Dispositif à soupape commandée La présente invention a pour objet un dis positif à soupape commandée comprenant un carter présentant un conduit susceptible d'être obturé par ladite soupape constituée par un organe obturateur solidaire d'une tige munie d'un chapeau à son extrémité opposée à l'or gane obturateur, caractérisé par le fait que ledit carter présente un alésage dans lequel est susceptible de coulisser la tige de l'organe ob turateur, ledit chapeau étant soumis à l'action d'un ressort de rappel destiné à presser ledit organe obturateur sur son siège, un organe de verrouillage étant destiné à immobiliser l'or gane obturateur en position ouverte et en po sition fermée.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du disposi tif objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe longitu dinale, l'organe obturateur étant en position fermée ; la fig. 2 en est une vue en coupe longitu dinale, l'organe obturateur étant en position ouverte.
Le dispositif représenté comprend un car ter 1 présentant un conduit coudé 2 et un siège 3 pour un organe obturateur 4 ; ce der nier est solidaire d'une tige 6 mobile longitu dinalement dans un alésage 7, pratiqué dans le carter 1, et dont l'extrémité opposée à l'or- gane obturateur 4 est munie d'un chapeau 8 soumis à l'action d'un ressort à boudin 9 pre nant appui, d'autre part, sur ledit carter 1. Les organes 4, 6 et 8 constituent l'équipage mobile 5 d'une soupape commandée.
-Le chapeau 8 présente une nervure péri phérique 8' séparant deux gorges circulaires 10 et 11 dans lesquelles est susceptible de s'en gager un bec 12 arrondi dont est pourvue l'une des extrémités d'un cliquet de verrouillage 13, l'autre extrémité de celui-ci étant montée rota- tivement sur un axe 14 que portent deux flas ques en regard 17 du carter 1 ; ce dernier est pourvu, à l'une des extrémités du conduit 2, d'un filetage 15 pour sa fixation à un réser voir par exemple.
La vanne représentée étant fixée à un ré cipient contenant de l'huile ou de la benzine, par exemple, est utilisée comme suit Lorsqu'il s'agit de vidanger ce récipient, l'organe obturateur 4 est déplacé manuelle- ment en soulevant le levier 13 et en pressant sur le chapeau 8 dans le sens de la flèche 16 contre l'action du ressort 9 jusqu'à ce que le levier 13 puisse venir s'engager dans la gorge 11 en passant par-dessus la nervure 8' ; pour obturer le conduit 2, le levier 13 est dégagé manuellement de la nervure 8', l'organe obtu rateur 4 se déplace alors sous l'effet du ressort 9 en sens inverse de la flèche 16 jusqu'à ce qu'il prenne appui sur son siège 3 ;
puis le levier 13 retombe et vient s'engager dans la gorge 10 pour éviter une ouverture intempes tive du conduit 2.

Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, the shutter member being in the closed position; fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, the shutter member being in the open position.
The device shown comprises a housing 1 having an elbow duct 2 and a seat 3 for a shutter member 4; this latter is integral with a rod 6 movable longitudinally in a bore 7, made in the housing 1, and the end of which opposite to the shutter member 4 is provided with a cap 8 subjected to the action a coil spring 9 bearing, on the other hand, on said casing 1. The members 4, 6 and 8 constitute the movable assembly 5 of a controlled valve.
-The cap 8 has a peripherical rib 8 'separating two circular grooves 10 and 11 in which a rounded spout 12 is capable of engaging one end of which is provided with a locking pawl 13, the other end thereof being rotatably mounted on a pin 14 carried by two flanges facing 17 of the housing 1; the latter is provided, at one of the ends of the conduit 2, with a thread 15 for its attachment to a reservoir see for example.
The valve shown being fixed to a receptacle containing oil or benzine, for example, is used as follows. When it comes to emptying this receptacle, the shutter member 4 is moved manually by lifting the valve. lever 13 and by pressing the cap 8 in the direction of arrow 16 against the action of the spring 9 until the lever 13 can engage in the groove 11 passing over the rib 8 '; to close the duct 2, the lever 13 is released manually from the rib 8 ', the shutter member 4 then moves under the effect of the spring 9 in the opposite direction of the arrow 16 until it bears on his seat 3;
then the lever 13 drops and engages in the groove 10 to prevent an untimely opening of the duct 2.
