Description

  

  Dispositif de raccordement pour relier deux éléments tubulaires de machines  <B>.</B> pour le traitement et le transport de matières granuleuses    La présente invention se rapporte<B>à</B> un dis  positif de raccordement pour relier deux<B>élé-</B>  ments tubulaires de machines pour<B>le</B> traite  ment et le transport de matières granuleuses.  Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il com  prend une colonne tubulaire rigide et des joints  souples et élastiques pour le raccordement des  extrémités de ladite colonne tubulaire<B>à</B> deux  extrémités desdits éléments tubulaires.  



  Le dessin annexé représente en coupe,<B>à</B>  titre d'exemple, trois formes d'exécution du dis  positif de raccordement pour relier deux<B>élé-</B>  ments tubulaires faisant l'objet de la présente  invention.  



  Dans la     fig.   <B>1,</B> a représente l'élément tubu  laire supérieur, tandis que<B>b</B> est l'élément tubu  laire inférieur, une, colonne tubulaire c rigide  s'étendant entre les deux éléments tubulaires  et étant reliée<B>à</B> chaque élément tubulaire par  un joint souple et élastique.  



  Le joint supérieur<B>d</B> est un anneau en caout  chouc moulé, en forme de<B>U</B> renversé, lequel  est muni en e d'une extrémité élargie formant  une bride, laquelle est forcée     élastiquement     dans une rainure de l'extrémité supérieure élar  gie de la colonne c.

   Une bague élastique fendue       f    appuie contre l'anneau moulé<B>d à</B> la partie  où son extrémité e s'ajuste dans la rainure    prévue<B>à</B> la partie supérieure élargie de la co  lonne tubulaire<B>c.</B> Le joint souple inférieur<B>g</B>  est confectionné en caoutchouc moulé ou en  un autre matériau analogue, étant retenu par  ses bords périphériques entre un anneau h et  la portion supérieure<B>à</B> flasques de     Pélément        tu-          bulaire'b.    Le joint souple<B>g</B> présente une sec  tion en forme     d7équerre,    dont une branche i  de l'angle droit forme tube, ce dernier réali  sant une liaison étanche avec la     çolonne    tubu  laire c,

   tout en permettant<B>à</B> cette dernière  d'être articulée et d'effectuer un mouvement  longitudinal limité par rapport<B>à</B> l'élément     tu-          Maire   <B>b.</B> L'autre branche de l'équerre consti  tue un diaphragme flexible disposé entre<B>l'élé-</B>  ment tubulaire<B>b</B> et la colonne tubulaire c.  



  La     fig.    2 montre un dispositif dont la liai  son entre chaque élément tubulaire et la co  lonne tubulaire c est assurée par un joint en  caoutchouc moulé ou en matière analogue,  présentant une section en H,     Pélément    tubulaire  supérieur a et l'extrémité inférieure de la co  lonne tubulaire c formant une liaison étanche  avec la portion cylindrique périphérique inté  rieure de l'anneau. La surface périphérique  extérieure de l'anneau     j    est cintrée et épouse  une portion courbe correspondante de la por  tion supérieure de l'élément tubulaire<B>b</B> et de      la colonne tubulaire c, le déplacement du joint  <B>j</B> étant ainsi empêché.  



  Dans la construction selon la     fig.   <B>3,,</B> les  éléments tubulaires a et<B>b</B> et la colonne tubu  laire c ne se recouvrent pas l'un l'autre, mais  les joints souples n en caoutchouc moulé ou  en un autre matériau similaire présentent une  longueur axiale considérable. Ils forment des  parties cylindriques en<B>q</B> qui pénètrent dans  l'élément tubulaire inférieur<B>b</B> et dans l'extré  mité supérieure de la colonne tubulaire c,<B>-</B>d'une  part, et     d7autres    parties cylindriques en<B>p</B> qui  entourent la portion inférieure de la colonne  tubulaire c et de l'élément tubulaire supérieur  a, d'autre part.  



  <B>Il</B> est<B>à</B> noter qu'à l'exception de la forme  d'exécution de la     fig.   <B>3,</B> le joint souple et élas  tique n'entre pas en contact avec les     matiùres     traversant les éléments tubulaires et la colonne  tubulaire.

   A split elastic ring f presses against the molded ring <B> d at </B> the part where its end e fits into the groove provided <B> at </B> the enlarged upper part of the tubular column <B> c. </B> The lower flexible seal <B> g </B> is made of molded rubber or other similar material, being retained by its peripheral edges between a ring h and the upper portion <B> to </B> tubular element flanges'b.    while allowing <B> </B> the latter to be articulated and to perform a limited longitudinal movement with respect to <B> to </B> the tile element <B> b. </B> The other branch of the square constitutes a flexible diaphragm disposed between <B> the tubular element <B> b </B> and the tubular column c.



  Fig. 2 shows a device the connection of which between each tubular element and the tubular column c is provided by a seal made of molded rubber or similar material, having an H section, the upper tubular element a and the lower end of the column. tubular c forming a sealed connection with the inner peripheral cylindrical portion of the ring. The outer peripheral surface of the ring j is curved and follows a corresponding curved portion of the upper portion of the tubular element <B> b </B> and of the tubular column c, the displacement of the joint <B> j </B> being thus prevented.



  In the construction according to fig. <B> 3 ,, </B> the tubular elements a and <B> b </B> and the tubular column c do not overlap each other, but the flexible joints n of molded rubber or another similar material exhibits considerable axial length. They form <B> q </B> cylindrical parts which penetrate into the lower tubular element <B> b </B> and into the upper end of the tubular column c, <B> - </ B > on the one hand, and other cylindrical parts in <B> p </B> which surround the lower portion of the tubular column c and of the upper tubular element a, on the other hand.



  <B> It </B> is <B> to </B> to note that with the exception of the embodiment of fig. <B> 3, </B> the flexible and elastic seal does not come into contact with the materials passing through the tubular elements and the tubular column.
