Reissverschluss mit Profilleisten aus gummielastischem Werkstoff Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Reiss versehluss mit, einer Kopf- und einer Zangen- profilleiste aus gummielastischem Material, die mittels eines Schiebers in gegenseitig verklam mernden, wasser- und;

Zipper with profile strips made of rubber-elastic material The invention relates to a zipper with, a head and a pincer profile strip made of rubber-elastic material, which by means of a slider in mutually interlocking, water and;
gas-tight engagement can be brought and separated from one another, the head profile strip having a bead to cover the end face of the legs of this pincer profile.
Water closures and zippers with profile strips made of rubber-elastic material are known. These known locking devices are designed, for example, in such a way that the two profile strips lie on top of one another and the slide for actuating this lock encloses the two profile strips like a clamp.
Have such closures. however, with a poor closing strength, especially when, for example, the closure is built into a container or the like and gas or water pressure is exerted on the closure from inside the container.
The low locking strength is based, when using pliers profiles, mainly on the previously known slider construction, according to which the S'hieber must enclose the head profile to actuate the lock in the pliers, which causes relatively long pliers legs and thus a correspondingly small holding strength of the pliers .
Zippers are also known in which the closure strips lie in one plane in the coupled state. In this case, only the coupling is carried out by a slider, but not also the uncoupling of the profiles, which is only possible by tearing open by hand. However, this presupposes a limitation of the closing strength, since otherwise the closure cannot be opened. To.
Avoidance of the shortcomings of these known zippers in the zipper according to the invention on the one hand on the pincer profile and on the other hand on the bead of the head profile strip each a guide part)
provided for the slide and the parts of the two locking strips adjoining the profiles lie in one plane in their coupled state.
In detail, the invention is explained with reference to the example in the drawing d'argeste'llten Ausfüh approximately.

The zip exists. from bar 1 with head profile 2 and bar 3 with pincer profile 4. Noeli a bead 5 is provided on bar 1, which covers the front sides of the two pincer legs 6. Lind 7 of pincer profile -1 when the connection is closed. The profiles 2 and $ have with respect to a central plane svmmet.risehe sub-center edges.
The bead 5, as well as the pincer profile 1, have a guide element on each side. 8 and 9, which are designed so that the slide 10 with. its edges 11, 12 in. With respect to the closure strip center plane on one side on the profiles 4 and 5 out. who.- can, wherein it overlaps both guide elements. The two strips 1 and 3 of the fastener lie in ge.sehl; os: sener Stellulw in one plane.
Inside the slide 10 is an element. 13 for actuating the lock. This element 13 is designed to run wedge-shaped in the longitudinal direction of the slide 10 and has narrow, a.ch, curved parts 11, 1.5 in the same direction.

In a similar manner, with the reverse movement of the sella valve g a-ueli, the closure of the misalignment takes place.

At the location of the recess 1.7, the two guides 8 and 9 are partially disengaged, as shown at 18 and 19 in FIGS. 7 and 11, so that the slide 10 can be lifted off and attached.
