Normalerweise be sitzt ein Dreiphasengenerator sechs Diirch- führungen.
An.
DynamoeIectric machine very high performance with cooled feedthroughs The present invention relates to, el, eld, rise, h, p, Genexatormasehinen very high LeMung with a closed Geehäum and a cooling gas filling, such as hydrogen, but without being limited to it .
With the increase in the output of electrical high-performance generators, there has also been an increase in the dimensions for the current-carrying, insulated bushings for the machine connections through the housing. So far, it has been customary in practice to consider the nürmale convection cooling, Ling the implementation on the part of the surrounding Me medium to be sufficient to derive the heat generated by the high currents in the implementation conditions.
However, this has resulted in such large dimensions of such guides that further enlargement would be useless. The present invention aims to strengthen the gas cooling of the bushings in high-performance generators of the type mentioned above.
The improved gas-cooled ducts can be constructed from the usual and easily available mechanical parts, so that only a few parts are specially manufactured here.
The invention is described in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Here: FIG. 1 shows a side view of a large generator, partially in longitudinal section, with the arrangement of the feedthroughs in the housing, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section of a feedthrough itself, FIG 3 shows the gas inlet of the bushing according to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a cross section along the plane 4-4 in FIG.
Generally speaking, the implementation is characterized by cooling channels along their entire extension and the inner conductor of the same, as well as by suitable passage openings and connections with selected parts of the flow path for the cooling gas in the generator, the pressure difference of which corresponds to a corresponding cooling gas flow through the DuTchführ-LLug Consequence.
Fig. 1 shows the installation of the bushings in a super-high power generator of the order of magnitude of about 200 MW, the otherwise closed housing of which is designated with <B> 1 </B>. The generator rotor 2 has aWeZen- st-Lunpf 2a with a coupling with a drive unit, such as a steam turbine (not shown).
The Bleehp, aket of the stator <B> 3 </B> is fastened to the carrier la of the generator frame be. A KfiM fan is attached to the right-hand end of the rotor, shown here thematically as a single-stage axial compressor 4 a2n. As is usual in this <B> - </B> field of technology, the generator frame is provided with guide plates,
which lead the cooling gas flow from the valve door 4 through radial ducts in the stator <B> 3 </B> to the air gap between your stator <B> 3 </B> and your rotor 2 and from there to a water-cooled heat exchanger <B> 5. The flow path for the cooling gas is indicated by the arrows in FIG. 1.
The details of this need not be explained in more detail here, it is only to be pointed out that to maintain the cooling gas flow through the cooling channels, a pressure difference of about 200 mm water column between the chambers <B> 6 </B> and < B> 7 </B> results, caused by the pressure drop as a result of the flow resistance for the cooling gas between these two points of the flow path.
It should be noted that this pressure usually applies to transmission with air as the cooling gas. If a gas of lower density is used, for example hydrogen <B> <I> ', </I> </B>, the pressure is lower in proportion to the density ratio.
The high-voltage impulse feedthroughs to which the invention relates are identified in FIG. 1 with <B> 8 </B> and <B> 9 </B>. In public. Several bushings can be arranged in pairs around the circumference of the housing, the number of which depends on the electrical circuit used.
A three-phase generator normally has six diaphragms. Since the high-voltage bushings are generally of the same type, only the details of those marked with <B> 8 </B> are described below.
It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the leadthroughs <B> 8 </B> and <B> 9 </B> are in a box-like attachment <B> 10 </B> of the outer wall of the generator housing 1. are installed. The generator housing <B> 1 </B> has an opening <B> 11 at this point through which the cooling gas flow from the chamber <B> 6 </B> into the attachment <B> 10 </B> has reached its open side 12.
The box-like attachment <B> 10 </B> has an axially running extension 10a, which forms part of the flow path to the opening <B> 10 </B>, through which: the cooling gas of the annular chamber <B> 13 </B> zi - tgel, eit, et will. This arrangement gives a flow of cooling gas. from the fan 4 lengthways, the outer sides of the passage <B> 8 </B> and <B> 9. </B>
Furthermore, FIG. 1 shows a conductor 14 with an end piece 15 through which the feedthroughs 8 with the winding lengths rods 15a of the stator weight is connected.
The conductor 14 is attached to the adjacent wall of this generator housing by means of a suitable insulating support <B> 16 </B>. Details thereof are irrelevant and any common isolator can be used here.
It is true that the bushings <B> 8 </B> and <B> 9 </B> with mounting flanges 8 or 9a and are attached to the cover plate 10c by suitable screws 8b. The inner parts of the major guides are rough through openings in the cover plate <B> 10e </B> into the box, 1-term extension <B> 10 </B>, in a mutual position as shown in Fig. <B> 1 </B> shows.
