Control bracket for electrical conveying machines With automatic electrical conveying machines, the sequence of the circuits for a train, i.e. from starting and accelerating to decelerating and stopping, is controlled fully automatically when material is being conveyed, meaning that there is no manipulation of the control box. When transporting people and performing special maneuvers, however, the machine operator controls the machine by hand.
In both cases, i.e. both automatic and manual operation, in modern machines the acceleration from start-up to maximum speed is usually controlled by an electric start-up and retarding device. On the other hand, a potentiometer is provided for starting and stopping, which adjusts the excitation voltage of the generator feeding the conveyor motor accordingly, the potentiometer being connected to the resistance of the retarding apparatus by a series or branch circuit.
This excitation voltage has. at most a value necessary for safe maneuvering on the hanging bench, and is regulated with the help of the control potentiometer coupled to the control lever. In the automatically controlled machine, however, the excitation voltage on the control potentiometer is switched on by a contactor control. The machine is controlled in automatic and manual mode, thus in a different manner, so that a double arrangement of switching elements and circuits is necessary for certain functions.
In addition to the fairly large number of contactors, a multi-pole switch is required to switch from manual control to automatic operation, which makes the structure of the control apparatus complicated and confusing.
The invention is now a control bracket for electric hoists, which are provided with a control potentiometer and a combined with this electrical to drive and retarding device for the Steue tion of the speed, where the purpose is to train this control bracket so that a largely unified chung the sequence of the control process for manually controlled as well as for automatically controlled operation is enabled. Furthermore, switching from manual control to automatic control should be very simplified. Finally, compared to the previous controls, the cost of control elements and contacts should be significantly reduced.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the control block is provided with a servo motor which, during automatic operation, brings the brushes of the control potentiometer from the central position into the end position corresponding to the respective travel direction and has a spring device that moves these brushes from the end position into the With central position returns, while with manual control, the spring device forms the coupling between the control lever and control potentiometer and the servo motor runs idle.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, namely a control bracket with the associated controls is shown schematically in the figure as an exemplary embodiment.
The control lever 2 of the control block, which can be pivoted to the left or right by about 25 to the left or right about its pivot point 1, has a stop 3 at its lower end. The two opposing stops 3 and 4 in the position presented are coupled by means of a spring 6 connected, independently rotatable about point 1, drivers 7 and 8 frictionally. On the Ge linkage 5, the piston rod 12 connected to the piston 10 of a servo motor 11 engages at point 9.
The two three-way solenoid valves 13 and 14 connect the cylinder space on the left and right of the piston to the outlet 15 when they are not excited, and to the pressure medium inlet 16 when they are excited.
The toothed segment 18 mounted on the linkage 5 is in engagement with gear 19 which, via the axis 20, provides the pick-off brushes 21 on the collector 22 of the control potentiometer 23. The effect of the starting and retarding apparatus 24 is superimposed on this electrically and mechanically, so that the start and stopping of the machine is controlled by the control potentiometer, while the starting and retarding apparatus controls acceleration from starting to maximum speed or decelerating to stopping speed of the machine will.
Corresponding to the required rotation of the hoisting machine, one of the three-way solenoid valves, for example 13, is energized during automatic operation by the electrical control system 17 of the hoisting machine, whereupon the piston 10 of the servo motor 11 is pressurized on one side. At the same time, the other side of the piston is connected to the outlet 15 via the unexcited valve 14. The piston 10 exerts a rotating movement on the rod 5 and its stop 4 via the piston rod 12. On the other hand, the center position is fixed by the control lever 2 or its stop 3 engaged in automatic loading.
The two stops 3 and 4 thus move away from each other, the driver 8 being inevitably rotated by the moving stop 4, while the driver 7 rests against the stop 3 fixing the center position. By this opposing movement of the two stops, the spring 6 connecting the driver is tensioned. At the same time, by moving the stop 4 from the middle position into one end position, the brushes 21 on the collector 22 of the potentiometer 23 are also moved from the middle position into one end position via the linkage 5, the toothed gear 18-19 and the shaft 20. As a result, the control voltage tapped by the Bür most is increased from zero to the voltage on the potentiometer 23.
This in turn is tapped at the drive and retarding apparatus 24. When approaching, it has the partial value necessary to start up the machine, according to the position of the tap. The started machine automatically moves the tap of the potentiometer 24 to the left via a mechanism (not shown), so that the control voltage and machine speed are gradually brought to the maximum value f-e. The brush stays. Stand in the left end position as long as you want to travel at full speed.
At a certain waypoint (- the mechanism intervenes again automatically and moves the brush successively closer to the right, with which the control voltage and the speed are reduced until the tap of the potentiometer 2-1 has been moved into the specified position .
In order to completely shut down the machine from this low speed, the valve 13 is de-energized by the automatic control system 17, whereupon the piston 10, which is in the end position, and thus the brushes 21 via the piston rod 12, linkage 5, stop 4 and entrainment 8 from the tensioned spring 6 to be returned to the fixed central position. For the other direction of rotation of the machine, the control process runs analogously, only then the voltage on the brushes 21 is tapped with the opposite polarity.
When manually controlled by the control lever, the drivers 7 and 8 and the spring 6 form a non-positive coupling of the stops 3 and 4 or the control lever 2 and the rod 5; Due to the two three-way solenoid valves unexcited in this operating case, the cylinder chambers lying on both sides of the piston are connected to the outlet 15, so that the piston 10 coupled to the rod 5 can freely follow the movement.
Through the described naclgiebige Kupp ment between control lever 2 or servo motor 11 and Abgriffsbürsten 21 on the Steuerpotentio meter mechanical recoupling on the control block when switching from one operating mode to another is avoided. The coupling also takes over the mechanical return of the brushes moved by the servomotor during automatic operation and fixes their rest central position when the machine is at a standstill. In the case of manual operation, the clutch can also be designed as a mechanical damping element between the control lever and the control potentiometer, in such a way that rapid control lever movements are dampened.
