Der Zusatz der erfindungsgemäss vorge- schlagenen-.Stoffe kann bereits in geringen Mengen erfolgen. Im allgemeinen genügt be reits ein Zusatz m einer Gewichtsmenge von etwa 0,01 bis etwa 0,5 0/00, bezogen auf die Menge des Zementrohschlammes. Als beson- ,ders vorteilhaft hat sich ein Zusatz der ge- nannten Stoffe in einer Gewichtsmenge von 0;

Process for the production of raw cement slurries For the liquefaction of raw cement slurries, these are slurries that produce cement after firing.
Various methods have already been proposed for reducing the moisture content of such sludges while maintaining the same viscosity. It has now been found that it is important, especially for operational reasons, to keep cement raw sludge which has a favorable structural viscosity.
It is also important that the raw cement sludge has a particularly easy flowability and that it also has this during storage, so that it can be stored without sedimentation phenomena and has the lowest possible flow point. However, the liquefaction processes proposed so far do not meet these requirements to an extent that corresponds to the requirements of practice.
The shortcomings of the previous mode of operation are eliminated by the present invention, which applies to a process for the production of water-containing cement raw slurry, which is characterized by the use of salts of at least three-base organic acids.
In this way, compared to well-known products. not only can the water content be reduced while maintaining the same viscosity, but. it who also received the raw cement slurry of a favorable structural viscosity. The sludges obtained according to the invention are sufficiently liquid so that they can be pumped.
Particularly suitable additives are salts of at least tri-basic polyacids obtained by polymerizing acid groups containing monomers, both homopolymers of acid groups containing monomers and copolymers of such acids with other polymerizable monomers be used.
Another class of suitable additives are the salts of at least tribasic aromatic acids which, if necessary, contain an ile- teroatom such as nitrogen in the aromatic ring.
Another, often suitable combination consists in the simultaneous use of at least dibasic oxyacids, such as diglycolic acid or citric acid, and salts of the mentioned at least three-base aromatic acids or salts of the mentioned polyacids obtained by polymerizing acid groups.
Furthermore, of the at least tribasic acids proposed according to the invention, in particular the alkali metal or ammonium salts have proven to be suitable. For example, the alkali or ammonium salts of the following acids are suitable:
Citric acid, at least tribasic polyvinyl sulfonic acid, polyacrylic acid, naphthalene trisulfonic acid, naphthalene tetrasulfonic acid, carbazole tetrasulfonic acid, naphthol trisulfonic acid or other aromatic compounds containing at least three sulfo or carboxyl lips. You can z.
B. as aromatic tables acid also the at least three-base rule condensation products of 1-sulfomethyl2-naphthol-6-s-Ldfoäure with cresol form aldehyde resin, or the at least three-base copolymers with z.
Use eg maleic acid, acrylic acid, crotonic acid or vinyl sulphonic acid as a component as an additive to cement raw slurry.
The substances proposed according to the invention can be added even in small amounts. In general, an additive m an amount by weight of about 0.01 to about 0.5 0/00, based on the amount of raw cement sludge, is sufficient. It has been found to be particularly advantageous to add the substances mentioned in an amount by weight of 0;
1 to 0.3% 0 highlighted. The substances proposed according to the invention can either be used individually or in mixtures with one another. Z.
B. can, the salts of at least tri-basic oxy acids such as citric acid or dibasic oxy acids such as diglycolic acid or 4,4'-dioxy-, diphenylmethane-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid,
together with salts of at least tribasic acids obtained by polymerization of monomers containing acid groups.
In some cases it can prove to be useful, in addition: also ver fluidizing compounds, such. B. salts of inorganic polyacids to be used, such as the alkali metal salts of polyphosphoric acids or polysilicic acids. The alkali salts of tripolyphosphoric acid or tetrapolyphosphoric acid are particularly advantageous, such as.
B. sodium triphosphate or sodium tetraphosphate. The amounts of these added substances are also small. Amounts by weight of about 0.03 to about 0.5 0/00, based on the amount of raw cement sludge, are sufficient. Amounts by weight from 0.1 to 0.3% have proven to be particularly advantageous.
In addition, it can also be advantageous to add organic surfactants, such as. B. water-soluble alkyl naphtha, sulfosaaire salts or their substitution products. Here, the Ge weight amounts can be about 0.02 to about. 0.10 / 00 based on the amount of raw cement sludge.
In particular, the alkali salts come into consideration, such as B. Sodium methylnaphthalene sulfate. If necessary, the following can also be added: an addition of alkali carbonate or alkali lye, e.g. B. in amounts of about 0.01 to about 0.5 0/00, based on the amount of cement slurry, to achieve a suitable pH value, z.
B. one that is between about 6 and about 11. These substances can be added as aqueous solutions.
Depending on the operating conditions, the substances or mixtures of substances proposed according to the invention are added to the sludge at any point in time, e.g. during the slurry of the cement or before grinding or during grinding of the raw rock or after grinding by introducing it into the finished raw sludge or when sludging the individual components of the Zemenarob sludge. Example 1 1000 parts by weight of a raw cement slurry <RTI
ID = "0002.0141"> with 28% water content is mixed with 0.3 parts by weight of sodium citrate. The viscosity corresponds to that with 36% water content without additives.
Example 2 Before grinding or mixing, polyvinylic acid sodium is added to the components of a cement raw material in an amount such that it is added in 1000 parts by weight of the finished product containing 32% water Raw cement sludge contains 0.2 parts by weight of polyvinyl acid sodium.
It is also possible to add the same amount of sodium polyvinyl acid to the mixed cement raw material before slurrying the raw material or part thereof. In all cases a sludge is obtained whose viscosity is just as great as that of a sludge containing no additives with 37% water content.
Example 3 1000 parts by weight of a raw cement slurry with 30% water content are assigned with 0,
3 parts by weight of sodium carbazole tetrasulfonate mixed. The viscosity corresponds to that with 35% water content without additives.