The details of the implementation <B> 8 </B> are shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.
From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the electrical conductor is made of a tube made of current-conducting material, usually made of copper. The conductor designated 14 in FIG. 1 consists of an inner copper tube 14a (FIG. 2),
the outside with a LagO insulating tape or other insulation 14b is provided, the pipe conductor 14a is with a. Link similar short R.ohrstüel #: <B> 16 </B> with one of the usual two-digit pipe connection clamps <B> 17 </B> which are pressed together by means of suitable clamping devices 17a.
Such connections are common in this field of technology 'when connecting busbars and other Starksitronilleitern with each other. The pipe section <B> 16 </B> is for its part connected to another pipe section <B> 18 </B> by means of an angled socket <B> 19 </B>. The pipe section <B> 18 </B> is fastened to a special connection part 20 by means of a further angle bracket 21, which sprays from the bracket <B> 19 </B>.
As will be shown below, serves. the special connection piece 20 simultaneously several different purposes. One of these is to create a conductive connection from the raw piece 18 to the tubular conductor 22-11, which is screwed over the twisted and threaded end of the connecting piece 20, as indicated at 22a. In order to improve the current transfer at this point, 'this connection can be welded.
The tubular conductor 22 leads through the leadthrough and ends on the flexible outside as a threaded connector <B> 23 </B> that fits. for a corresponding threaded coupling is set up for the purpose of connecting the implementation with an external circuit (not shown,).
As is known, for electrical reasons it is important that there is no ma a <. Between the leadthroughs <B> 8 </B> and <B> 9 </B> (Fig. <B> 1) </B> B> i </B> located, et. For this "netizable material" reason, the cover plate 10e consists of aluminum or other non-magnetizable material.
Since during normal operation the voltage of the electrical conductor with respect to earth is of the order of magnitude of 20,000 volts, it is of the greatest importance that the conductor side 14a, 16, 18, 220 and 22 have adequate electrical insulation is provided.
In reality, the Liolation must withstand a voltage of 40,000 volts, which is applied when assembling as Prüizipann-Luig. The insulation of the conductor 14a consists of a layer 14b with a suitable insulating tape, the so-called Mika or glass fiber tape, for example can be.
It can be seen that this wrapping merges into another tape wrapping, labeled 24, which covers the conductors 16, 18, 20 and extends over the upper end of the porcelain anisollator 25 / B> extends.
In order to facilitate the application of this tape and to achieve a smooth outside, the somewhat irregularly shaped connecting clamps 17, 19 and 21 are encased with a plastic insulating material 24a, e.g. an Ashest paint mixture.
The porcelain insulator <B> 25 </B> has the usual design and bears the Radia.111.anseh 20a of the connecting piece 20, with an elastic seal in between, # im "ffl, # ringea 25a.
The lower end of the isolator <B> 25 </B> rests on the horizontal flange 8a of the cylindrical holder <B> 26 </B> with the interposition of a 5, thin sealing ring <B> 25b. </ B > The rings 25a, <B> 25b </B> ensure gas tightness and allow different thermal expansion between <B> d </B> a ceramic look. Isolator <B> 25 </B> and the associated metal parts,
Without the isolator un- w-Cinscht. heavily used.
The cylindrical holder <B> 26 </B> also consists of aluminum, as a non-magnetizable material, and is fastened to the cover plate 10c with screws <B> 8b </B>, with no suitable ring <B> B> 8e </B> is provided.
Against the lower flange 26a of the aging <B> 26 </B>! The second porcelain insulator <B> 27 </B> presses a common construction ax, underneath the intermediate layer of a sealing ring 27a, while on the other end the insulator <B > 27 </B> by holding a pla, ring <B> 28 </B> with a sealing ring <B> 27b </B> in between.
Against the pach ring <B> 28 </B> dTü-ckt over a further compressible sealing ring 30 a second, he flat ring <B> 29. </B> The two are on the side of one over the threaded connector 23- , (les conductor 22 screwed nut <B> 31 </B> pressed on top of each other and against the end of the insulator <B> 27 </B>,
As shown in Fig. 2 ersijssh.t4ä # A The conductor 22 is insulated from the -aluminium holding <B> 26 </B>. a layered insulation labeled <B> 32 </B>.
A paper phenol insulation can be used for this, such as the commercially available material eTextolite or Herkoilite. The insulating tube here extends far enough into the porcelain insulators <B> 25, 27 </B> to avoid an electrical leakage between the conductor 22 and the metallic holder <B> 26 </B>.
