Cable winch on a tractor The Swiss patent specification no. 191390 relates to a tractor with a winch. The winch described there has a Steuervor direction for the release ble drive by a clutch, one at the end of the rope angeord designated, held in its rest position by a spring-controlled lock, the lock is releasable and in the released Stel development is durable, and their release from the released position to the locked position is controlled by the pulling hook arriving in its rest position when the rope is wound up, while the drive is kept out at the same time.
The present invention now relates to a cable winch on a tractor which has the aforementioned features, but which meets the practical requirements better than the exemplary embodiment described in the cited patent specification.
This is achieved in that the control device for switching on the cable winch drive has a tendon joint, which is held in connection with an elastic device on one side of its dead center position and thereby retains the coupling of the winch drive against the pressure of this device,
which when the draw hook is locked by a spring acting on the lock is controlled by this on the other side of the dead center position while relieving the elastic before the clutch disengages.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention with a variant.
In the drawing: FIGS. 1 and 2 show the rear part of a tractor unit provided with a cable winch, viewed from the side or from above, FIG. 3 shows a part of the Drive in the longitudinal section in the engaged position, Fig. 4 the same part as, the Fig. 3 in the disengaged position, Fig. 5 the operating device for the cable winch at in the rest position on the tractor locked draw hook in a schematic side view, Fig. 6 a part of Fig. 5 on a larger scale with the draw hook lock released,
FIG. 7 shows the same part as in FIG. 6, but with the cable winch drive engaged, and FIG. 8 shows another part of FIG B> 5 corresponding embodiment of the operating device for the cable winch in side view.
The housing 1 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has a coupling. a power take-off point which is formed by a drive shaft 2 extending into a housing 3 attached to the housing 1 . In the housing 3 there is a shaft 4 on one side in a ball bearing 5 and on the other side on a pin 6 at the end of the drive shaft 2 stored. A coupling half 7 provided with teeth or claws is fastened to the shaft 2 by means of nuts 8 , into which the teeth or claws of a second coupling half 9 engage can.
The coupling half 9 can be moved in keyways 10 on the shaft 4.
At right angles to this, a shaft 11 is also mounted in the housing 3 , on which a fork-shaped actuating member 12 is seated, which has two prongs 13 B> each terminate in a round head 14. These heads 14 engage in recesses 15 which are present on both sides of the shaft 4 in a pressure ring 16 . A sliding ring 17 is attached to the pressure ring 16 with screws 18 .
A release leather 19 is clamped between a surface 3a that is firmly bound to the housing 3 ve - and the pressure ring 16 . The pressure ring 16 and the sliding ring 17 are arranged on a bush 20 which is seated axially displaceably on the hub of the coupling half 9 . The bushing 20 has a slot 21 into which a pin 22, which is screwed into the hub of the coupling half, engages, which takes the bushing 20 with it when the hub 9 is rotated in their axial displacement environment leads to the Nahe.
The pressure ring 16 is with the sliding ring 17 between a collar .23 of the sleeve 20 and a snap ring 24 located in a circumferential groove of the sleeve 20 trapped. To limit the axial displacement of the sleeve 20 to the right, a double nut 25 serving as a stop is removed from the hub of the coupling half. A coupling spring 26 is stretched between the collar 23 of the sleeve 20 and an extension 9a of the coupling half 9 .
When a drive is engaged (as shown in Fig. 3), this clutch 1, ungsied # r 26 holds the teeth or claws of the clutch half 9 </ B> with the teeth or claws of the coupling half 7 in engagement. The pressure ring 16 is held in this position against the pressure of the spring 26 by the fork 12, 13 in such a position that between the Bush 20 and the double nut 2-5 a small distance of z. B. 1 min is available. The purpose of this distance will be explained in more detail later.
The teeth or claws of the coupling halves 7 and 9 have inclined flanks which slide up against one another if the drive shaft 4 is subjected to excessive load and the coupling halves 9 < / B> Move against the pressure of the clutch spring 26 to the right in the drawing. This displacement is made possible by the fact that the bushing 20 is connected to the coupling half in a rotationally fixed but axially displaceable manner through the pin 22 inserted in the slot 21. The coupling spring 26 acts as a safety device.
To disengage the clutch, the fork 12, 13, is rotated, as described further below, in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 3 . The pressure ring 16 , the sliding ring 17 and the bushing 20 follow the pressure of the two springs 26 and 19 Fork tine heads 14. As soon as the bush 20 hits the double nut 25 , the clutch shell 9 is released exclusively by the pressure of the release spring which is supported on the surface 3a B> 19 shifted to the right up to the position shown in FIG.
