Description
Befestigungsrahmen Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf einen Befestigungsrahmen, der auf mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten mit. Vorsprüngen zur Aufnahme von Befesti- ; gungsmitteln des Baliteils versehen ist. Diese Rahmen eignen sich insbesondere zur Befesti gung von: Ventilatorgittern und dergleichen.
Der erfindungsgemässe Befestigungsrahmen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vor= i spränge weeliselweise auf entgegengesetzten Seiten einer in der Dritte zwischen und par- aliel, zu den Stirnflächen des Rahmens ge legenen Sinunet-rieebene angeordnet und der art ausgeführt sind, dass längs,
der Mitte der betreffenden Innenseiten des Rahmens zwi- hrhen den Vorsprüngen ein nutenfäiiniger freier Spalt gebildet wird, und dass die Vor sprünge sich in Richtung mi den Stirnflächen des Rahmens stetig verjüngen.
i In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus- fülirungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Be- feH-tig;ung _#srahmens dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig.1. einen Grnindriss und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig.1.
In Fig.I bezeichnen 1, 2, 3 und 4 die vier Seiten eines quadratischen Rahmens. Alle vier Seiten l-4 sind mit, Stegen 5 versehen, die svmmetriseh in bezug auf eine mittlere, zur Zeichnungsebene senkrecht stehenden Ebene angeordnet sind.
Des weiteren, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, sindi d ie Stege 5 weeliselweise nach oben und nach unten geriehtet, so d'a.ss sie einen putenförmigen Raum 6 bestimmen. Es würde aber auch genügen, dass z. B. nur die Seiten 1, 3 oder 2, 4 mit. Stegen 5 versehen wären. Die Stege 5 verjüngen sieh nach aussen, so dass sie ihre grösste Dicke längs des Raumes 6 aufweisen.
Die Ecken 7 .des Rahmens 1-4 sind nach innen gerichtet, und zwar um mehr; als dieDicke der Stege 5 (Fig.1). Aussenseitig sind Lappen 8 mit Bohmmgen 9 vorgesehen, die zur Be festigung des Rahmens selbst, dienen. Diese Ecken. 7 können als Führungen beim Ein:iüh- ren des zu befestigendlen Gegenstandes, z. B.
eines Ventilatorgittens,dienen. Der verblei bende Freiraum kann zur Unterbringlmg von an sich bekannten elastischen Mitteln ziun Ein- und Aussehieben des Gitters dienen.
Dank der einfachen Gestaltung des Be- festigungsrahmens ist es möglich, bei Herstel- lung desselben nur einen obern und einen un tern Kernkasten zu, verwenden.

In Fig.I 1, 2, 3 and 4 denote the four sides of a square frame. All four sides 1-4 are provided with webs 5, which are arranged svmmetriseh in relation to a middle plane perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
Furthermore, as can be seen from FIG. 2, the webs 5 are directed upwards and downwards in alternation so that they define a turkey-shaped space 6. But it would also suffice that z. B. only pages 1, 3 or 2, 4 with. Web 5 would be provided. The webs 5 taper towards the outside so that they have their greatest thickness along the space 6.
The corners 7 .of the frame 1-4 are directed inwards, namely by more; than the thickness of the webs 5 (Fig. 1). On the outside, tabs 8 with Bohmmgen 9 are provided, which are used to fasten the frame itself. These corners. 7 can be used as guides when inserting the object to be fastened, e.g. B.
a fan grille. The remaining free space can be used to accommodate elastic means known per se for pushing the grille in and out.
Thanks to the simple design of the fastening frame, it is possible to use only one upper and one lower core box when producing it.