From FIG. 1 it can be seen that the upper end of the barren conductor 14 is located within the chamber 6 which is filled with cooling gas at a higher pressure. The cooling gas can flow into the hollow Leitex 14 via an outlet opening, the details of which are shown in FIG.
A cylindrical inlet connection 14e, made of layered phenolic-oil-plastic insulating material, for example a.iis text, o # hte, is provided, which consists of several segments and is held together by a wrapping of insulating tape 14d.
As FIG. 3 shows, the inlet nozzle 14e, together with (311 openings 14e and 14f in the insulation 14b or the conductor 14a), forms several gas inlet channels. Instead of the specified two openings, three or more openings can of course also be provided be seen.
It should be pointed out that (let the gas inlet openings face the flow of cooling gas in chamber 6. This creates a certain amount of congestion, which causes cooling gas to flow into inlet nozzle 14c.
The flow pills in FIG. 2 clearly show how the gas coming via the inlet openings 14f through the hollow conductor 14a via an opening 18b into the conductor section 18 and over an opening <B> 20b </B> flows into the connection piece 20.
In order to ensure a high flow rate of the gas relative to the conductor 22 and to create a suitable outlet channel for the same, a pipe 33 serving only the fillet is arranged coaxially inside the hollow conductor 22 .
From FIG. 2 it can be seen that the upper end of the inner tube 33 fits exactly into an opening of the adapter 20 and protrudes a little over the same.
The pipe 33 inside the connecting piece 22 and in the conductor 20 each forms a cooling channel with their walls. The coaxial arrangement can be seen even more clearly in the cross section according to FIG.
e shows the axially directed tubing 34 formed by the pipe 33 within the connection piece 20 and the connecting sleeve 21 of the pipe section 18 fastened by the clamping screws 21a > to connector 20.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the coolant enters from the pipe section <B> 18 </B> via the opening 20b and flows via the channel 34 into the annular roughness between the pipe <B> 33 </B> and the conductor 22nd
The lower end of the tube <B> 33 </B> forms an axial passage <B> 35 </B> nut, an end closure disk <B> 36, </B> which in any suitable manner in the open end of the threaded socket < B> 23 </B> of the conductor 29, is fastened.
The inside of the pipe <B> 33 </B> forms the outlet for the Klilämittel, At the top end, of the pipe <B> 33 </B> is an flexible eye tube <B> 37 </B> made of artificial (T ' -Lu, umi or gununi-like, insulating material attached by means of a suitable clamp 37a, which connects it to the pipe socket <B> 37e </B>, where it is held with the clamp <B> 37b </B>, like the Fig. 2 shows.
The wrap around, o, 24a with insulating tape extends, as can be seen, over the tube clip 37a, which is encased in plastic insulating material. A comparison with FIG. 1 shows that the coolant hose 37 runs in the axial direction and runs into the chamber 7 leads.
As already mentioned above, there is a pressure in chamber <B> 7 </B> that is about 200 mm lower than that in chamber <B> 6. </B> This pressure difference naturally causes the cooling asstrom, as indicated in Fig. 2 by the flow arrows.
It can be seen from this that the construction described is a mechanically very simple A-line construction, with effective, electrical insulation between the conductors carrying the hoelis voltage and the earthed metal parts, and simple means to ensure an adequate flow of coolant, both along the outer sides of the lead-through arrangement and, in good thermal contact, along the inner surfaces of the current-carrying conductor parts that extend through the lead-through.
Of course, the various openings and flow passages for the cooling gas must be dimensioned appropriately, taking into account the total available pressure difference, volume and vision, windy of the coolant flow along the Alet, smoothing out the required heat dissipation -Lmg adapt,
for the purpose of maintaining a safe operating temperature of the live conductors. The annular cooling ducts 34, 35 can easily be dimensioned so that the required flow velocity in them is sufficient.
It is also important that the cooling gas at the lowest temperature causes the heat exchange at the inner end of the conductor 14a, since this end shows the highest temperature in comparison, since it is directly at the end pieces 15 and, the 1, the weighing bars 15a are adjacent, the cooling of which is somewhat difficult.
In this way, a certain amount of heat is dissipated from h, ier to the above parts of the pipe 14a.
Although only one exemplary embodiment of the implementation has been described, it goes without saying that a large number of variants and mechanically equivalent designs are possible within the scope of the present invention.
The design and arrangement of the connecting shells 17, 19, 21 etc. can be changed, as can the inlet connection 14c for the coolant. The inner tube <B> 33 </B> can be made of metal or suitable insulating plastic. The mechanical fastening means for the insulators <B> 25, 27 </B> can also have other shapes.
