larger end of the housing with the supplying line part, which has an annular groove on the flat side facing this line part, and one Number of drill holes are connected to the annular groove and open to the other side of the plate,
in order to bring the groove into connection with the nozzles carried by the plate, while an annular flange attached to the line part is rigidly baked on the side of the plate having the groove to close off this groove and is provided with an opening for connection to the groove which opening is connected to the pressure source by a connecting part.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown; it shows :
1 shows a section through the bottom part of the container, the outlet opening of which is connected to the line,
Fig. 2 is a partial view of the conical Ge housing in the line with a handle attached to the housing,
3 shows a section through the conical housing,
Fig. 4 is a partial view looking towards the larger end of the conical housing and
5 shows an elevation of the container connected to a storage bunker, the conical housing built into the connecting line also being shown.
It has been found in practice that the pressure delivered by the extension 19 to the container 6 could only require the ejected material a maximum distance of 46 m away from the container.
In order to be able to increase the distance of the storage bunker 25, according to which the material is to be supplied from the container 6, without using other drive means than those created by the pressure which is supplied by the line 14 to this container, is between the lines 10 and 26, a conical housing 27 inserted with a diameter at its smaller end which corresponds to that of the lines 10 and 26 at approximate.
The larger end of this conical housing is provided with a ring of nozzles 28, which are arranged at equal distances from one another in an annular plate 29 which is attached by welding at 30 to the larger end of the housing 27 and one to the durometer of the smaller housing end has corresponding opening 31 (see Fig. 3).
The nozzles 28 are fastened in holes 32 of the plate 29 by welds 33, the nozzles converging towards the axis of the housing 27 so that pressure jets from these nozzles flow out in paths which converge at a point beyond the smaller end of the housing 27, which is approximately in the middle of the material in the lines 10, 26 in suspension. The nozzles 28 are in communication with an annular groove 34 of the plate 29 through the holes 32.
The pressure fluid is supplied to the nozzles 28 and the groove 34 from the line 14 through a hose 35 which, according to FIG. 1, is connected at one end to the pipe 15 by a coupling which has a shut-off valve 36 and a ratchet valve 37 .
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the opposite end of the Sehlauehes 35 is connected by means of a coupling 38 to a nipple 39 which is attached by welding at 40 to an annular flange 41 with an opening 42, which opening is connected to the pipe socket 39 as well as aneth of groove 34 in
Referring to FIG. 5, the container 6 has a filling opening 7 and a filling funnel bottom 8. According to FIG. 1, a shell-shaped part 9 is attached to the bottom 8 with an outlet line 10 which, after an opening 11, extends into an extension 12 of the side wall of the container extends.
The extension 12 supports the container 6 on a base 13 so that the container can be attached to a vehicle or also rest on a solid foundation.
A pressurized medium is supplied to the top and bottom of the container 6 from a source of supply to set the material in motion and expel it through the conduit 10. The pressure is transmitted through a line 14 (Fig. 1) which is in communication with a pipe 15 which extends through the opening 11 and is connected to a pipe 16 which is attached to the base 13 at 17.
The tube 16 has a valve 18 and an extension 19 which is connected to a line 20 which extends through the extension 12 and up along the side wall of the container to an inlet 21 (FIG. 5) for pressure on the material 1 in the container and to press the latter against the container bottom 8 and the line 10 The extension 19 is also connected to nozzles 22 arranged in the bottom 8 in order to ventilate and rinse away the AIaterials l from the bottom 8 to introduce fluid under pressure .
Furthermore, the extension 19 is connected to nozzles 23 arranged in the part 9 in order to introduce fluid into the shell part 9 under pressure and to circulate the material. The material located in the part 9 is pressed into the line 10 by the pressure of a nozzle 24 which in turn receives pressure fluid from the extension 19 (FIG. 1).
The line 10 is connected to a place of use or a stacking location, which is shown in FIG. 5 as a storage bunker 25 which is connected to the line 10 by the delivery line 26.
Connection. The ring flange 41 is attached to the tube 44 by a weld seam 43, which at the other end has an annular plate 45 firmly connected by a weld seam 46. The flange 41 is fastened to the plate 29 by bolts 59 so that the opening 42 comes into alignment with part of the groove 34, while the remaining part of the groove 34 is closed off by the flange 41. The bolts 59 are screwed into thread holes 60 of the plate 29.
The larger end of the conical housing 7 is connected to the pipe 10 by the pipe 44, the annular plate 45 fixed on this pipe being fastened to an annular plate 47 which is screwed onto the threaded pipe 10 (Fig. 3). Bolts 48 are fastened in mutually aligned openings in the plates 45 and 47, with the opening edges of the plate 45 being reinforced by washers 49 welded on.
I) the smaller end of the housing 27 is connected to the line 26 by a ring 50 which is attached to the part 51 by a welded connection 52. The ring 50 has bores that are reinforced at 53. Furthermore, this ring is connected to an annular plate 54 in that bolts 56 engage in corresponding bores in the plates 50 and 54 and rigidly connect the two plates to one another. The plate 54 is screwed onto the threaded coupling piece 55, which at its other end is slidably gripped by the conduit 26, which usually consists of flexible material (see FIGS. 1 and 3).
To facilitate the attachment and removal of the conical housing 27 from the line 10, the housing according to FIG. 2 is provided with a handle 57 which is attached to an arm 58 fastened to the plate 50.
During operation of the device, for the purpose of dispensing material from the container, the valves 18 and 36 are opened, as a result of which a series of converging pressure jets from the nozzles 28 gradually mix with the flow of the material suspended in the liquid, so that the The conveying path of the material is considerably extended.
