Zahnbrust 9 leicht abgerundet.
Device for achieving trouble-free tooth engagement between two toothed machine parts that are only temporarily in engagement. The invention relates to a device for achieving trouble-free tooth engagement between two. only occasionally in a handle standing toothed machine parts, one of which is designed as a gear and the other as a toothed segment. The device according to the invention is characterized in that. d @ ass am.
Toothed segment, a meshing spring is attached, the middle part of which is formed into an elastically flexible, under tension standing bracket, which is supported at the top of the hub collar and at the bottom of the toothed ring of the toothed segment and that also the first meshing tooth of the toothed segment is designed so that it is a at the back to the tooth base sloping head surface and a flat tooth face running in the radial direction, which serves as a support for the front end of the single-track spring, which can deflect in the radial direction towards the toothed segment axis,
wherein the tooth face is arranged in front of a radially extending line which passes through a point of the pitch circle which is arranged one pitch away from the point of the pitch circle lying on the center of the second meshing tooth. .
The device according to the invention is primarily used for. a motor starter device consisting in its main parts of a toothed segment and a gearwheel, for example for motorcycles.
The kick starter gearboxes for motorcycles, which have been used almost exclusively up to now, have the defect that when the center of the tooth meets the center of the tooth of both interlocking gears, jamming or even a complete blocking is caused, which in turn causes serious attempts at starting Damage - can arise.
There are to improve the Zahneingrif fes between the tooth segment and the counter gear, several proposals have been made ge and in use. came. It is known, for example, to mount the ring gear of the segment on a segment arm so that it can be extended and to support it against one or two arms or to design the first tooth of the tooth segment as a spring-mounted ball in the ring gear or in the segment arm.
Thereby. In all three of the aforementioned cases, elastic yielding of the first tooth is achieved mainly in the radial direction. However, the aforementioned designs are in part rather complicated and therefore not particularly suitable for series production with large numbers.
In contrast, the invention proposes a resilient device which, despite the simplicity of its components, always offers the guarantee that a safe and practically frictionless interlocking or meshing of both gears is guaranteed in all cases.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows the arrangement and fastening of the proposed track spring on the tooth segment in a side view, FIG. 2 shows the front end of the toothed ring on a larger scale according to FIG ,
Fig. 3, the mesh spring seen stretched in the direction A and Fig. 4 is a partial view in the direction A of FIG. 1 without the mesh spring.
The meshing spring 3 is attached to the hub 1 of the toothed segment 2 by means of a head screw 4. The free front end of this spring practically forms the tooth tip of the first meshing tooth of the Zahnsegmen tes and can give way to the rigid tooth of the mating gear both in the radial and in the circumferential direction.
where the perfect meshing of the toothing of the tooth segment in the toothing of the mating gear is guaranteed in any case, even if tooth meets tooth by chance. The bracket 14 forming the central part of the tracking spring 3 is under tension and is supported on the hub binding 5 at the top and on the ring gear 6 at the bottom.
The first incoming tooth 7 of the tooth segment 2 is designed so that it has a head surface 8 sloping backwards towards the tooth base and a flat tooth face 9 that runs in the radial direction and is slightly in front of the line 15, which serves as a support for the primarily in the radial direction towards the toothed segment axle 10, a resilient end Il serves the meshing spring 3,
which has a rounding 12 at the front. The line 115 runs radially to the tooth segment. 2. It goes through a point 20 of the pitch circle 21 of the segment which is located one pitch away from the point 23 of the pitch circle located in the center of the second meshing tooth 2.2.
In the following, the operation of the proposed device is explained in more detail, and it is the most unfavorable position between tween the toothed segment and the mating gear, that is, if by chance tooth meets tooth, assumed. The tooth 13 of the mating gear presses with its head surface on the end 12 of the meshing spring 3.
Since it is able to be elastic both in the radial direction and in the circumferential direction. To give in, it is practically impossible that a blockage of the two gears can occur, rather the opposing tooth 13 spurs, supported by the beveled head surface 8 and the back pressure force of the meshing spring 3 between the tooth flanks of the toothed segment.
In order to improve the meshing of the two intermeshing teeth, the tip 17 is also the. Tooth face 9 slightly rounded.
