Verpackung für Hefegebäck
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine Verpackung für Hefegebäcke. Die Erfindung zeiehnet sieh aus durch einen Beutel, der mit einem luft-und feuehtigkeitsdurch- lässigen aufgeleimten Filter versehen ist.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht der Verpackung ohne Filter,
Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht der Verpackung mit Filter,
Fig. 3 den Filter mit Aufschrift Frischfilterpack ,
Fig. 4 eine Vorderansieht der Verpackung mit Filter in einem andern Format.
Die gezeichnete Verpackung besitzt einen Beutel 1, der vorteilhafterweise aus Klmst- stoff hergestellt ist. Der Beutel 1 besitzt ein TJoch 2, das mit einem hilft und feuehtigkeits- durchlässigen Filter 3 zugedeckt ist; dieser Filter 3 ist auf dem Beutel 1 aufgeleimt. Der Filter 3, der vorteilhaft aus Fliesspapier besteht, ist mit der Aufschrift Frisebfilter- pack, versehen. Der Filter 3 könnte aber auch aus einem Gewebe, z. B. Gaze, bestehen.
Ebenso wäre es möglich, den Beutel 1 aus luft- und wasserundurchlässigem Papier herzustellen.
Die beschriebene Verpackung erlaubt, das Hefegebäek hygieniseh einwandfrei zu verpacken, und zwar im warmen Zustand. Das Gebäck bleibt alsdann für einige Tage ge sehmacklich sowie im innern und äussern Zustand unverändert.
Funktion des Filters : Der Filter bietet den wichtigen Vorteil, dass das Gebäck atmen kann. Insbesondere garantiert er für einen normalen Luftfeuchtigkeitsgehalt, indem er einerseits die schädliche Kondenswasserbildung in der Verpackung sowie ein allzu rasches Verdunsten der Feuchtigkeit verhindert und anderseits die Zirkulation frischer Luft ermöglicht.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Verpackung für Hefe gebäck, gekennzeichnet durch einen Beutel, der mit einem luftund feuchtigkeitsdurchlässigen aufgeleimten Filter versehen ist, zum Zwecke, das Hefe gebäck im warmen Zustand hygienisch ein wandfrei verpacken und es geschmacklich sowie im innern und äussern Zustand unverändert für einige Tage aufbewahren zu können.

1. Verpackung für Hefegebäck nach Pa tentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
2. Verpackung für Hefegebäck nach Pa tentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel aus luft- und wasserundurchläs- sigem Papier hergestellt ist.
3. Verpackung für Hefegebäck nach Pa tentansprueh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter aus Fliesspapier besteht und mit der Aufschrift Frisehfilterpack versehen ist.
4. Verpackung für Hefegebäck nach Patentansprueh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter aus einem Gewebe besteht.

Packaging for yeast pastries
The present invention relates to a packaging for yeast pastries. The invention consists of a bag which is provided with an air and moisture-permeable, glued-on filter.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely shows:
1 shows a front view of the packaging without a filter,
2 shows a front view of the packaging with filter,
3 shows the filter with the label Frischfilterpack,
Fig. 4 is a front view of the packaging with a filter in a different format.
The packaging shown has a bag 1, which is advantageously made of Klmst- stoff. The bag 1 has a T-yoke 2, which is covered with a filter 3 which is permeable to air and which helps; this filter 3 is glued onto the bag 1. The filter 3, which advantageously consists of blotting paper, is labeled Frisebfilterpack. The filter 3 could also consist of a fabric, e.g. B. gauze.
It would also be possible to manufacture the bag 1 from air- and water-impermeable paper.
The packaging described allows the yeast biscuits to be packaged hygienically and in a warm state. The pastry then remains unchanged for a few days, both inside and out.
Function of the filter: The filter has the important advantage that the baked goods can breathe. In particular, it guarantees a normal humidity level, on the one hand by preventing the harmful formation of condensation in the packaging as well as too rapid evaporation of the moisture and on the other hand allowing fresh air to circulate.
PATENT CLAIM
Packaging for yeast baked goods, characterized by a bag with a glued-on filter that is permeable to air and moisture, for the purpose of being able to hygienically pack the yeast baked goods in a warm state and to be able to store them unchanged for a few days in terms of taste and internal and external condition.

1. Packaging for yeast pastries according to Pa tentans claims, characterized in that the bag is made of plastic.
2. Packaging for yeast pastries according to patent claim, characterized in that the bag is made of air and water impermeable paper.
3. Packaging for yeast pastries according to Pa tentansprueh, characterized in that the filter consists of blotting paper and is labeled Frisehfilterpack.
4. Packaging for yeast biscuits according to patent claim, characterized in that the filter consists of a fabric.
