bei der ein Wärmeübertrager als Temperaturregelglied zwischen Zwischenüber- hitzerheizfläehen geschaltet ist, Fig. 3 eine Abwandlung,des Ausführungs beispiels nach Fig.,2,', F'ig. 4 ein Element des W'ämmeübertragers vor dem Einbau in den -Dampferzeuger und Fig. 5- die Konstruktion der Verbindungs stelle des äussern Rohres des Wärmeübertra gers mit;
Der Wärmeübertrager 11 besteht aus einer Anzahl parallel geschalteter Rohre. Es lässt sich einrichten, d'ass die Rohrzahl der ZTber- hitzerheizflächen 10, und 12, die der Zwischen- überhitzerheizfläche 1,6 und die des Wärme übertragers 11 übereinstimmen. Auf diese Weise wird die Zahl der Kollektoren Lund werden somit;
Method for operating a steam power plant The invention relates to a method for operating a steam power plant with a steam generator and at least one heat exchanger switched into the pipe system of the steam power plant, which is coated on both sides of a heat transfer surface by a heat transfer medium, and a steam power plant to carry out this procedure.
In this context, heat exchangers are understood to mean, in particular, steam-heated reheaters, feed water preheaters, blowdown coolers, devices in which both heat can be supplied and heat can be withdrawn from a working medium, and similar arrangements.
So far, heat exchangers have been set up outside the boiler. They took up a lot of space and soot was very well insulated in order to reduce the heat radiation to the outside. Nevertheless, the heat losses were considerable.
Further heat losses and a lowering of the temperature level, which is decisive for heat transfer, occurred when a heat transfer medium was transported over a longer line from the point at which it took over a quantity of heat to the point at which it gave off the quantity of heat again, for example the heating steam in a steam-heated secondary superheater.
All these disadvantages are prevented according to the method according to the invention, namely when the temperature of the first heat carrier in the heat exchanger is influenced at the same time by both the firing of the steam generator and the second heat carrier. This is the case when the heat exchanger through which the two heat carriers flow is arranged in the interior of the steam generator.
This also shows that heating by the furnace is understood quite generally to mean heating by direct radiation as well as by the furnace gases.
The advantages of the method according to the invention are clearly evident in connection with the many possible uses of the same.
On the basis of the drawing, in which a steam power plant according to the invention and details of the same are shown as an example for carrying out the method, the method according to the. He also explained the invention, for example.
They show: FIG. 1 a steam power plant in which a feed water preheater and an intermediate superheater are designed as special heat exchangers, FIG. 2 shows a section of a steam power plant,
in which a heat exchanger is connected as a temperature control element between intermediate superheater heating surfaces, FIG. 3 shows a modification of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, ', F'ig. 4 shows an element of the heat exchanger prior to installation in the steam generator and FIG. 5- shows the construction of the connection point of the outer tube of the heat exchanger with;
a pipe of the adjoining heating surface. According to FIG. 1, the boiler 1 is heated by the furnace 2. The combustion chamber 3 is exposed to both the direct radiation and the combustion gases, while the flue gas draft is influenced solely by the combustion gases.
The working fluid is fed to the steam generator through the inlet collector 5. It flows through the secondary side of the feed water preheater 6 heated by the working medium, through the flue gas heated feed water preheater 7 - the Ecoriomiser and then enters the heating surface 8, in which the working medium is converted from water into steam.
The steam is then fed through line 9 to a first heating surface 10, flows through the heat exchanger 11, which is arranged in the radiant area of the furnace and which, due to its special design, also serves as a second superheater heating surface and, in its interior, as a reheater heating surface.
and visually flows through the third superheater heating surface 12 via the line 13 into the high-pressure part 14 of the turbine system. The steam, which is partially expanded there, passes via line 15 into a flue gas-heated reheater heating surface 1: 6 and then into the inner pipe system of the heat exchanger 11.
The re-heated steam flows through the line 17 into the low-pressure part 18 of the turbine system, which sits with the high-pressure part 1.'4 on a shaft and drives the electrical generator 19, and is discharged via the line 20 after it has been released.
The heat exchanger 11 consists of a number of tubes connected in parallel. It can be arranged that the number of tubes of the superheater heating surfaces 10 and 12, that of the intermediate superheater heating surface 1.6 and that of the heat exchanger 11 match. In this way the number of collectors Lund will be thus;
the pressure losses are also significantly reduced, since each outer pipe of the heat exchanger 11 is connected directly to a pipe of the superheater heating surfaces 10 and 12 and each inner pipe 21 to a pipe of the reheater heating surface 16 . So one can rely on a collector 23 at the inlet of the superheater heating surface 10.
a collector 24 at the outlet of the superheater heating surface 12, a collector 2'5 at the inlet of the reheater heating surface 16 and a collector 2'6 at the outlet from the inner pipes 21 of the heat exchanger 1'1.
If, as shown in Fig. 1, the part of the boiler lying in the radiation shadow is not. is sufficient to accommodate Lun the entire reheater heating surface there, one is forced to arrange part of the reheater heating surface in the combustion chamber, preferably as a wall lining.
Since the working medium does not always flow through reheaters during all operating processes - for example when starting up - they have to be direct. parts of this heating surface exposed to radiation are particularly protected.
This is possible with the help of artful circuits, but in a simple way only with the help of the method according to the invention, in which the partially expanded steam through the inner tubes 21 of the heat exchanger 11 arranged in the jet area of the furnace and the not yet expanded steam through the outer. Pipes 22 - or more precisely, through the annular space between the outer pipes 22 @ and the inner pipes 21 - is passed.
Also the one in the flue gas pass of the steam generator according to Fig. 1 arranged feedwater preheater 6 is designed as a heat exchanger with a number of elements connected in parallel. The feed water is passed through the outer pipe 27, while the inner pipe 28 is flowed through by the heating medium. Wel Ches is supplied to the collector 2.9 and discharged to the collector 30.