To re-engage the clutch, the fork 12, 13 is rotated in the direction of the arrow B in FIG. 4, whereby the clutch half 9 and the bush 20 first go so far to the left in Fig. 4 who pushed until the teeth or claws of the coupling halves interlock, and then the sleeve 20 is pushed a little further until between the right end of this sleeve and the double nut 25 </ B> the original space of about 1 mm has been created again, so that the coupling spring 26 has the correct tension,
around the teeth or claws of the coupling half 9 . the required force into the teeth or claws of the coupling half 7 .
In the locked position according to FIG. 3, the shaft 11 with the fork 12, 13 is under the joint pressure of the springs 19 / B> and '26. To hold the shaft 11 firmly in this position, the snap joint shown in FIG. 5 is expediently used. This figure shows the various levers and Stan conditions of a special vehicle such. B. a towing machine for guns, ammunition wagons or other military trailers, which is provided with a winch equipped with the drive described above.
The rear part of this tractor is shown in FIG. 1 in a side view and in FIG. 2 in a plan view.
In FIG. 2, the gear housing 1 of FIGS. 3 and 4 is omitted, and only the shaft 2 is drawn. The housing 3 which is located under a cross member of the frame 100 is shown with dotted lines. A shaft 102 is on the one hand with the shaft 4 (Fig. 3 and 4) and on the other hand with a reduction gear 103 (Fig. 1 and 2) connected. The drum 101 of a cable winch is therefore driven by the motor of the tractor via the shafts 2, 4 and 102. The pulling rope 104 of the winch is guided over a roller 105 mounted on the frame 100 .
At the end of the pull rope: 104 wound on the drum 101 , a pull hook 106 for attaching a gun, the drawbar of an ammunition truck, etc. is attached. Especially in rough terrain it can happen that you have to let the tractor drive on without the Czesehütz. where the visor is left at its current position, it remains attached to the pull rope with the pull hook. To do this, the lock on the draw hook must be released and the winch drive switched off so that the rope can run off.
When the towing gear has arrived at a suitable site, the cable winch is put into operation in order to pull the gun to the towing gear until the tow hook arrives in its rest position on the towing gear and is locked again. At the same time, the winch drive must be switched off to prevent overloading the rope. The special design of the draw hook, its holding and locking device does not form part of the invention.
Since an exemplary embodiment is described in said Swiss patent specification no. 191390 be, these parts are only shown schematically in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing. For the present description, it is sufficient to mention that when the draw hook has reached the tractor in its rest position, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a spring-controlled lock is triggered that Jen is holding onto the tow hook. In the device shown in the drawing, the spring 27 (FIGS. 2 and 5) acts via a rod 28 and a lever 29 on the lock for locking the draw hook.
The spring 27 is between a sleeve 30 firmly connected to the tractor frame 100 and a collar 31 fastened to the rod 28 > arranged. The operating lever, 32, , which is rotatably mounted with a shaft 34 in a support 100a fastened to the frame 100 (FIG. 5), is used to unlock the draw hook. This operating lever 32 is therefore moved in the direction of arrow C to unlock the draw hook,
by means of an arm 33 , a rod 35 and a rocking lever 36 also fastened on the shaft 34, the rod 28 pulls to the left. As a result of this movement, a lever 37 pivoted at 38 rotatably on the tractor frame 100 in the direction of arrow D . A pin 39 is arranged on this lever 37 . This pin is slidable in a slot 40 of a rod 41, which at 42 on a. Axis 44 rotatable rocker arm 43 is articulated. In this way, a dead gear is formed between the rod 28 and the rocker arm 43.
An arm 45 is attached to the transverse shaft 11 of the transmission and is connected to the rocker arm 43 via an axle 48, a link 46 and an axle 47. The rocking lever 43 and the link 46 together form a snap joint, because the connecting axis 47 of the two parts can pass through the dead center lying on the connecting line between the axis 44 and the axis 48, a second operating lever 49 is with its shaft 50 also rotatably mounted in the support 100a. An arm 51 is attached to this shaft, which via a rod 52 a rocking lever 53 and a rod 54 with an axis arranged on the rocking lever 43 55 is connected.
A stop 56 limits the movement of the viewing lever 403 to the left. The support 100a is located directly next to the driver's seat, for example 100b, so that the levers 32 and 49 are in the immediate area of the driver.
