  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 310776         Walzenförmige        Strassenbürste       Die Erfindung betrifft eine walzenförmige  Strassenbürste gemäss dem     Patentanspruch        des     Hauptpatentes und     besteht    darin, dass die ein  zelnen aus Draht bestehenden     Borstenbüschel     an mindestens einer Stelle mit einer Umschlin  gung aus     niehtmetallisehem    Werkstoff ver  sehen sind. Dadurch können ein Durch  scheuern und frühzeitiges Brechen der     Draht-          büschel    verhindert, und schädliche Einzelbewe  gungen der Drähte gebremst werden.  



  Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht. zwei bei  spielsweise     Ausführungsformen    der     Erfin-          dung.    Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Schnitt durch einen Borsten  halter mit     zwei    getrennten     Umschlingungen     des Drahtbüschels,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt durch eine gegenüber       Fig.    1 etwas abweichende     Ausführungsform     der Erfindung.  



  Der .als     Borstenhalter    ausgebildete hohle  Stab 1 weist einen     trapezförmigen    Querschnitt  auf. An seiner     schmäleren        Parallelseite    sind  Löcher vorhanden, durch welche     die    zu einer  Schleife gebogenen     Drahtbüschel    2 gesteckt  sind.

   Zur     Befestigung    dieser Drahtbüschel im  Stab 1 ist eine Stange 3 durch die Schleife       geschoben.    Gemäss     Fig.    1 ist     ein    kurzer Rohr  stutzen     4a    in die     Drahtbüs.chellöcher    des     Sta-          bes    1     eingesetzt    und mit     diesem    fest verbun  den. Über diesen     Rohrstutzen        4a        ist    eine Um  schlingung     5ca    gestülpt.

   Eine zweite     Umschlin-          gung    5b     um    den Drahtbüschel 2 herum     ist     von der ersten     distanziert    angeordnet.    In     Fig.    2 ist eine Umschlingung.<B>5e</B> dar  gestellt, welche den Drahtbüschel 2 auf min  destens einem Drittel seiner Länge     einfasst.     Der Rohrstutzen 4b umfasst dabei den Draht  büschel samt     Umsehlingiuig.     



  Die     Umschlingung    kann aus verschiedenen  nichtmetallischen     Werkstoffen    bestehen, wie  z. B. Gummi,     Kunststoff,    Leder usw.

  The hollow rod 1 designed as a bristle holder has a trapezoidal cross-section. On its narrower parallel side there are holes through which the wire tufts 2 bent to form a loop are inserted.

   To fasten these tufts of wire in the rod 1, a rod 3 is pushed through the loop. According to FIG. 1, a short pipe connector 4a is inserted into the wire bushing holes of the rod 1 and firmly connected to it. A loop 5ca is placed over this pipe socket 4a.

   A second wrapping 5b around the wire tuft 2 is arranged at a distance from the first. In Fig. 2, a loop. <B> 5e </B> is shown, which surrounds the wire tuft 2 at least one third of its length. The pipe socket 4b encompasses the tuft of wire together with the surrounding ring.



  The wrap can consist of various non-metallic materials, such as. B. rubber, plastic, leather, etc.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Roll-shaped street brush according to the patent claim of the main patent, characterized in that the individual tufts of bristles made of wire are provided with a wrap made of non-metallic material at at least one point.

A roller-shaped street brush according to the patent claim, characterized in that the non-metallic looping encompasses the tufts of wire over at least one third of their length, the looping being held in a stirrer on the bristle holder rod and the length of the pipe section being shorter than the looping length.