The heating medium used is preferably a working medium which is taken from the steam power plant at a higher temperature point, for example bleed steam from the turbine plant or working medium taken from another point in the steam generator. The feed water is therefore heated from the inside. At the same time, heat can also be transferred from the flue gases to the feed water. In this way, the flue gases can be cooled down to the temperature of the feed water without fear of loss of heat.
At least the hot flue gases prevent heat from the feed water being radiated to the outside.
In Fig. 2 part of another Ausfüh approximately example of the inventive steam power plant is shown. Those listed below, but in 'F'ig. 2 parts not shown agree. correspond to those of FIG. 1: the steam is fed through line 9 to the first superheater heating surface 31.
Does it continue to flow through line 3? through the inner pipes 33 of a heat exchanger 34, serving as the second superheater heating surface, in order to then be guided through the line 35 and, after renewed overheating in the third superheater heating surface 36, through the line 13 into the high pressure part of the turbine system.
The partially expanded steam passes through line 15 into a first flue gas heated intermediate superheater heating surface 3 7, further into the outer tubes 38 of the heat exchanger 34 and finally into a second flue gas heated intermediate superheater heating surface 39, from which the steam passes the line 1'7 is fed to the low-pressure part of the turbine system.
The heat exchanger 34 can act here as a steam and flue gas heated reheater part. In this arrangement, the heat exchanger 34 is arranged completely outside the radiation area of the furnace. Furthermore, the high-pressure steam is guided here in the inner tubes 3'3, which can be adapted to the high loads more easily than the outer tubes 38. In this arrangement, the relaxed steam is heated very quickly.
However, the system shown is of particular advantage when the flue gases heat the partially relaxed steam in the outer pipes 38 from the outside, but the high-pressure steam in the inner pipe 33 supplies heat to the partially released steam at low temperature and heat at high temperature pulls.
The heat exchanger 34 thus serves on the one hand as a normal reheating heating surface and on the other hand as a temperature regulator for the reheated steam.
The well-known water injection for tem perature control for the steam at the end of the overheating heating surfaces is divided into two injection points 40 and 41. Through the injection point 40, so much or so little water is injected into the line 32 that the steam in the inner pipe 33 has a lower or higher temperature than the partially expanded steam in the outer pipe 38.
and therefore withdraws or supplies heat from it. The remaining injection at point 41 into line 35 then provides temperature equalization at the end of the overheating surface 36. Finally, a connecting line 42 is provided between lines 32 and 35, which are opened by actuating a throttle element or valve 43 can.
It is mainly used to increase the temperature of the steam in the line 35 when it is cooled too much by means of hot steam from the line 32, which is not cooled by water injection.
The water injection, which is supposed to have a uniform effect on all parallel pipes of the heat exchanger 34 or the other heating surfaces, makes an increase in the number of collectors necessary. This applies to the collectors 44, 4'5, 46 and 4 "7, which are additional compared to FIG. 1, at the beginning and at the end of the lines 32 and 35, respectively.
It should be noted, however, that no collectors are required to connect the intermediate superheater heating surfaces 37 and -3--9 to the outer pipe 38 of the heat exchanger 34.
FIG. 3 shows a modification of the heat exchanger 34 according to FIG. 2. If the heating of the working medium in the individual parallel branches of the heat exchanger 34 or the reheater heating surfaces 37 and 39 is different, the collectors 48 and 48a, 49 and 4'9a can be useful to compensate.
Fig. 4 shows one of the elements 51 of a heat exchanger to be connected in parallel. The inner tube 53 is pushed into the outer tube 52, and both tubes are bent together. This type of production is particularly suitable when there is only one inner tube in the outer one. With larger heating surfaces, it is advantageous to connect several hairpin bows 54 in a row.
Finally, FIG. 5 shows a brushless connection of an outer pipe 52 of the heat exchanger with a pipe 55 of a subsequent heating surface. An angle piece 57 is pushed onto the end face 5'6 of the outer tube 52, which by means of the weld seam 58 with the tube 515, by means of the weld seam 5 @ 9- with the outer tube 52 and by means of the weld seam 60 is connected to the inner tube 5 ^ 3.
Since the relaxed steam representing the first heat transfer medium is heated at the same time both by the furnace and by the fresh steam which is the second heat transfer medium, the double heating means that the relaxed steam is very long and takes a much shorter route and therefore with less pressure drop - er get heated. The heating surface and space savings compared to known dampfbeheiz th reheaters is considerable. A heat emission to the outside is excluded, since every heat transfer takes place inside the steam generator.
While the installation of several inner tubes in an outer tube seems favorable for reasons of heat transfer, pressure and other considerations, in most cases you will limit yourself to one inner tube for structural reasons, especially if each outer tube together with the inner one Tube is bent in a hairpin shape according to FIG.
The heat exchanger can also have a serpentine shape, namely if several hairpin bows are connected one behind the other.
The scope of the process according to the invention is very general. It is not limited to the possible embodiments shown in the figures. For example, a steam generator, such as that shown in FIG. 1, can also be equipped with only one or with more than two heat exchangers. It is also irrelevant whether it is a once-through boiler or a steam generator operated in another way. It's playing. also no Ro1Te whether the steam power plant is operated with supercritical or lower pressure.
The heat exchanger can be arranged in the form of bundles or as a wall lining in the boiler. For larger boilers, it is also used as a bulkhead wall, in which case the shape of the collectors would have to be modified somewhat. Finally, the cross-section of the inner and outer tubes of the heat exchanger can also be easily adapted to the operating conditions. In special cases, substances other than the working medium of the steam power plant can also be used as heat transfer media.
