Appareil de cuisson La présente invention a pour objet un ap pareil de cuisson comprenant un récipient pré sentant une paroi latérale, un fond, et au moins un couvercle, thermiquement isolés, caracté risé par le fait qu'un corps de chauffe électri que amovible est logé dans ce récipient.
L e dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'appareil objet de l'in vention.

L'appareil de cuisson représenté comprend un récipient 1 ayant, en plan, une forme rec tangulaire ; la paroi latérale 2 et le fond 3 présentent, dans l'ordre, une feuille métallique intérieure 4, une garniture en liège 5, une gar niture en bois 6 et une feuille métallique ex térieure 7 ; l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi 2 est partiellement recouverte par la feuille 4 qui est séparée, et par conséquent isolée de la feuille 7 par la garniture en bois 6.
La paroi 2 porte, par l'intermédiaire de charnières 8 et 9, un couvercle intérieur 10 et un couvercle extérieur 11 superposés ; le cou vercle 10 présente, dans l'ordre, une feuille métallique intérieure 12, une garniture en .liège 13, et une garniture en bois 14 ; la feuille mé tallique 12 est façonnée pour constituer le bord latéral du couvercle 10 et porte, le long de celui-ci, une garniture en caoutchouc 15, fig. 3, destinée à prendre appui sur l'extrémité su périeure de la paroi 2 ;
le couvercle 10 est pourvu d'une poignée d'ouverture '16 et id'un bloc 17 destiné à être pressé par le couvercle extérieur 11 ; ce dernier présente une feuille métallique extérieure 18 et une garniture en bois 19 ; la feuille 18 est arrondie pour cons tituer le bord du couvercle 11 et porte une garniture en caoutchouc 20, fig. 3, destinée à presser l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi 2 ;
le couvercle 11 comprend deux poignées de ma- naeuvre latérales 21 et une serrure non repré sentée et est destiné, en position ouverte, à prendre appui sur un support 22 fixé sur la paroi latérale 2.
A l'intérieur du récipient 1 est logé un corps de chauffe amovible 23 relié, par une canalisation 24 contenant des conducteurs et un thermostat, à un coffret 25 destiné à être alimenté par une source :d'énergie électrique ; cette canalisation 24, portant une butée 26, est disposée dans une rainure 27 pratiquée à l'ex trémité supérieure de la paroi 2 et dans une échancrure 28 du couvercle intérieur 10.
Un conduit métallique 29 est monté à l'in- térieur de la paroi 2, en contact avec la feuille 4, et contient un thermomètre qui ne court pas le risque d'être brisé par les produits logés dans le récipient 1, ce dernier présentant un con duit de vidange 30.
L'appareil représenté est utilisé comme suit Un liquide destiné à la cuisson d'aliments- est introduit avec ceux-ci dans le récipient 1 où il est chauffé au moyen du corps de chauffe 23 jusqu'à une température de 950 environ ; puis, le corps 23 étant retiré, la rainure 27 ob turée au moyen d'un bouchon non représenté et les couvercles 10 et 11 fermés, les aliments sont laissés à cuire le temps nécessaire, le corps de .chauffe 23 pouvant être utilisé pour chauf fer le contenu d'un autre récipient.

The cooking apparatus shown comprises a container 1 having, in plan, a rec tangular shape; the side wall 2 and the bottom 3 have, in order, an inner metal foil 4, a cork filling 5, a wooden filling 6 and an outer metal foil 7; the upper end of the wall 2 is partially covered by the sheet 4 which is separated, and therefore isolated from the sheet 7 by the wood trim 6.
The wall 2 carries, by means of hinges 8 and 9, an inner cover 10 and an outer cover 11 superimposed; the cover 10 has, in order, an inner metal foil 12, a cork trim 13, and a wood trim 14; the metal sheet 12 is shaped to constitute the lateral edge of the cover 10 and carries, along the latter, a rubber gasket 15, FIG. 3, intended to rest on the upper end of the wall 2;
the cover 10 is provided with an opening handle '16 and id'un block 17 intended to be pressed by the outer cover 11; the latter has an outer metal foil 18 and a wooden trim 19; the sheet 18 is rounded to constitute the edge of the cover 11 and carries a rubber gasket 20, FIG. 3, intended to press the upper end of the wall 2;
the cover 11 comprises two lateral operating handles 21 and a lock not shown and is intended, in the open position, to rest on a support 22 fixed on the side wall 2.
Inside the container 1 is housed a removable heating body 23 connected, by a pipe 24 containing conductors and a thermostat, to a box 25 intended to be supplied by a source: of electrical energy; this pipe 24, carrying a stop 26, is arranged in a groove 27 made at the upper end of the wall 2 and in a notch 28 of the inner cover 10.
A metal conduit 29 is mounted inside the wall 2, in contact with the sheet 4, and contains a thermometer which does not run the risk of being broken by the products housed in the container 1, the latter having a drain pipe 30.
The apparatus shown is used as follows. A liquid intended for cooking food is introduced with them into the receptacle 1 where it is heated by means of the heating body 23 to a temperature of approximately 950; then, the body 23 being removed, the groove 27 closed by means of a stopper not shown and the lids 10 and 11 closed, the food is left to cook for the necessary time, the heating body 23 being able to be used for heating. iron the contents of another container.
