Copier for photographic purposes Known copiers for photographic purposes, especially larger formats, with air pressure on the image carrier on the light-sensitive layer, are only suitable for the production of direct copies or direct copies due to the uncontrollable light expansion caused by the thickness of the glass plate used here. me for using direct contact grid.
This limited field of application is significantly expanded by the subject matter of the present invention, namely in such a way that it allows the previously not possible, direct RasterLing under an enlarger (, enlargement device) and beyond (1 ie Opportunity offers, direct screened color, -iu,
Produce draw positives in any desired magnification using a black-and-white contact grid.
All of this is brought about by the fact that the copier according to the invention has a solid base plate with at least one connection for the suction of the air from its upper side, over which a flexible, thin-lipped deek sheet is arranged with the copier material in between Funds are provided, Liiii copy material,
Sprout the cover sheet and the base plate together by sucking off the air.
If the solid part (base plate) is opaque to light and the flexible part (e.g. a (, blank film) is lightly permeable - so the copier can therefore be exposed to light in an open position and exposed without changing position during the incidence of light #M) Corresponding device of known types is charged in the opposite position and must be reversed before exposure.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows the copier. in elevation, FIG. 2 in plan view and FIG. 3 in cross section after the center line. Fig. 4 shows an elevation of the copier shown under an enlarger to show the special use, vendungsabuch the immediate production of rasterized, enlarged copies, wherein the flexible, borrowed part is simultaneously designed as a contact grid.
In all of the figures, 1 denotes the (-l 'round plate of the copier, 2 is an engraved network of grooves, which by means of the channel 3 and the hose sleeve 4 and the hose < B> 5 is connected to the vacuum device (pump or ejector) not shown. 6 are support plates, preferably made of rubber, 7 is the flexible blank film foil that is used in Ver application example in Fig. 4 is designed as a contact grid,
8 is a clamping bar for the blank film 7 with the fixing screws 9. In FIG. 4, 10 also designates the Base plate of a magnification device with the magnification camera 12, which can be moved on the column 11 , the light source 13, the negative 14 to be enlarged, the Ob - </ B> jective 15; 16 is a copy sheet with the viewing side up.
The network of grooves 2 is located recessed in the base plate 1. The negative pressure generated is thus effective under the copying material, but must be closed at the top. This is brought about by the flexible bare film, so that the copy material is then located between the base plate and the blank film (cover) foil, i.e. in the space in which the network of grooves that extends over the entire work surface of the base plate provides the necessary space - terdriiek is produced.
The film is only attached to the side of the bar 8 and lies freely on the other three edges. By placing the film on the smooth edge of the base plate on all sides, sufficient sealing of the vacuum is ensured. The film is frameless and does not need to be sealed, which makes working with the copier much easier.
The network of grooves2 is recessed in the base plate 1.
The mode of action is as follows: Depending on whether it is direct or enlarged, not rasterized. or raster copied, t%, earth either negative and copy sheet or negative, copy sheet and contact grid or contact grid and copy sheet alone, the latter always facing upwards between the blank film 7 and the base plate 1 </ B> a and then the not drawn, with means of hose 5,
Hose nozzle 4 and duct 3 operated vacuum device (pump or ejector) attached to the engraved network of grooves 2. The inserted photographic material is pressed against the base plate 1 by the external air pressure or the negative pressure created in the IN-utennetz and the intimate contact necessary for good copies is brought about.
If the copier is to be used for the production of enlarged copies, it is placed on the base plate 10 of the enlargement camera 12, which can be moved on the column 11 , in which the negative 1.4 was inserted while the copy sheet 16 is looking upwards under the blank film 7 , which in the case of rasterized copies can be designed as a contact raster sheet, and after Loosen the fixing screws 9 and remove the clamping bar 8 against the one used for non-screened copies,
empty blank film 7 is replaced. The evacuation and suppression then takes place in the same way as described above.