In FIG. 5, the visual rocker arm 43, the handlebar 46 and the arm are shown in the position of the shaft 11, that of the position in Fig. 4 corresponds to "so with atisgerüeli: system drive.
As stated above, to unlock the draw hook, the operating lever 32 must be moved in the direction of the arrow C , whereby the lever 37 in the Direction of the arrow D is pivoted. The slot 40 is so long that the pin 39 can move freely to the left when the lever 32 is pivoted up to a stop (not shown) in the slot 40, without the Take rod 41 with you. The tendon joint 40, 46 thus remains in the position as it is drawn in FIGS. 5 and 6. You can let the rope run off when the drive is disengaged.
In order to then drive the winch, the operating lever 49 is moved in the direction of the arrow E , whereby the Sellwin lever 43 is pivoted to the left and after passing through the dead center position (4-1-48) with it the stop 56 comes into contact (Fig. 5 and 7). The freedom of movement of the lever 43 to the left of the dead center position is less than to the right,
so that when the rocker arm 43 is pivoted to the left, the end of the arm 45 carrying the axis 48 is in a higher position than when the rocker arm 43 is pivoted to the right.
This position corresponds to the switch-on position of the drive according to FIG. 3. The common pressure of the two springs 19 and 26 that of the fork 12 , 130 acts on the shaft 11 , holds the tendon joint in the position according to Fig. 7. On the shaft 11 </ B> a setting device (not shown) is arranged between the arm 45 and the housing 3 of the drive, by means of which the position of the fork 12, 13 can be adjusted so that when the rocker arm 43 is in contact with the stop 56 , the pressure ring 16 is in a position
in which the required distance between the sleeve 20 and the double nut 25 is present.
This distance serves to ensure that when the clutch is engaged (Fig. 3 :) the strong clutch spring 26 over the bush 20, the sliding ring 17, the pressure ring 16, the fork 19-, lo, the shaft 11 and the arm 45, the tendon joint 43, 46 securely in the position shown in FIG. 5 </ B> position shown.
When, after a certain time, the rope 104 running over the guide pulley 105 has wound up on the drum 101 so far that the towing hook has arrived in its rest position (FIG. 2) , the lever 29 is released, the rod 28 is pushed to the right by the spring 27 and the lever 37 in pivoted in the direction of arrow P in FIG. 7. Here at the pin 39 which is located in the right part of the slot 40, moves the rod 41 to the right,
and after passing through the dead center position, the visual rocker arm 43 again assumes the starting position shown in FIGS. 5. As a result, the winch drive is switched off at the same instant that the pull hook arrives in its rest position and the gear is locked.
Of course, various changes in the design of the drive or the Zugmasehine can be made without looking at the essence of the invention. So you can z. B. the device for switching the hitch be on and off the drive instead of on the driven shaft also on the drive shaft to arrange. Individual parts can be replaced by other parts with corresponding functions; so you can z. B. replace the sliding ring 17 with a ball bearing.
It is also possible to modify the lever and linkage system as shown in FIG. 8. Here the operating sweetheart 57 replaces the two operating levers 32 and 49 of Fig. 5. With its shaft 50 </ B> arranged rotatably on the support 1.00a attached to the vehicle frame 100 .
An arm 58 is attached to this shaft 50 , which is connected to a LangJoeh 60 via a connecting link 59 in which a pin 61 fastened to the rod 52 can be displaced, with this rod 52 forming a dead gang in Connection. The arm 58 also carries a pin 62 which can be displaced in an elongated hole 63 of a connecting link 64. This causes a second pin acting in the opposite direction to become dead Gang formed.
The connecting member 64 is connected to the rod 28 via a two-armed lever 65 pivotable about a pin 66 .
The operating lever 57 is drawn in FIG. 8 in the central position or in the neutral position. When this lever is moved in the direction of the arrow E , the arm 58 is rotated clockwise and pulls with the aid of the connecting link 59 and the Pin 61 the rod 52 to the left, while the pin 62 can be seen at the free end of the arm 58 in the elongated hole 63 moves without changing the position of rod 28 .
If the operating lever 57 is moved in the opposite direction, i.e. in the direction of the arrow G , the arm 58 rotates counterclockwise and moves with it its pin 62 the connecting member 64 to the right, whereby the two-armed lever 65 swivels around the pin 66 and the rod 28 is dragged to the left. Here the pin 61 slides in the elongated hole 60 of the connecting link 59, and the position of the rod 52 remains un- changes.
