Description
Verschluss an Brennstoffbehältern von Kraftfahrzeugen Bekannt sind mit einem Schloss verseliene Deckel an Brennstoffbehältern, um den Behäl terinhalt vor Diebstahl zu sichern. Weiterhin sind Deckel ohne Schloss häufig unter einem besonderen Deckel angeordnet, der einen Teil der Aussenhaut des Kraftwagens bildet, wobei dann dieser Deckel mit einem Schloss versehen ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss an Brennstoffbehältern von Kraftfahrzeugen und besteht darin, dass die Öffnung des Einfüll- stutzens des Brennstoffbehälters unter einer verriegelten, vom Fahrzeuginnern entriegel- baren Klappe liegt.
Damit ist ein diebstahl sicheres Verschliessen des Brennstoffbehälters erreicht, ohne dass für die Klappe oder für den Verschlussdeckel selbst ein Schloss mit be sonderem Schlüssel notwendig wird; vielmehr ist bei verschlossenem Fahrzeug auch gleich zeitig der Brennstoffbehälter vor unbefugtem Öffnen geschützt.
Zweckmässig ist ein Betätigungsknopf zum Entriegeln der Klappe in der Türumrahmung untergebracht. Bei dieser Anordnung fällt der Betätigungsknopf für die Insassen nicht stö rend auf; ausserdem liegt er vor unbeabsich tigtem Betätigen gut geschützt, und schliess- lieh ist er auch an der Tankstelle für den Bedienenden leicht erreielibar.
Dabei kann eine Feder zum selbsttätigen Öffnen der entriegelten Klappe vorgesehen sein. Damit entfällt an der Klappe jeglicher besonderer Handhab-ungsknopf, so dass sie nicht störend auffällt und trotzdem eine ein wandfreie Betätigung gewährleistet wird.
Eine weitere -vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung besteht darin, dass die Klappe zugleich die Abdichtungsscheibe für den Einfüllstutzen trägt. Hierdurch wird ein besonderer üblicher Verschlussdeckel für den Füllstutzen erspart, wodurch, der diebstahlsichere Verschluss ausser- dein noch äusserst billig wird.
Um ein dichtes Verschliessen der Klappe zu erreichen, kann die AbdieUtungsscheibe federnd auf das Kl#Ppeninnere aufgesetzt sein.
Zweckmässig fluchtet noch die Klappe im verschlossenen Zustand mit der Wagenkasten- wand-ung, damit bei windschnittigen. Fahrzeu gen der Luftströmungsverlauf nicht gestört wird.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar zeigt: Fig. <B>1</B> ein Teilschaubild des Brennstoff- behälterverschlusses an einem Fahrzeug, Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt durch den Verschluss bei geschlossener Klappe und Fig. <B>3</B> eine Draufsieht des Verschlusses bei geöffneter Klappe.
Nach Fig. <B>1</B> ist in der Heckteilwandung <B>1</B> des Kraftfahrzeuges eine Klappe 2 zum Ver- schliessen des nicht dargestellten Brennstoff behälters vorgesehen.
Nach Fig. 2 ist dabei an der Heckteilwan- dung <B>1</B> eine kastenartige Eindrückung <B>3</B> nach innen gebildet, die durch die Klappe 2 so ver- sehlossen ist, dass die Klappe 2 und die Wan dung<B>1</B> fluchten. Durch den Boden 4 der Ein- drückung <B>3</B> ist unter Zwischenschaltung eines elastischen Ringes<B>5</B> der Einfüllstutzen <B>6</B> des Brennstoffbehälters hindurchgesteckt.
Die Klappe 2 ist innen mit einem Stift<B>7</B> versehen, der unter Zwischenschaltung einer Feder<B>8</B> eine Abdiehtungsselieibe <B>9</B> mit<B>Ab-</B> dichtungsring<B>10</B> für den Einfüllstutzen <B>6</B> trägt. Am Vorderteil der Mappe 2 ist ein Verschlusshaken <B>11</B> angesetzt, der in einen Sperriegel 12 einrastet. Dieser Sperriegel 12 sitzt verschiebbar. an einem Stössel<B>13,</B> der ent gegen dem Druck einer Feder 14 zum Ver- schlusshaken <B>11</B> hin verschiebbar ist. Zum Ver schieben dient ein Knopf<B>15,</B> der in der Tür umrahmung<B>16</B> des Fahrzeuges gelagert ist.
Die Klappe 2 steht unter dem Einfluss einer Feder<B>17,</B> deren Kraft dazu dient, bei Ent- riegelung der Klappe 2 diese selbsttätig zu öffnen, so dass sie in die Lage nach Fig. <B>3</B> gelangt.

A theft-proof locking of the fuel container is thus achieved without a lock with a special key being necessary for the flap or for the closure cover itself; rather, when the vehicle is locked, the fuel container is also protected from unauthorized opening at the same time.
An actuating button for unlocking the flap is expediently accommodated in the door frame. In this arrangement, the actuating button for the occupants is not disruptive; In addition, it is well protected against unintentional actuation, and finally it is easily accessible to the operator at the petrol station.
A spring can be provided for automatic opening of the unlocked flap. This means that there is no need for any special handling button on the flap, so that it is not annoying and, in spite of this, smooth operation is guaranteed.
Another advantageous embodiment consists in the fact that the flap also carries the sealing disk for the filler neck. This saves a special, customary closure cap for the filler neck, which also makes the theft-proof closure extremely cheap.
In order to achieve a tight closure of the flap, the sealing disc can be placed resiliently on the inside of the flap.
It is practical if the flap is still in line with the car body wall when it is closed, so that it is streamlined. Vehicles the air flow is not disturbed.
