Description

  

  <B>Ventil</B>    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Ventil, bei welchem ein mit. einer     unver-          selliebbaren    Spindel     zusammenwirkender,    ge  wölbter Ventilkörper eine Kappe aus elasti  schem Material trägt und quer in einen bei  diesem Körper im     Quersehnitt    unverminderten       Dnrelrgangskanal    des Ventilgehäuses aus einer  Lage, in welcher dieser Kanal ganz offen ist,  in eine Lage verschiebbar ist, in welcher der  Kanal dicht abgeschlossen ist.  



  Dieses Ventil ergibt zufolge des beim Ven  tilkörper unverminderten     Durchgangsquer-          selrnittes    einen geringen Druckverlust und er  möglieht ohne besonderen Ventilsitz eine gute       Abdichtung.     



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes in einem senkrechten Schnitt. darge  stellt.  



  Das Ventilgehäuse besteht aus dem Unter  teil 1 und dein Oberteil     ?,    die miteinander       versehraubt    sind. Im Oberteil 2 ist die Ventil  spindel. 3 mittels eines Gewinderinges 4 so ge  lagert, dass sie sieh drehen, jedoch nicht axial       versebieben    kann. Die Spindel 3 ist durch ein  Handrad 5     betätigbar    und durch eine Stopf  büchse gegen den     Oberteil    2 abgedichtet. Diese       Stopfbüehse    besteht aus einer Packung 6, einer  Hülse 7 und einer Mutter B. Die Spindel 3  weist unten einen     Aussengewindeteil    9 auf,    welcher mit dem Innengewinde einer Bohrung  10 des Ventilkörpers 11 zusammenwirkt.

   Die  ser Ventilkörper 11 ist gewölbt und trägt eine  Kappe 12 aus elastischem Material, z. B.       Gummi,    die auf den gewölbten Teil des Ven  tilkörpers 11     aufvulkanisiert    ist. Der Ventil  körper 11 kann aus der dargestellten Lage,  in welcher der bei diesem Körper im Quer  schnitt unverminderte Durchgangskanal 13 des       Ventilgehäuseunterteils    1 ganz abgeschlossen  ist, durch Verdrehen der Spindel 3 in eine  Lage verschoben werden, in welcher der Kanal  ganz offen ist und umgekehrt.

PATENTANSPRUCII Ventil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit einer unverschiebbaren Spindel zusammen wirkender, gewölbter Ventilkörper eine Kappe aus elastischem Material trägt und quer in einen bei diesem Körper im Querschnitt un verminderten Durchgangskanal des Ventil gehäuses aus einer Lage, in welcher dieser Kanal ganz offen ist, in eine Lage verschieb bar ist, in welcher der Kanal dicht abgeschlos sen ist.
